I booked the Villa 604 because close to the Airport and I'm catching an 4:00 AM flight. The hotel is a very nice, clean place Great location and safety with security gate entrance and is located in residence Area.

The Villa 604 located in residence area and not easy to find it by Taxi or Uber, My taxi driver didn't find the hotel and he end up Dropp me off close to the area and I have to walk about 35 Minutes to the main gate entrance then I have to walk another 15 minutes inside to find the villa 604 because it's residence area and all the building looks the same and no direction to the hotel. SO DON'T USE TAXI OR UBER FOR YOUR PICKUP JUST USE CAR SERVICE LOCATEDIN THE VILLA 604 LOBBY. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Housekeeping team are superb and very professional. Big praises to Ms Rana Hesham and Ms Doaa Kamal for making my room so sparkling clean and comfortable everyday. They are such joyful and smart ladies. Reception staff (Mr Mariam Tarek and Mr Ziad Ahmed) are also very helpful and experienced. Breakfast is decent, and the chef is a wonderful man. The hotel is located within a residential compound, and it can take a long time for Uber to get in and out of the compound, but the air is fresh (with birds chirping every morning) within the compound so it is okay. There is a nice pool in the hotel. The hotel owner is a respectful man and he has made this hotel very homely and beautiful for foreign guests to relax in. I will certainly book again.

It is difficult for Uber to find the correct entrance to the residential compound. The hotel staff and guests smoke within the hotel building, and the second-hand smoke can make non-smoker guests feel quite uncomfortable and unhealthy.

Only one small thing that you have to enter and exit the compound from one gate ( visitors gate)

Everything is exceptional in this hotel comparing with its very reasonable price; reception staff like Ms. Doaa, Ms. Maryam & Mr. Tarek, Mr. Hesham are very helpful and welcoming, all other staff like Chef Emad & his team and even the house keepers are amazing persons and do their best to keep you comfortable. Rooms are super clean & quiet and hotel as a whole lies in a secured quiet compound with easy accessibility to all places in Cairo by Uber or similar. Breakfast is very good with good variety. I really loved the place and definitely would come back.

I loved the garden and how quiet the whole property was.. I needed that calm and quiet during my stay and it was just perfect. Also the staff were amazing, Ms. Doaa made sure I had everything I needed and whatever was missing, she immediately provided. Ms. Maryam was very accommodating and made sure I stayed in the room after I’ve booked multiple stays for the same period of time. Ms. Rana made sure I was staying in a clean and comfortable room along with other staff members. Mr. Akram has been a great help especially when medical attention was needed and he used his medical background for the rescue. Mr. Mostafa was very attentive and helpful, he helped carry all of my stuff when I was too sick to carry anything even though this isn’t his job. Overall the whole staff was amazing and I wish I could see more of their examples in every hotel at which I stay in the world. Thank you all for everything.

The place and The rooms were clean, The pool were Nice and clean.

The location is not good. Everything is far away and there is nothing close. In general the palms resort is very empty. On my last day I had to get breakfast early because of the time of my flight. I got eggs that were frozen, The bread was stale and The food were not enough for The whole family. And in The breakfast buffé in general there is no water avilable to drink, you have to order it and pay per small bottle. They don't refill The food when it's done but you have to ask them to do it. And the service is slow.

Staff are very nice and friendly, the bed was very comfortable, AC was very good, they had a scale at bathroom which is a nice bonus to weight my bags before going to the airport:)

Breakfast time is very short, from 8:30 to 11 I didn't like the music playing in the background that can be heard in my room!! I called and the staff were nice to turn it down, but why background noise while I'm in my own room. This should be turned off or just in the lobby

The best thing about this property, aside from the clean rooms and garden and seating areas, was the staff. I’ve been in the tourism business for over 10 years and I’ve never seen friendlier staff. They all need a raise, they really do go above and beyond to help guests. Special thanks to Ms. Doaa, Ms. Maryam, Ms. Rana, Mr. Akram, Mr. Mostafa, Mr. Ahmed and all the amazing staff who have helped me throughout my stay.. I’m sorry if I forgot any names but every single one of the staff was really wonderful and I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me. Again, thank you all so much ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood, which was really nice. I had the best sleep in my life. I was able to focus really well here, and I enjoyed my stay. The room was very spacious, and the quality was excellent. I was able to take Uber to get around anywhere I needed. The hot water was really nice too. And the staff was very kind and friendly. Maryam was really helpful and had the best smile.

Comfortable bed, very clean and peaceful, good location - close to the airport so it is extremely good if you have a flight or you need a quick accommodation after a flight. The customer service very good, helpful and friendly. Water and tea/coffee available in the room.

Since our flight was at 5 am, we needed to leave the hotel at 2, so there was no possibility to obtain a takeaway breakfast though we paid for the accommodation with breakfast.
