The staff were super kind and welcoming. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was bought to the room upon request, so that is very nice. The hotel has good blackout curtains and the bathroom is very modern! The hotel is centrally located, so you can easily walk to shops and a fantastic restaurant called Fish & Chips.

The breakfast was just OK... nothing special. Needs some fresh pastries perhaps and juice. The room that I got was not what I had booked. There were no amenities like hot tube. In fact the room was only 1 of 6, so there must be more than 1 location. The building is rundown and looks sketchy (but it was very safe). The area is downtown so it's constant noise and car horns. That didn't even bother me and I slept like a baby! I would return as this is a great value for money, just don't expect 5 star looks. The quality is definitely a 3 star experience.

Coffee and breakfast were perfect

We stayed at Abdeen Palace Hotel for 2 nights and had a really good experience. The location is perfectly centred in downtown cairo with a metro station 1 minute away. The room was clean and well set up, and the bathroom facilities were really good. The best thing about the hotel was how accommodating the staff were. We were able to hold our luggage on the last day and were given a place to pray, once we had checked out of our room. We highly recommend this place to stay.

AC didn't work in our room and it was very noisy outside. Though neither of these is the fault of the host as we didn't speak to the staff about this. We also booked a deluxe double room but we got a twin room, again we didn't complain about this either so not too bad.

Location of the hotel was good. Uber costs around 350/420EGP (£10GBP) from Sphinx airport. Staff can speak English and are helpful. Shops & Metro station very close by. Uber to Pyramids around £5GBP. Breakfast was OK. Bed was comfortable. Elham at reception was very helpful.

Water or Juice option for breakfast would’ve been nice. Hotel faces a busy street and can be noisy but we didn’t have problems sleeping.

The hotel has an excellent position, near to city center and subway. The staff is really friendly and helpful to meet all the requests. The staff also offers the possibility to organize guided tours of the main attractions of the city. The breakfast is rich and good!

I recommend the staff to take care of some more details of the rooms, that are actually clean but basic! For example adding a shower curtain, more towels, and hairdryer.

The staff of the hotel was super helpful. They made sure that we had everything we needed. The room is very clean and breakfast was very tasty. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to experience the city center of Cairo. Very close to the airport as well so good if you want to spend your first or last days in Cairo here.

Everything. When I arrived, Mina made me feel so welcomed.The breakfast was freshly cooked and different each day. When I needed a stamped invoice to access my WU account, Basmala and Saber immediately created one for me. The housekeeping team, made sure my laundry was done quickly. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean.

Ahmed and all staff were very friendly and polite. The location of the place is convenient to move around other tourist attractions. WiFi & air-con was good as well as other room facilities. Ahmed also helped me to arrange tours and let my stuff to stay in hostel after checked-out. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there when I back to Cairo again.

Good place. Sure, don't expect an unforgettable experience, but for the money - it's really great. The bed's comfy, the aircon works well, bathroom is good. If you're not planning to spend a lot of time just sitting in the hotel room (why would you do that?) It's a great place to sleep and recuperate while exploring Cairo.

It's "Egypt clean" not "Swiss clean". Good thing it's in Egypt :)

The staff was very nice and very helpful from our arriving to our departure. We were able to let our luggages there for the afternoon after the check out. Regarding the medium price of the hotel, everything was good : beds confortable, good pressure and hot water in the shower. The room was clean. The hotel is well located, next to the metro Mohamed Naguib, which is very convenient to visit le Caire. I recommend this hotel.
