The hotel is conveniently located. Photos of the room correspond to reality, which is rare in Egyptian hotels. Good friendly staff. Normal breakfast. In general, based on local realities, the hotel is good in terms of price-quality ratio.

At breakfast, there are not always forks with knives; according to local custom, you have to either eat with your hands or bring your own. Also of the minuses is that you have to pay for the second cup of coffee.

The position of the hotel near Tahir Square, the cleanliness and the view from the roof terrace. The sympathy and kindness of the staff always ready to help

the presence of families with children who can be very noisy at night

Centrally located in Downtown area of the city. Easy 10 minute walk to Egyptian Museum. Spotlessly clean large room with comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Tasty breakfast included in room rate. Rooftop restaurant with good views of city. Manager very friendly and helpful at arranging tours.

Soundproofing was poor allowing a lot of traffic noise from the busy Main Street. WiFi was usable but not very fast and could be unreliable. Room was only cleaned if you asked.

I liked the cleanliness and the morning shift staff. On the other hand, the night shift staff were polite but less responsive than the morning shift staff (reception) to be specific. I like that the room that was big enough and quiet. It was street view and that was nice for me despite the noise. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Cairo where you can go everywhere smoothly. Also, Mr. Saleem heard this review from me and I hope he takes care of my concerns.

I didn't like the breakfast at all! Small amounts, same menu and taste of some foods weren't good enough such as 'falafel'. Also, the elevator made us terrified because of the creaks we used to hear while going up or down! Every time I got in, I had the feeling it might damage!! To my surprise, there was no fans inside the toilet. I had to deal with the water vapor along my stay! You have to fix this ASAP.

The room was spacious and clean. It included air conditioning and fridge. The beds were comfortable. The shower was very practical with hot water. There were clean towels, shampoo and shower gel. The Internet connection was also very good most of the times. Our room was on the side street, so it was quiet. The location is just perfect: 2 minutes walk from Tahrir square and one can find everything in the neighborhood: restaurants of all kinds, grocery, exchange, pharmacy... We took one paid meal (an Iftar) and it was quite good and generous. They have a really nice terrace on the roof where breakfast is served and where one could sit and relax.

The breakfast was on the poor side (not a buffet as shown in the picture): 1 hot drink + bread+ egg + cheese + yogurt + jam. Yet, when we asked for some change, we were provided foul as well. At times, we felt that we were being given mixed messages. The staff need to communicate among themselves and give the visitor reliable answers all the time.

We stayed in a two-room suite for only $36 per night, including breakfast (fava beans, falafel, boiled eggs, bread, jam and yoghurt). The hotel is located one block away from Tahrir square, so practically in the center. They also offer a free pickup service from Cairo airport, which is great.

If you are an avid traveller and want to experience "real"country, the hotel is perfect and authentic. If you are used to staying at Hiltons, well, then perhaps you will find things to complain about - like you can hear the (mad) Cairo traffic, English of the employees is rather limited, you should not count on croissants and fresh orange juice for breakfast, and the furniture is, well, Egyptian :). But hey, that's the charm of it!

Everything's perfect! The hotel is absolutely super clean and the rooms are very very nice and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and kind, always available to organize trips at reasonable prices! We were 4 in a room with a double bed, a single bed and a large sofa-bed. Great tourististic location. The breakfast is included in the price. For us it is a hotle that is worth more than 3 stars. And of course our evaluation via Booking deserves the best. P.S. they prepare nice figures on the beds with towels just like in the photos. And they put some nice decorations in the bathroom.

the rooms are nicely decorated, big, cheerful and bright with comfy beds. shower was good, tv and fridge provided. Ahmed was helpful and friendly. there was not much noise from the street; fairly peaceful night. the lift works well. luggage was securely stored for us while we were out the next day.

the only poor part of it was the breakfast - the chairs and tables were dirty, service was late, slow and unfriendly. we were not given even a full portion per person, and were not offered any choice. no fresh fruit or real juice, and just plastic tableware. the location is ok, fairly central, but not a pretty area.

The location was excellent, a short walk to Tahrir square. All the staff was very nice and they helped us organize everything. The breakfast on the rooftop was very nice and a bit different every day. We booked a dinner cruise with them that we enjoyed and thought that was good value.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable for us. The room was a bit chilly in February.
