I DIDNT LIKE THE LADY DOWNSTAIRS, THE ONE I DID THE CHECK IN. SHE OVERCHARGED ME FOR JUST GOING TO THE PYRAMIDS. SHE ASKED ME FOR $50 THE MANIPULATES ME, SHE FOOLED ME, SHE CONVINCED ME TO PAY HER $50 JUST FOR A TAXI, SHE TOLD ME EVERYTHING WAS INCLUDED WITH THE $50 DOLLARS BUT THAT WAS A “LIE”. ON TOP OF THE $50 I HAD TO PAY FOR THE ENTRANCE AT THE PYRAMIDS, THE ENTRANCE AT THE OTHER SITE: , ETC ETC THAT WOMAN SCAMMED ME, SHE IS A SCAMMER 😠 😡 THAT WOMAN SHOULD BE FIRED; SHE HAS TO BE TERMINATED FOR LYING TO THE GUESTS… I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TOUR HOTEL SO LONG SHE IS STILL WORKING THERE…

Everything was perfect!!!! Our room had the most wonderfull view, the Pyramids!!! Nozol's location is super for visiting the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The staff very polite, always with a smile to help you with everything. You feel safe around the area, across the road is the Mena Mariott hotel, where you can sit and enjoy the views of the garden and the pyramids appreciating a nice coktail! Food and breakfast at the terrace is excellent. Just call an uber and with less than 5 euros you will be at the Gem, which is astonishing!!!! The Pyramids also is a masterpiece standing there over thousands of years!!! THANK YOU NOZOL STAFF FOR EVERYTHING!!!

The room is modern, cosy and comfortable. Very good large beds. We slept very well. The temperature in the room was perfect. Good position near the pyramids. Good breakfast with a stunning view. Very helpful and professional staff. Water for free every day. Strong WiFi.

The bathroom could be bigger, little space to put your stuff but the shower was very good and hot, even though only for 5 minutes. The hotel is directly on a main street with a lot of traffic and noise but we had earplugs.At night and in the morning is less. The restaurant has little variety but it it's ok if you don't want to go out. The windows need to be cleaned properly. All in all a nice stay.

This hotel is wonderful!! A true gem, it opened just over a year ago and offers the best quality for this price in the area! It has a superb location, the entry to the pyramids is only a 5 minute walk!! There are shops, restaurants, pharmacies and a bank with currency exchange and ATM service just around the corner. There are many taxis and Uber available and the guest relations can arrange tours for you. The rooms are as beautiful and modern as you see in the pictures! They are clean and new with very comfortable beds and great showers. There is new aircon which also works as heating in winter. On the rooftop terrace, there is a restaurant serving a variety of food and fresh juices and hot drinks all day, with an unbelievable view of the pyramids... The mango juice is so delicious! If is also possible to smoke shisha on the rooftop with this splendid view. Breakfast buffet is abundant with Continental and Egyptian choices, it comes with many cold and hot food choices, and you can even order an omelette or have fresh waffles! A great hotel to come home to after the bustle of Cairo. The staff are very polite, make you feel right at home and will help you with anything you need. The room/suite and the view. The omellette and breakfast was also good. We took a jacuzzi room with a view to the pyramids as it is something I really, really wanted and it did not dissapoint. It is very difficult to beat that view anywhere else on this beautiful planet of ours and I fell in love with Egypt that day when we arrived. View from Nozol Hotel absolutely helped.

I had a bit of a glitch with this hotel as our flight was an overnight one so we arrived very early in the morning (6am) Our friend could check into his room but ours was occupied. We left our stuff in our friends room. When we came back for check i(at 2pm) n the room was not ready and was full of cigarette smoke. By this point we were exhausted but they did let us have a suite so we went straight to bed. The suite was pricey and it only had polyester sheets which I thought was quite a no no for the price. The staff cleaned the room but there was a demand for tips for everything. It is noisy but then this is Giza/Cairo so you do get used to it.

The hotel is brand new, and it is very clean. Stuff was very friendly and very helpful. Full room facilities was very good towels below bedsheet are very clean and new

Installation of the windows and the doors are very poor. You can feel like you are staying on the road. You can hear housekeeping people talking on the color door from your door.

Our stay at Nozol Pyramids Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Since we had planned to explore the area, we were in touch with Mr. Abdo, who expertly arranges tours for hotel guests. His knowledge was outstanding, he clearly knows what he’s doing! Sadly he focuses on planning rather than joining us on the trips, everything he organized for us was smooth and reliable . The tours themselves were fantastic, thanks to Mr. Mahmoodh our driver our guide, Mr. Islam, was exceptional, friendly, down-to-earth, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made our experience even more enjoyable with his insights and genuine personality. As for the hotel, the service was good. The lobby, restaurant, and rooms were all clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thank you to Ms. Doha and Ms. Nada at reception for their outstanding hospitality, they were always helpful and kind. We also appreciated the presence of the General Manager, who was always around, greeting guests with a big, warm smile. Overall, Nozol Pyramids Hotel is more than just a place to stay, it’s an experience made special by the amazing people who run it. The staff turned our trip into an unforgettable memory, and thanks to them, any misconceptions we had before arriving to Egypt turned into nothing but fond stories. In our opinion, this is one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. Of course, no trip is without its minor hiccups, but everything was handled so well that we only remember the good times!

The front desk exceptionally so very helpful and very friendly a big thank you to Nada Doha and Yassin. The rooms are very clean and there is an amazing rooftop with fantastic views of the pyramids were they serve breakfast which has a great selection to choose from. And also a big thank you also to Alaa how was very helpful with my luggage this is my second visit to this hotel it’s in a great location and I am looking forward to seeing everyone again soon thank you all for a wonderful stay

Everything was perfect Staff were really friendly & even the car service was really good and the hotel staff member called me as well to make sure the driver arrived to pick me up from the place and for my safety me & my sister as well The room was so clean & everything was in place I had lunch & breakfast in Dalila on the roof and the food was so tasty & clean as well for someone has a problem to eat outside my home The view on the roof was so lovely seeing the pyramids and took lots of photos ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Def. I would come back

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this hotel. The whole staff (reception, housekeeping, F&B etc.) were very welcoming, helpful and kind all around. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The half board menu for dinner has several options, we couldn't get bored of it in the 4 days we stayed here. You can have 4 courses (a soup, a salad, a main course and a dessert), but 2 courses were far enough for us. The room was spacious and clean. Wouldn't think twice to book this hotel again if i was looking for a hotel in Giza. Great value for money.

Nothing to mention here about the hotel itself. Yes, it's on the corner of a busy street, so bring an earplug if you're a light sleeper. Traffic in Giza and Cairo is heavy, even at night. The muezzin's first call for the daily prayer (at 4-5am) can be heard all over the city, just keep it in mind.
