Our experience was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was impeccably clean and well-organized, offering a stunning view. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and prompt in addressing all our needs. We extend our sincere thanks to the entire team. Special recognition goes to the receptionist, Ms. Marwa, and the pastry chef, whose creations were outstanding. The room service was also excellent. We wished we could have stayed longer. Once again, we express our gratitude to the entire staff for their dedicated efforts in ensuring the comfort of their guests.

Very nice hotel with amzing location in the middle of the city. Room is comfortable with wonderfull view. Front desk staff are very helpful the gentleman who checked me in was so helpfull and assisted me to amend my reservation however i booked through third party, the other gentleman who checked me out helped me to have a late check out. Good breakfast. Laundry service is so efficient and quick to receive your items back. Room service is also high quality with affordable prices.

I liked everything however my opinion about ordering food from outside is a bit strange. They are not allowing you to order food from outside even if you will comedown yourself to pick it up? Internet is very slow sometimes its not even there. To be honest i forget to say that I received a comp upgarde to suite which was super nice even it was two separated beds but houskeeping managed to put the beds together.

Location is great, walking distance from tramway with a sea view and strategically located between San Stefano mall and gleem bay with a lot of Restaurants and cafe choices. Staff were welcoming and cooperative Express check in and out Room us clean and comfortable bathroom was spacious and fine with no notes

in breakfast, some items take time to be refilled. Some of the room furniture needs renovation. The view from the room was great but the terrace was no narrow with no chance to sit and enjoy

The room smelt very bad of cigarette smoke and my wife is pregnant, house keeping always put only 1 towel even though we told them there were 2 of us, breakfast could have had more options for fruit. Also told we couldn’t bring our own food into the hotel.

Very good location with a beautiful view over the ocean. Very nice and helpful staff that made our trip very easy and comfortable with their excellent service. The breakfast buffé was very tasty with a mixed variaty of food.

The only negative aspect was that we were missing towels, there were only one towel and we were two people in the room. The WiFi was also not working all the time.

first of all iwould like to give special thanks to reception front office staff especially mr ahmed elsayed whom upgrade my room to a suit thatfore he noticed that im celebrating my birth day same day i cheched in it was really nice from hotel as well it was nice calm stay and sight from above in my suit was very nice as well room looked like redecorated soon thx again and it will be next visit at same hotel isa

nothing for us except parking area not big enough

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Madona at the front desk was especially kind—she made check-in effortless, wished me a happy birthday, and even gave us some delicious cookies not only that but she upgraded to a suite as a birthday gift which was so generous. The location is perfect, with a breathtaking view. Parking was convenient, the room was peaceful, and the furniture was clean and well-kept.

The breakfast was very good in terms of quality and variety. As far as the location.. it’s centered in the middle of the city in front of the sea shore

The only comment is the front desk: We arrived at 12:30 pm the time guests were checking out.. the front desk manager was trying his best to serve them alone with one assistant. It took us two hours to check in. My advice is to provide support to front desk in rush hours

Everything was great. I was upgraded to a sea view room as first time welcome gift 🎁 staff was so nice and helpful The view was amazing and the location is near to the mall and cafes Food and breakfast was good , desserts were the most delicious,, I ordered a molten cake to my room and it was so good and very cheap as well What I respected the most , that the wardrobe had a paper attached to it with the facility services ( iron , dry clean) and its **prices** I didn't except much because of the negative reviews but to me everything was fine and i believe everyone has his own point of view about this 👍

Room service was a bit slow , yet they apologized and got me what i wanted eventually :"D
