The beach is a few minutes walking and very nice. It is a sandy beach. The water is crystal clear. Employees are professional, friendly and accommodating. The night shows they had at night were amazing including a belly dance show and a Brazilian dance show. The animation team is fun and everyday there were several activities. The buffet had a lot of variety. Some of the dishes were spectacular (some of the best we ever had at a buffet) including the fresh bread and the bbq meats which were available everyday. The aqua park is a few minutes walking and is cute and super fun for families.

Some of the dishes in the buffet weren’t that good including the small cakes. We also thought hygiene wasn’t top notch but this could be due to being peak season when we visited. We also had a communication issue with booking.com and the hotel regarding the price which was frustrating but booking.com sorted it out. We recommend you verify the confirmation email you receive when booking to know the exact price and don’t just depend on the booking.com application.

The beach is great, I have been to bigger hotels in Hurghada, but the beach of this hotel is much better, there is not stones or pebbles and the water is clear, there is also a diving area and a snorkeling area near to the hotel so you do not have to go to far places for snorkeling and pay extra fees. The food was great but the desserts were poor people were friendly in the room services and they offered extra mineral water whenever we wanted, the restaurant team was also friendly and more than helpful They let u use life jackets for free on the beach They have lots of nice trees in the garden(lemon trees and pomegranate), kids were interested to see them They have nice table to feed birds and pigeons, so I respect their care for the environment and other creatures

The night activities were poor(sometimes annoying), actually the hotel needs to hire a better organizer for this task, the food was great but the desserts were poor, the tap water is hard water, so the soap sticks to your hand and body when u wash your hands or have a shower

This is one of the best vacations I had in Egypt and I wish it was longer. The room was great and spacious with comfortable bed and pillows . The team in different areas ( room service , beach , reception , restaurant , ..... ) all did an amazing job to make sure we are all having a great time . The buffet was extraordinary with a variety of delicious dishes . The beach is amazing with crystal clear water . This is a kids friendly hotel where there was a room for kids to play with different toys under supervision from the hotel trained staff who can handle kids and also the kids pools are great . This is one of the best hotels in Egypt and this will definitely be the first of more stays to happen .

Despite the hotel being full, I didn't feel it at all. All services were exceptional and the staff was polite and respectful. Happy with my choice.

I was told that they had 99% occupancy so I'd waited too long to check in; I booked 2 rooms. The first I waited for about an hour ( after 8 hours drive, it wasn't easy). The 2nd room it took about 5 hours to be ready.

my room was in 3rd floor and no nearby elevator, I don't mind taking the stairs but I'm coming to get pampered not play sports :) 1 large pool is not enough Main restaurant is not big enough to handle a fully booked hotel

The landscape was wonderful, nice entertainment program daily, the food was fantastic, they bake fresh bread every morning. I enjoyed most of the Egyptian dishes I was longing for. The staff were very helpful, front desk were exceptional specifically Germeen, kitchen staff are wonderful, very nice beach for snorkeling, but you have to find the pier.

Some of the staff at the beach in front of the hotel didn't know where's the pier, I had to discover it on my own. They were giving me misleading information. Half board doesn't include any drinks at dinner time, but it does during breakfast.

Fantastic location, good reef near by and a nice promenade that takes you along other hotels to a small marina, shops and restaurants. Lovely, large room. Good size pool, unfortunately unheated.

The staff really make this resort what it is - everyone is so friendly, very kind Egyptian hospitality from everyone in the restaurant, the lifeguards and all beach/pool staff. Estafanos at dinner used to take time showing us all the different and delicious desserts and Deia always so helpful with the amazing juices. There were too many kind faces to remember all the names! :) The food is delicious and plentiful - we have definitely come home a few pounds heavier! The hotel itself is very nice and well maintained - rooms are spacious and comfortable. The shower curtain is a bit of an old feature to have in a hotel but we didn't mind at all! The room was always kept nice and tidy by the housekeeping gentleman. Pool is great and the large and kids one is heated. It is on a great location on the beach and has an expansive area of beach to walk around or seek more privacy if you wish. Great for kids as it is shallow for a long time before becoming deep - they loved playing with hermit crabs and spotting fish and even a sea snake! Lots of good snorkeling spots at your fingertips so see some beautiful sights! The Soma Splash water park was a big surprise, it is larger than we expected and is fun for both adults and kids! Lots of slides! Would happily recommend this place!

Animation wasn't great except for the mini disco, daytime activities on the timetable weren't what was actually taking place eg treasure hunt etc however the hotel were aware and readily took feedback of guests on board and said they were introducing a new animation team with more activities this week.

The buffet has to be revised I think I was overcharged since I am Egyptian National and had reserved for 3300 EGP a night three months ahead as of February 2002 and I was charged 4400 EGP instead and I think it is because of the the devaluation of the EGP. According to me this is not right since as Egyptian National I should have been fixed to the rate agreed upon on booking at the time in EGP through Booking.com. I would like for Booking.com to review this.
