it’s a very nice hotel with a luxurious look to it, the design is beautiful and staff are very welcoming and helpful. the rooms are comfy and spacious and the pool is clean and fairly big.

the rooms that are not soundproof get very noisy at times of housekeeping as well as when the music plays in the morning, plus the WIFI didn’t connect to my iPhone due to security issues.

Eastern Al Montazah was modern with comfortable, well-furnished rooms, a private pool, hidden away from passers-by, and an on-site restaurant. Their staff was very kind and professional!

Lots of power cuts made this otherwise exceptional place less enjoyable. Their Wi-Fi was rejected by my phone as being extremely insecure, therefore unusable. The location of the hotel isn't ideal - while close to the Montaza Palace, it is surrounded by mountains of garbage and lots of stray animals. The floor below the reception was once a modern mall, which now appears fully abandoned.

Everything was very good except the connected doors between rooms.

All rooms are connected with a closed door but we can hear each other very clear and that was so bad thing , Wifi is bad.

I liked everything there. The hotel was very clean food is amazing staff are professional, polite and very helpful around the clock. Mr Abdelrahman at the reception was very helpful and so kind, smiling all the time and very responsive at anytimre also Mr. Ahmed who delivered our luggage and helped us during check out was very helpful and professional and kind. Actually this will never be the last visit. Thank you eastern al montazah team for this lovely stay

the journey started with greeting from the HR “ Rehab “ of course with the greeting drinks with fruits and chocolates the hotel totally clean, comfortable, the office inside the room is a very good point bathroom are totally clean towels are clean AC is excellent even the room it was huge , all facilities are perfect, clubhouse is great Jacuzzi is clean , new it was a great experience swimming pools are clean I tried the heated swimming pool is good it was fine with the weather house keeping very helpful restaurant with international standards the food is very delicious & clean & fresh &the ingredients is with very good quality drinks are great both cold & hot I recommend anyone to visit this hotel it was a nice vacation

We liked the hotel very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service and houskeeping fast and discreet. Ramadan buffet and suhur great, fresh, tasty. Quality of the food really good. Even we had an unexpected sea view from our room in the 11 floor. The guestrelashion was very friendly and kind with helpful tipps for shopping. Thanks for the nice fruits basket and soft drinks. There is a possibility to park in the garage with a very helpful people working there, who always helped there. There are 2 swimming pools. We liked the location, it is in a quiet area, not fareway from the sea and Montazah palace, which will be renovated at the moment. There is a lot of facilities around the hotel, banks, restaurants, shops etc. So we didn't miss anything. Thanks a lot for your hospitality.

Cleanliness, friendly reception, they are proactively seeking to make our stay really pleasant and enjoyable. Food quality and variety were exceptional, room service performance was good. And the best part was the friendly hosts and staff. Special thanks to Ms. Rehab as she was very supportive and trying to ensure that we had all what we need… Also we thank Mr.Paula in the reception as he upgraded our room as a compensation for not finding a single king bed room available without asking….

A bit funny smell in the bathrooms however the bathrooms were very clean. The swimming pool need some sort of supervision by the hotel staff

Room was more than excellent Staff were very friendly and polite but needed experience to make clients feel they are really welcomed ( it depends on what you do not what you say)

More varieties needed for breakfast

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay here. We stayed in the Royal Suite and it was so spacious and comfortable and clean. Our balcony opened right up onto the pool area. The staff were lovely and accommodating, especially Mina George in the restaurant. The food was delicious and such good value for money. Good location to all the sights. Would stay again!

We had to call several times for the laundry service to pick up our laundry. Minor issue - everything else was amazing.

Staff wad very helpful,food were great. Room was large, and clean. Price was great so it is very good value for money

Heated Pool was not clean, water seem green may be because of the ceramic or cholorine, doves keep drinking, i saw insects in water, and pool side was dirty too, no one else was in the pool area. The pool side bathtub was very cold. location is far from city center but near to almamoura. To go to famous city center resturants it took us 1.5 hour for only 13km Rooms are either ground or 11th floor ... from street we needed 2 elevators and 100m path to reach our room We had pool view but the buildings in the area isn't high class zone. But all this is acceptable against value for money and hospitality
