Pretty much everything was great, most importantly is that this people cares about their guests 100%, when we arrived we experienced small issue about the kids age between booking up and the hotel requirement, thanks to Mr. Samen everything was professionally resolved and we enjoyed our stay thank you Mr. Samen this resort is very lucky to have you and all your team on board,new years program was very well organised and professionally presented to perfection we all had a great time thanks to the animation team, water slides where great fun for the kids, lots of different variety of food for everyone, so many activities during the day that keep us busy and active also the gym has a great facilities, this resort is based right in the middle of the shops so in the evening you can get out of the hotel and walk around lots of shops with very low prices for every pocket, over all this is great family friendly resort and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a super fun place in Hurghada and we will definitely come back again, this is our fifth time in Egypt and definitely Sunrise Aqua Joy was so far the best To all team of this resort thank you very much

The only thing we didn’t like is the sales people around the pool and beach, they are really annoying and pushy I believe the management team will do something about that

The place literally have everything, despite the property showing some ages, still worth the price

The lady at reception at night shift, “Doha”, she is really unprofessional. It’s the first time I heard that I can’t pay extra night at reception, and ask me go to booking instead. She is playing with her phone taking and laughing with her friend, apparently she too busy to take customer need. Rest the staff are nice.

The hotel is located near the airport and downtown. Cleanliness, attention to detail and service of all the staff, especially Mr. Ayman at the reception. I would like to thank him for his cooperation.

The entertainment team or what is called Animation only works to get clients for a disco outside the hotel to get commissions. They do not care about the hotel guests and the various programs for them. I would like to mention a boy in Animation whose nickname is (Maradona). He is impolite and treats Egyptians as if they are from the street. He only cares about catching foreign girls and acts with extreme arrogance.

Sunrise Aqua Joy was really good experience. I have to say that the place was so cozy and everything is beside each other. 5 pools are different in sizes and all are beside each others, most of them are kids friendly. You can enjoy 3 water games that kids can also play Food was more than perfect and variety is there including Vigi enabled with different recipes. You can enjoy food an beverages almost in any place in the hotel, also, they have open buffet at 12 pm for night people. Sea is good but not wonderful beach, somehow is smaller than other hotels but still you can enjoy it. Service was perfect people there are always keen to make you happy and everyone is dedicated to help you. Everyday you will enjoy the activities done by the animation team morning and at night.

We had such a great time at Sunrise, Everyone was so lovely, helpful and very accommodating. The food was really good and made with love (especially the egyptian food) The resort was also very close to the city centre where all the shops, banks, cafes are as well as Senzo Mall if you feel like going out and about. The gym was really good, it had everything I needed to have a proper workout and it's well aerated, it was literally the first hotel gym that had all these machines and weight ranges without being worn out or damaged.

Location is good . Hotel facilities and staff is excellent and food is amazing. Beach and pools are amazing as well .

Great value for very affordable price. The hotel territory is quite large, offering a couple of pools ( both heated and unheated), own small Aqua park and nice clean beach. The all-inclusive concept as well as facilities and animation make it a perfect vacation destination for families with kids. At the same time as an adult solo traveler one wouldn’t feel uncomfortable thanks to expanded territory and perfectly defined zones for kids’ leisure.

I wish the rooms were freshly renovated and/or better maintained. The staff is generally super friendly and helpful but sometimes one may feel kindly reminded of a “tipping” culture. Leaving 1$ for room service on a daily basis is an unwritten rule in Egyptian hotels.

Everything is perfect starting from reception with ( Ayman ) he is friendly,helpful and professional he make our vacation is amazing The room is good and clean always, ahmed from room service is wonderful man and I will not forget( Mr.Hamdy ) he is friendly and always ask if we need anything or if we have any questions or requests Food quality is good and tasty And finally the animation team is always active especially ( Memo ) always around and every activity he come and asks us to share Totally Everything is perfect and I will come again for sure

The reception team were absolutely amazing! Hats off to Doha, Vivianna and Aymin especially! They always had a smile and always assured our stay was fantastic. They looked after us very well and were simply nothing less than amazing! Thank you Aqua Joy!

The prices for some stuff was a little too high. Taxi to the marina was £30 from hotel but Uber was £2. Shisha was £15 but local price outside was £1 or so. Activities were 10x the prices you can get online. Hotel itself is very well priced but the other people they have in there are really expensive.

The staff are friendly, food is really good and varieties and aqua is really good Ayman and Osama were really helpful to compensate us with better rooms

Rooms are old and will be renovated soon, pools need more usual cleaning Ayman help us when we lost our towels but so absurd that we need to take care of our towels
