Amarina is literally one of the best resorts in Hurghada, offering unique experience. Friendly staff and excellent hospitality, catering to distinguished guests. We loved our stay, every needs was well met. Travelling with three young children can be hectic, but with Amarina caring and friendly staff the makes us love our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed (reception), who was very welcoming, explaining all the resort facilities and supporting us with our needs. Catering staff were all amazing, especially Zein, Omer, Khalid and Sayed, always caring about the kids, their welcoming and sense of humor makes us enjoy our time. Overall, all the catering staff were very professional and friendly atbthe same time. Thank you Sherif for your exceptional room service, really appreciated The entertainment team were superb, makes our stay more enjoyable. The conditions of the equipment, the size of the room we stayed in, the food from the buffet, as well as the three restaurants I tried—especially the Oriental restaurant, which was excellent; the Asian one was good too, but the Italian could improve a bit. I had four sessions of massages, and it was also worth it (it's worth negotiating the prices a bit). Braided hair services are another thing you should negotiate the price for. In the shops, we had the opportunity to buy souvenirs and travel bags, nothing to complain about. The entertainment is good but could be improved compared to other countries I've visited. The guys from Turkey are very communicative and integrate well. The water park is also a positive point. Room cleanliness. Abundance of spaces for meals and snacks in various areas of the hotel. The restaurant staff, reception, cleaning, photographers, and entertainers are friendly. The New Year's party went well with great shows and dancing. The beach area is also very good.

On the first day, it was very bad. A bald, slightly overweight man with glasses and a mustache carried our bags. I was tipping him 3 euros, but he insisted he didn't want coins and kept asking for paper money. I mentioned I only had large bills, and he insisted I go exchange them with him. It bothered me a lot, and my son was scared. Eventually, I declined. As we left, he started speaking Arabic, presumably treating me poorly. I detested this situation; I've never been in one like it. Shameful! We had a water leak from the ceiling in our room throughout our stay. In the Italian restaurant, the desserts were hard and didn't seem fresh. The quality of alcoholic beverages is not the best.

The staff is great. On checking in they upgraded our room because we have a baby and are repeat guests. They're very helpful and always greet you with a smile. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all great in variety and quality. Snacks on the beach/pool area are just what we needed. The beach is sandy and calm, and the pool is great.

It was Above Expectations, it was our First time there but surely not last one for many reasons : 1- A lots of credits goes to Ms. Mariam in Reception, who makes our trip unforgettable with easily Check in, Upgrading room and also supportive and professional atittude for every demand 2- food was exceptional, quality and quantity also beverages specially from Lobby (prepared with Love by Mr. Mahmoud I guessl) 3- Animation team is professional not annoying, friendly with joyful smiles 4- A la Carte Resturant Specially at Luca Toni Resturant is Highly recommeded, prepare yourself for a visit without travelling to italy, atmosphere, food, Service and a professional Chef, really a great praise for every one work at this Resturant even the smiley waiter 5- could a place Have Aqua Park, lots of beautiful pools, Sandy beautiful Sea & fully booked although that your are spoiled as you are the Only customer!! Shortly it is underated Jewel in Hurghada!!!

The staff was incredibly amazing . I really enjoyed the generous hospitality they have provided . I cannot mention how many nice gestures they have done through my stay ,beginning from upgrading my room for free charge.The staff at the reception were wonderful specially Armia , he was really very helpful and nice I hope I can come here again soon.

Every staff we've encountered is calm and friendly. The receptionists are funny, warm, and really considerate. They promised to help us with restaurant reservation or anything that we can use their help and what they've done exceeds their promise. Everyday the housekeeping staff (They cleaned our room 1330) gave us a pleasant surprise. Their flower arrangement and animals made of towels argue their artistic taste and sense of humour. On the first day I asked for an extra bottle of water, the next day extra water was there before we asked. Being well taken care of is a great feeling. The hotel is a convenient place to stay for professional and beginner divers because there are several diving schools located very close to the hotel. Our room had sea view and pool view. We enjoyed being waken up by sunshine every morning and opening the balcony door to breath the fresh sea air. Food is good. Compared with the other five star hotel we've stayed in Egypt, this hotel at least is willing to spend money on real meat and fish. Freshly made ice cream by the pool is the best!

The à la carte food can be improved, merely because people tend to have higher expectations.

This was my second stay in the hotel, the deluxe rooms are very big and comfortable, the staff is very helpful and friendly, Ammar from Guest Relationship fulfilled all wishes (food, activities, and general arrangements). The restaurant has good food with a large variety of salad and vegetables :) nearby are great KiteSurfing & Diving Centers!

Everything was perfect .. Many thanks to Mr.Mina he was very kind and helpful 😊 it was an amazing trip..I will repeat it soon. and many thanks to Mr.hussin the house keeper he was very nice and smily.

The bathrooms needs some maintenance .. and must be another main restaurant for the times like eid time to contain the people..

Actually, everything was wonderful, starting from the pleasing reception from Mr Mohamed Ramadan and Mina and Mariam and Rimon, I remember their names cause they were very warm, welcoming, and friendly, along with all other stuff as well in the house keeping and restaurant even the lifeguards. The room was outstanding and the facilities are new actually, and for a moment I felt the resort is a bit Kozy, however, it turned out to be a value for me, It has everything, 6 or 7 pools, a beach, Bars and restaurants everywhere, non the less, I didn't need to walk too much to get from a point to another, the whole place is very well designed, and the beach is nice and calm.

Only one thing, My room was Sea view, and the view was nice yeah, however, the resort is greeny and it's very nice for sure, but too much palms in the view between me and the beach or the sea that covered more of the sea view for me.
