Excellent hotel from all points of view. From the multitude of facilities to the quality of the food and the park of rare beauty, everything was perfect. I think it's by far the best resort in Hurghada. Sky and especially Palappa are excellent a la carte restaurants. Thanks to Mahmood from the reception for his help and guidance. We'll be back, for sure!

Gym quite small for this big property with so many tourists. The staff at the bar opposite the Palappa restaurant is a bit rude, always commenting when we order something. The partition wall between the rooms is very thin and you can hear your neighbors especially at night(no. room >8000).

I recently enjoyed a delightful five-night stay at the Steigenberger Aqua Magic in Hurghada. this is my fifth time to stay in this amazing place. The experience was truly amazing, thanks to the fantastic entertainment team, exceptional hospitality, relaxing beach and the wide array of high-quality food options during the day. I must highlight an incident at the reception where “Shady Aziz” went above and beyond to provide extraordinary hospitality. His assistance in upgrading our room to ensure a perfect fit for our family made our stay particularly memorable. However, I feel compelled to address an issue regarding one of the chefs at the main restaurant, one of the team responsible for the omelette corner during breakfast. “Chef Tarek's” demeanor was consistently unwelcoming, being contiously rude and grumpy all over the 6 days breakfast experience with non-stop negative comments accompanying each and tiny guest order is completely unaccepted behavior that detracted from a pleasant dining experience. Despite this isolated incident, my overall experience at the Steigenberger Aqua Magic was extremely positive. Oscar’s goes to Shady and to the cheerful beach man with glasses👏🏻 I look forward to keep returning in the future.

Very nice place for family vacation, especially for families searching for Aqua Actions in a balanced way with other activities. A special thanks to the front office team, particularly Mr. Kirolos A. and the front desk team, for their flexibility and support in arranging everything we needed to feel comfortable and happy. Their efforts truly made a difference in our stay. The main restaurant team, especially the team head Mr. Said, provided excellent service and delicious meals. We also appreciated the wonderful service at the Sea Restaurant from Mr. Ashraf, as well as the teams at the sky restaurant, the Italian Restaurant, and the Oriental Restaurant. Additionally, we would like to thank the main café team in the lobby area for offering very good coffee, especially the flat-white coffee, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Hotel seemed overbooked that barely we could find any seat on the pool . People tend to go early before breakfast and reserve the seat with their towels and most seats were then left empty just reserved. As we went to the beach early and came back around 2 PM all seats were already reserved and we could not find any available seat at any of the pools for the rest of the day… Also our room was overlooking the souk area which held daily party till almost 11 pm and my kids could not sleep early due to the noise and had to be wake up till almost midnight .

Wow... What can I say? Steigenberger Aqua Magic, you have truly given us the best holiday we could've hoped for. The Aqua Magic resort is a part of a triage of hotels along with the Al Dau and Pure. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-kept and clean, the food was tasty, fresh and had plenty of variety at each meal time, and the facilities were great. The staff were all so helpful, spoke great English (and German) and provided help at all times. My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our birthdays, which are 2 days apart, and the hotel alerted the housekeeping staff of this and we came back to our room decorated with balloons and flowers, and two cakes with candles! We were truly blown away that the hotel went above and beyond to make our trip so so special. The bar staff were friendly and chatty, and one even made me a special cocktail for my birthday! We especially warmed to Ahmed on the front desk, who was really helpful with directions, requests and helping us navigate in and around the resort. By the end of the trip, we were going to see him just for a chat as it felt like he become our friend. The resort itself is great; the pool area staff are helpful and will provide towels and extra loungers if there aren't any free, there were plenty of activities to do such as the lazy river, the water slides and the shops/games arcades. We also went to the club lounge, and a few of the restaurants that weren't included in the All-Inclusive, and they were well worth the treat. I would highly recommend the live Teppanyaki! The beach is also about 300m from the resort, with a golf cart that takes you down if you don't fancy the walk. There were plenty of loungers, facilities and helpful staff also. We didn't try the food as it was very busy, and opted to walk back up to the hotel restaurant instead. The gardens on the walk down are well kept, with glorious fountains and a 9-hole golf course too.

The room we booked was a little old, with the dark furniture being scuffed and the maintenance on the bathroom being very poorly done such as shower protection tape still on the silverware, wall plaster splatted on the tiles and the shower screen not being fitted tightly which caused leaks when we were using it. We told the staff at the desk about this twice, and both times they said it was fixed, but we just allowed it and used the towels to mop it up. I think the wing we were in was having work done to it, as most mornings we were woke up by the sound of tools or banging on the walls. We didn't spend much time in our room because of this, but if this weren't the case, we'd have written a 10/10 review.

We stayed at Steigenberger Aqua Magic in Hurghada from May 22nd to 27th – five nights, including four full days – and it was simply an unforgettable experience! From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed. At check-in, we were even surprised with a free room upgrade, which made a great first impression. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. We truly felt welcome and appreciated at all times. The hotel itself is beautiful: spacious pools, a fun water park, well-kept gardens, and direct access to the beach – there’s something for everyone, whether you want to relax or have fun. Our room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Special praise goes to the food – the buffets were fresh, varied, and delicious every single day. You could really see the quality and care put into every meal, and the staff were happy to accommodate special requests. Everything was just perfect – the service, the food, the location, the room, and especially the people. We enjoyed every minute and can truly say: This was the best time of our lives! We will definitely come back and can recommend this hotel without hesitation. A true holiday highlight!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Steigenberger Aqua Magic, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the entire experience was fantastic, thanks in large part to the incredible team working at the hotel. A special mention goes to Madonna, the receptionist who welcomed us with such warmth and professionalism. She was always available to assist with any queries, and her helpfulness made everything so much easier. Even when certain requests seemed difficult or not directly applicable, Madonna went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and that my needs were met. I must also highlight Gerges, the Front Office Manager. His level of dedication and attention to detail was second to none. He made everything incredibly convenient, always ensuring that we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. His approach to hospitality truly goes above and beyond, making guests feel valued and comfortable. Together, Madonna and Gerges played a huge role in making this stay unforgettable, and I can’t thank them enough for their exceptional service. If you’re looking for a hotel with outstanding customer service and a team that genuinely cares about making your stay perfect, Steigenberger Aqua Magic is the place to be!

We liked the hotel's location very much, as it's very close to the airport. The reception staff were very cooperative and supportive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Mr. George made sure to receive our feedback regarding our experience. The swimming pools were nice, and some were even heated. The food at the Sky restaurant was amazing, and we highly recommend trying it during your stay. The facility provides almost everything one could need, making it unnecessary to leave the hotel, except perhaps for a walk along the 'Mamasha'."

I would recommend against booking the economy rooms. There's a significant difference in quality between them and the other rooms (I unfortunately didn't have other options as we booked very late). These rooms are more like 3-4 stars. The Italian restaurant's menu might need some reconsideration. I wish there was a kids' kindergarten or childcare option. Not all drinks are included in the all-inclusive offer.
