The property was new . Ali was very helpful and very attentive to my needs . Location is perfect ..near the pyramids and the grand museum.its very VALUE for my money as breakfast was also included the price I overall paid . It was also a plus to have Tea and coffee ☕️ facilities in my room . Special thanks to Ali Deimos the night shift who gave me a room with a window front of the main road and overlooking the pyramid. It was a bonus from him indeed .what I’ve originally book was a room with no pyramid view .

No one came to clean my room all throughout my stay. The tea and coffee and water was never replaced although I have to go and tell the staff to top it up which they did . There was work going on in the hotel which Lead to the loss of internet for few hours No bar No restaurant In this 3 star hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Crown Hotel Giza Pyramids, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The view of the big pyramids from my room was absolutely breathtaking, offering a once-in-a-lifetime experience.the room has all facilities you can ask for internet connection was great has a wide range getting all corners in the room the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable . From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Giza, as it truly offers an unparalleled combination of stunning views and exceptional service .

Firstly l loved the location and the view from my room, where l can see the pyramids immediately,Its just a fantastic hotel with a fancy and new furniture in both the room and the lobby. Moreover, the breakfast food quality was so good and varied, the hotel is so hygiene and clean. People working there also are so kind and helpful, they helped me so much and gave me many information about the country and best restaurants, directions and many other things. I do recommend this hotel as l think it has many advantages such as the place, employees kindness and the breakfast menu and the food quality.

the hotel is brand new and very very clean. great shower, good beds. Simple and tasty breakfast. Thank you very much to Ali for the welcoming us, this man knows how to receive guests, unobtrusive, pleasant person. And thanks to Fatma for the breakfasts.

All was good, we did not had window in the room, thanks to this there was no street noise.

1. The location was very central and very near the pyramids and not very far from the museums as well. It had supermarkets which was 5 minutes away and a shop that's 30 seconds away from the hotel (just go to the right side and you'll see it). 2. If you wanted to have activities or visit certain places in Egypt the staff was very quick and easy to help with that. It felt very safe to be there. 3. I would like to give a special thanks to the staff which was there to help me at my stay in the hotel. Mr Ali, George, Mohammed, Ali and the other staff that worked there was very respectful and helped me with every question that I had. 4. If I ever came back to Egypt I would have stayed in the same hotel. I had a nice time and for the price I believe it was a win - win. 5. With confidence I would recommend this hotel if you plan on travelling to Egypt. You will be met with kindness and the staff will answer all the questions you have (which they did for me).

The hotel pleasantly surprised me. It was better than expected. Extremely clean, good reception, and a diverse local breakfast. Everything was great.

The towels were small and not suitable for showering.

The best place i have evere stayed before in Cairo! Ali and his nice staff did everything they could to make our stay the most beautiful and comfortable! The hotel itself is new, evereything is modern, stylish and unusually comfortable in Egypt. Fridge, kettle, coffee and tea provided in the room. Breakfast is basic but enough and delicious. 24/7 reception, security cameras, elevator. The new Grand Egyptian Museum in 15 min walks, Giza archeological site 10 min by car (taxi, uber). Giza Sphinx Airport 30-40 min by car. Thanks for the tips on the supermarket and restaurants and for luggage storage after check-out! See you again, we will be back!
