Excellent Hotel. I highly recommend staying here. Gorgeous big rooms with all amenities you can imagine, excellent and attentive staff, terrific location for the pyramids, and beautiful, comfortable rooms. In all my travel experience to 56 countries, this is the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Probably the best food I’ve had in my life! Thank you so much for everything. The lunch was also wonderful. We loved eating on the rooftop looking at the pyramids every morning!

Staff was so friendly and polite, special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Khattab - the hotel manager - for his quick response for any inquiry. The hotel is new, so the furniture is new , and the room space was fair enough. I had used the restaurant a once, and the food was greatly, but it was a small space. The view was partially for the great museum and pyramids' view. Walking distance to the great museum and pyramids.

This brand new hotel is a true diamond in the pyramid area of Gizeh and is situated close to the new Grand Egyptian Museum. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the people have been super kind, attentive and gave us a fantastic experience. We had the executive suite, which was spacious, with seating area, great hot shower and there is a small restaurant, which always offers food and drinks whenever you need. Every morning we had Egyptian breakfast on the rooftop with a view of the pyramids. They can arrange tours and drivers to airport for fair prices as well.

Nothing, I am sure they will keep making many guests happy if they continue this way.

This is my third time in Lucanda Museum, during my first stay the room was remarkable, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was amazing and made with high quality materials, overall, great value for money, Actually, I thought this is only for marketing purposes, just to attract new customers and build customer base, as the hotel was just opened at that time, But when I stayed there for the second then the third time, I found that the quality was even higher, and the same fresh amazing breakfast and friendly staff, with higher value for money. Definitely this is will not be my last time. And special thanks to the descent helpful Manager, Mr. Essam.

Great location as we wanted to experience the new museum and the pyramids. We booked the deluxe and executive suites. They were amazing. Exactly like the pictures. The day manager Noha was lovely and assisted with all our request. We had 3 toddlers with us which isn’t easy to navigate. Noha helped us with packed lunches to take on our road trips when she saw the kids didn’t eat much for breakfast. The breakfast provided was amazing. Full service - falafel, eggs, fresh bread, foul, cold meats and cheeses and a great selection for the kids in terms of cereals. Also lovely coffee to go with it. We had breakfast on the roof 2 mornings we were there - our guests loved that they had a view of the pyramids and was a dream come true for them.

Good hotel with great location for pyramids and grand egyptian museum. We still booked an uber even though it's 10 minutes by walk because there's a very chaotic 6 lane road we'd have to cross and we're just not that egyptian yet. Other than that the room was big, had a bit of a strange smell. We really enjoyed the food. The view to the pyramids is satisfactory. During checkout we were told to pay extra for two bottles of water which we were not informed about earlier (was only 50 egyptian pounds) and is okay but would expect this to be included as we booked half board and it wasn't the cheapest hotel in the location. The staff was really great! Very kind and helpful, but at the same time respecting your space.

Location is super if you have limited time to see Giza Plateau and GEM. Hotel also arranged our airport transfers, tour of the pyramids, day-trip to Saqqara and Memphis which was helpful, and we had a pleasant guide and reliable driver. We felt safe staying at the hotel and with our transportations arranged by them. Hotel also helped getting our local SIM Card (a must for foreigners), and anti-diarrhea medicine prior our arrival. We also ate our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel, limited choices but alright just for a couple days. All management and staff were friendly, pleasant and spoke good English.

Have earplugs and be ready if you are a light sleeper, as the windows aren't the best sound proof, and the traffic noise is constant (maybe quieter between 1am-5am).

Watching the majestic pyramids while relaxing on the rooftop was absolutely surreal, especially during sunset. It felt like I was living in a postcard! The rooftop was beautifully set up with comfortable seating, making it the ideal place to unwind and take in the awe-inspiring surroundings. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with modern amenities. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed, which added to the overall experience. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. But honestly, it was the rooftop view that made this stay unforgettable. If you’re planning a trip to the Pyramids, I highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location, excellent service, and that magical rooftop view. You won’t regret it!

I liked everything but I have one suggestion for the hotel: keep slippers because travelers usually don't pack slippers with them. And they expect the hotel to have them.

Only one mile from pyramids and 3 quarters of a mile from Grand Museum. Room size was big and both single beds were quite wide and clean.Hotel was well maintained and clean.

Shower and toilet room was smelly. Floor edges and corners of toilet looked filthy. We told the receptionist staff about this and they did got it cleaned, but still couldn’t get rid of smell. It might be because of traps were not installed in gutters when showers and toilets were installed.

Really enjoyed our stay here very friendly hotel. Staff were superb including the manager. Once the manager realised i could only eat gluten free bread he went especially to get me some. rooms were cleaned daily and kept to a very high standard. The staff were excellent, they would go out of their way to make sure we were comfortable,It is a 20 minute walk to pyramids and the shops are about a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was pleasant and varied. Our departure flight was late at night at 2am and even though we checked out that afternoon the manager was kind enough to give us another room free of charge till we left for the airport. Overall an excellent experience will definitely will be staying again.
