We have just got back from an 8 day stay at the grand palace hotel and would have given this a rating of more than 5 star if we could. We were so impressed with the all the staff from the concierge, waiters, pool team and cleaners, all worked to such a high standard and couldn’t do more for you to make you comfortable. We were well looked after by Mohamed in the pool area and the rest of the bartenders. We paid extra for the junior room with direct pool access and the staff came to the side of your pool to provide us with drinks and crisps. We particularly loved the option of an al a carte meal in 5 different locations in the evening and the staff worked so hard to make it feel special and intimate. The food all week was superb. We particularly liked Vienna cafe where you can get icecream, coffee, waffles, crepes and snacks in the day time. The Beach club at lunch was fantastic. You can get pizza, pasta, salads, burger and chips with table service. You are able to go to 5 different a la carte restaurants in the evenings providing you book the day before and the food at these restaurants was great and the service was extremely good. It says that you have to pay for WiFi but we were told as we booked though booking.com that the WiFi was included.

Excellent architecture in Arabic style. Very well furnished & decorated room with lots of storage. Only a few steps at the beach otherwise the hotel was completely flat & easy to get around. Beautiful environment with lots of trees, pools & fountains. Excellent service from all the staff.

The bathroom tiles were very slippery especially as the shower filled with water each time it was used so I was very worried about slipping & falling but the room cleaner gave us extra bath mats. Also I felt the buffet was the same every day. All varieties of food were available but it was the same. The meat, chicken & fish were very overcooked. No entertainment at night. Had to walk to the hotel next door. It wasn’t worth it.

The staff was amazing (especially the waiters), the property was stunning. We loved to watch the sunrise or sunset on the beach or the roofbar. The massages were also very good. The food was also very delicious and had a lot of variety. We also really loved the venice café where we would get some ice cream everyday. BONUS there are a lot of cute cats and kittens on the property, we were heartbroken to leave the hotel ! The pool was also very clean and beautiful !

On our first day when we wanted to check-in, there were two bellhops that were disputing on who gets to move our luggage and show us our room. They started to tug-and-war our luggage and we felt very uncomfortable. The meat that I ordered (à la carte) at the beach restaurant was very charred and dry.

We are absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly and attentive staff. The room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed a restful night's sleep. The breakfast, as well as the lunch and dinner buffets, were all excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious and high-quality dishes. The service was impeccable, always with a smile and ready to meet all our requests. A special thanks to Hamdy for his invaluable help and attention throughout our stay. The hotel's location is also ideal, close to major attractions, which made our travels easier. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches and the impeccable cleanliness of the premises. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay. Thank you to the entire team for this memorable experience. We will definitely return with great pleasure

Very relaxing, comfort bed, proffesional staff, not to crowded, good food, lots of a la carte restaurants. Lot of coctails and mocktails. Great walking street. Beutiful surrondings.

Some shows in restaurants and on the beach were payable. It is realy calm, no aquarobica, no music, no evening shows at the terrace only in sister hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the staff is excellent, always smiling. The rooms are large and the view is amazing , as well as the restaurants on the sea, are wonderful

There are no songs or music on the beach, the pool, or the bar. I had to play songs from my cell phone. The hotel is very quiet. The hotel needs songs and needs more activities.

We loved the atmosphere! Beautiful garden, pool area! Wonderful sandy beach! Beautiful facilities! Very friendly, nice staff! Helpful reception, answering all questions, booking us our transfer from the airport. Tour agency on site, who helped us book Luxor day trip and snorkeling day trip.

Though this is a resort with private beach, outsiders constantly come inside and harrass you for you to buy something and / or book treatments / trips / etc with them. You can't have 5 minutes in peace at the beach or poolside, without anyone walking up to you. Free wifi is only available in the lobby and has horrible connection. If you want wifi accross the resort and your room, you have to buy a package for 1/3/or more days for 1 or 2 people to use. Connection with this is good, but it's not cheap.

The hotel staff was very supportive and made us feel welcome. The room was comfortable. Yes, it is not a brand new hotel and some smaller damages are visible, but generally I think a very nice place to spend a vacation and get well looked after. The negative points below might sound really negative, but it was just a few points we noted. We really enjoyed our stay.

The buffet restaurant offers a wide variety, but unfortunately most food is not hot. The à la carte restaurants we visited once (Mexican), but were not impressed as it is not real Mexican food - it is Egyptian Mexican. What was annoying were all the sellers at the beach. Once you are within the hotel area, there is almost none. But if you are at the hotel beach, it is very annoying how they approach you. And the Beauty Spa is not to be recommended. This is not worth any money.

From the moment we arrived we fell in love with this hotel. Staff - AMAZING. Every single one of them work such long hours but always have a smile on their faces and nothing is ever too much. So kind and attentive. I can’t wait to go back and see some of them again. Food - for an all inclusive the choices were fantastic. A huge array of desserts, fruit and chocolate fountains. Breakfast - omelette and breads being our favourite. Room - Beach towels, room towels, robe and slippers provided. The beds are HUGE! TV had a few channels with English/American films that we watched. Mini bar with water, coke, sprite, beer. If you can, go for the swim up room, you get servers walking by your pool and bringing you drinks. Pool/Beach - we had a swim up room so only went to the large pool one day but it was fairly quiet and beds available. Beach was immaculate and the water warm. Plenty of beds free of charge and lots of servers walking round bringing drinks. Entertainment - seemed to be advertised to us the day it was happening. Usually in Mirrors Bar 👍🏼 we saw lots of dancing and great music. Extras - We paid extra for a romantic private anniversary meal on the beach in a tent with lights and our names in the sand. Special shout outs to - - Khaled - manager at the beach restaurant - amazing man and so attentive. Just a gentleman! - Mo/Mohammed at the pool bar who came to our swim up rooms daily. LOVELY JUBBLY! What a little diamond he is and so full of joy. - Shazlee our room cleaner. One of the hardest working people we met and so kind. - Ahmed in Mirrors Bar - his story and his education blew our mind, what a great young man he is! - Oosama and Ahmed in the lobby bar - tequila boom booms for days! So attentive and lovely young men. - Hany in the watch shop - could speak to him for hours. Wonderful family man and so kind.

We did not like that we had to leave.

Hotel really between the Top in Hurghada, junior suits are super good 👍 internet 🛜 connection good food 🥘 excellent staff were kind and very nice 😊

All I like it in hotel 🏨 except booking.com you don’t show your commissions that you take 204$!!!! Hotel prices was clear taxes too except that commissions!!! Because I had better offers with low commission from iti Austria 🇦🇹 in the same hotel they are more cheaper then you and they show all prices in advance!!!!!!
