We have really good time in Seven seas Jolie bay, From before my arrival with my daughter ( 1 year) i call to get bagno in Room, mister Abdelrahim give me all informations what i was need. When we arrive we was welcomed from one man and one woman Malak of guest relation very nice and friendly The following of our stay was with Mohamed from reception and Mai from guest relation she ask everydays if we are good and if we don't miss anythink, she make us feel very good Our check in was fast and we get good Room ( Abdelrahim ) The house kipping bring me all what I was need ( bagno , baby bed ...) We spend our first evening in Italian restaurant with mister Mongy and him nice team. ( we extended and go one more Time was perfect , compliment to the chef ) The turkish restaurant was good also but the service was quickly , no Time between the 3 parts ( starter ,food and dessert ) and it's not my style of food The main restaurant is good and varied. The staff in global is good and helpful and so friendly with my baby. Thanks for all of them for this nice Time with them. The more bad point is the animation team, they not give attention or information if your look is arabic and the animation are not super We have one animator open the contact ( Chico ,thank for him because he was so nice with my daughter) I ask the kids club if they have baby-sitting she don't have answer ( she say she is the manager and she was just worry because she think i want to give her my kids and she not give me any answer to my questions)

When we visited the hotel was semi empty which was great to lie on a beach, the animation team is great too with many activities special thanks to Marina, Moody and Fady for making our stay fun. They had a great selection of food and the waiters were very friendly

The meals could be more streamlined, I wasn't sure if i should wait for the waiters to bring me drinks or I should help myself as it is with the buffet. For some reason the check in process was a bit confusing as they didn't provide a receipt of payment and the Visa terminal wasn't working so we had to pay in cash in USD. Also the reception requested to keep the passport, then we came later to pick it up and the other guy in the reception couldn't find it, it took like 15 minutes of panic till they found the passport

New beautiful hotel. Comfortable rooms, beds with good mattresses and pillows. Excellent beach for children, you don't have to be afraid of sharks.

Absolutely not responsible staff. If you take 2 identical cocktails, they may have different tastes, because bartenders work on speed, not quality. Towels are stolen on the beach, the staff shrugs and says that you have to take care of the towel yourself (swim with a towel?). If you book with Booking.com, the attitude of the staff is different and solving many issues is easier, because they are worried about the rating. On the second day of vacation, the cover was removed from the bar in the pool and an umbrella was provided for the bartender. For what? I understand that fewer people would gather near the bar. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the evening.

I had a great vacation. I really liked that the food was varied and of high quality: fish, different meats and salads, countless types of desserts and fruits. Cheers to the chef! You can actually eat and drink 24/7. I enjoyed attending morning gymnastics and afternoon yoga. Every other day I was in the gym. The service staff really made efforts to make the holiday of the tourists nice. Thank you!

It is good to limit the volume of the evening performances.

Everything was very well. My holliday was full of rest and funny. Everyone should come here!

Resort gives you many choices of restaurants, activities, pools and the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially mr. Abd from reception. Everytime they see you, they ask you do you need something and is it everything okay. Compared with other places in Egypt, they speak really good English and some of them even know some Croatian frazes. Beds are big and comfortable, also they have lot of variety food.

Aqua Mondo hotel is one of the best hotels in Hurghada The sea view is exceptionally great , very wide comparing to other hotels The beach is clean, you can enjoy swimming in a clean place with barefoot without needing a water shoes You can arrange an affordable snorkeling trip which start from the marine by the hotel without needing to go out The hotel is very clean and well maintained The furniture is fairly new The food is exceptionally delicious Even the dessert which is my favorite and I usually was suffering finding what I want , I was able to enjoy most of the varieties The crew were exceptionaly friendly and caring , making sure giving the guests best of service Every place , the recipient, the reasturan, room service, the service by the beach, every place trying their best to make you happy and enjoying your time there Mr Mohamed Mr Abdelkerem Mr Emad And all the fantastic cheifs Thank you all very much and seeing you soon on our next trip
