The room is good size, very comfortable with fridge and coffee facilties. Strong shower. I got room with a balcony.. 2 top floors don't have balconies. Room and hotel were sparkling clean. All staff from reception, restaurant to bars were great, professional and helpful. The animation team is absolutely fantastic. Breakfast and drinks were great. There's a free and very well equipped gym. Sandy beach. Good value for money. Would come back.

The bar and pool area is small. There are not many sunbeds around the pool. You're forced to go to the beach. Not enough shade to shelter from sun anywhere outdoors. Grounds are filled with bungalows. Lunch and dinners are not the best. However, I can't complain about giving the price I paid.

The hotel overall is amazing. It's pretty huge and there are many things to do. The staff was super nice and very friendly. The hotel & gardens & swimming pool are always clean. There are many varieties of food that suit all tastes. I like that the beach was part of the hotel and the view from my room was amazing.

I don't have negative comments about the hotel services but only that the hotel is a little far from Hurghada city and the airport.

The beach is more than wonderful, and the hotel is beautiful in its simplicity. The rooms are well-arranged and clean, The reception and hospitality staff and the workers in general are friendly and kind, especially Chef Ibrahim in the beach restaurant, is professional, friendly and very polite man. The food tastes very good but the variety is not enough. Overall, I enjoyed this vacation very much.

although the air conditioning sound is loud in some rooms. Mr.tark Barman in reception is professional, but he needs to be more friendly

Location, Location , Location ( one of the best locations among all the Egyptian red sea cost ) Beach ( very big, clean and well organized) Pool ( very clean and have variable activities ) Aqua ( despite all the activities u have here there's still aqu games ) Staff ( really nice staff ) Landscape ( 80% of the facility is green area and it's maintained very well ) Room view First time in hurghada that didn't face mosquitoes bites ( Don't know what they had done to get rid of all mosquitoes but it's brilliant and working so well )

Not a big deal actually the only thing i can think about is having some geckos in my room but with all that landscaping it didn't really surprised me and every time i found one i called the reception and they sent someone to get rid of it

There is a sandy beach with a house reef Infront. Good buffet food with a daily variety. The bars offer (alcoholic) drinks till midnight. Staff was very friendly, with good language skills and it was super clean. Our room was big with fridge and a balcony with seaview.

There is not really anything around the hotel. Animation was more kids style.

The room was nice and comfortable, except weak water flow in bathroom. The Jacuzzi was exceptional, the beach is big and almost sandy.. The pool was amazing.

The grilled food quality was not that good. The direction signs inside hotel are not accurate and missing for some places. The animation was not so good.
