- beach is a little bit crowdy - no bathrooms in between the 2 swimming pools, i had to walk long distance to reach the looby bathrooms or the beach bathrooms for kids - i had to pay extra fees for the car parking inside the hotel (should be included in the reservation fees) - cars parking areas are limited. Looby parking is only exists in the left side of the hotel.

The resort is beautiful, well maintained gardens and pools everywhere, picturesque view. Our rooms were very nice, we even got an upgrade from Ahmed at the reception when we were checking in. We were staying in the second line, for people who like a more peaceful environment I totally recommend this trade-off; you have to walk a little to reach the restaurants and the beach, but you have your own pool and bar, plus the wellness area is also located here. I totally recommend having a massage there, the therapists are awesome. The animator team is very creative, the programs they organise are enjoyable for adults as well, not only for the kids. The staff overall is very nice and helpful.

The food was okay, but not really high end, and there is no variety in the menus. I hoped we will have a little break from the various vendors on a private beach, but there were still people disturbing our rest with advertising tours/programs/selling stuff. I'm usually not angry about them, they just leave if you don't buy anything, but these guys were even pushier than the vendors we met "outside". I don't want to argue with people during my holiday about why I don't want to buy their stuff.

Food is ok

The location of our room - one minute from the beach - could not have been better; the room was spacious and kept very clean. The staff, without exception, were friendly, polite and helpful. We were spoilt for choice between the private beach and the two swimming pools, one with slides. And of course the fact of endless blue skies always helped.

It took some of us a while to get used to the food. One restaurant, Pebbles, had a good selection, the other four less so. But British/Western European travellers, especially those with teenaged children, should note that the appearance and taste of the food is a bit different to what you might expect at a European resort. Not that there was any issue with hygiene, it should be added. But there was a lack of burgers, pizzas, fried chicken, chips etc. Not a problem as long as you're anticipating it.

Our two-night stay at Swiss Inn in Hurghada was simply the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in hotels across the world especially London, New York, Asia, and all over Africa, and this one stands out by far for its service, quality, and overall atmosphere. The staff were beyond exceptional—genuinely the best I’ve ever been served by. Huge thanks to the amazing reception team and a special thank you to Mr. Yasser for his outstanding service. I wish I could remember every name because everyone truly deserves recognition. We had incredible experiences at the swim-up bar, especially thanks to the two great guys working there both in the morning and at night. Amr at the reception bar was fantastic. The chef and staff at the restaurant near reception were amazing, as were the security team. Abanoub at the beach snack bar was also wonderful. And the staff serving drinks along the beach were attentive and friendly. The food and drinks were top quality—something that’s often missing at all-inclusive resorts. There are multiple a la carte restaurants with no booking required. The seafood and BBQ spots were fantastic. We didn’t get a chance to try the Lebanese restaurant, but we heard great things about it too. The animation team was another highlight—especially Mido, Mo, Agata and the rest of the team, I wish I can remember all their names. They brought such positive energy and made our stay even more memorable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was perfect, and overall the experience was exceptional. I’ve never experienced service like this anywhere else. Just a quick note for future guests: if you book through Booking.com, the default package is soft all-inclusive, meaning no alcoholic drinks. To upgrade to full all-inclusive (with hard drinks), it costs around $20 per person, per night. Not a complaint—just something to be aware of when booking. Definitely coming back to this hotel.

From the moment we walked in, until the second we left, every single member of staff was excellent. So pleased to help, be of service and often going the extra mile for our comfort or satisfaction. It is close to the airport, has a lovely beach and great open spaces to relax and enjoy the brilliant sunshine. Plenty of daytime activities although a little limited in the evening. We were all inclusive and the food options were plentiful if a bit similar for the most part. Some nice options in the evening with Waves BBQ and Lagoona fish being good. We also enjoyed a fabulous Hamman at The Health Club despite it being renovated at the time. There was a nice area to walk out into, with shops and restaurants but only small. The hotel taxi service was cheap, reliable, very attentive and informative.

Dietary considerations are tricky, as few gluten or dairy free varieties and not easy to identify ingredients. Some of the ‘hawkers’ were overbearing and too keen but most were respectful and not pushy. Some Uber drivers locally tried to pressure us, demand cash and refused transport.

Just one issue, that all inclusive is not including alcohol, which is confusing. they told us there is soft and hard all inclusive, and on booking.com there is only soft all inclusive (soft drinks only not alcoholic). However, the manager (Mr. Ahmed) was very understanding and resolved the situation smoothly, so thanks a lot for that.

Great selection of food, free cocktails are good, especially in comparison to the other hotel, where I was staying..! But of course there is not much alcohol in the cocktails, so don’t expect great cocktails like in a bar somewhere in Europe. But they were decent, can’t complain. The staff was super nice 🤩 beach and facilities are awesome! If I would go to Hurghada again, I would definitely choose this hotel again. One day there was no meat or fish which seemed to be gluten free (I have an allergy), and they cooked gluten free fish for me separately in the kitchen, I am so grateful for that 🙏

I don’t know, I liked everything, my friends were happy with everything too.

1- Hotel location: It was perfect for my needs. 2- Service: The staff was generally respectful and helpful throughout my stay. 3-Spa & Massage center: I also enjoyed the spa and massage center. Services were reasonably priced and provided a relaxing experience. 4-Restaurants: The variety of restaurants on-site was a big plus. The Italian restaurant, in particular, stood out with delicious food.

1-Transparency in Reservation Costs: During the reservation process, the final cost with taxes was not clearly displayed before confirming the booking. This lack of transparency made it difficult to accurately assess the total price. 2-Clarity in All-Inclusive Packages: My reservation was for an "all-inclusive" package. However, details regarding exclusions within the all-inclusive offer were not readily available until the booking confirmation stage. It would be helpful to clearly outline what's included and excluded in all-inclusive packages before confirming booking. Animation Program Improvement: Compared to other hotels in Hurghada, the animation program seemed limited. Enhancing the variety and quality of entertainment options would significantly improve the guest experience.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, we got an upgrade from normal room to sea view room, the room was modern & clean and the bed was very very comfortable, the resort is quite, full of beautiful palm trees that gives very relaxing feelings. This was our second visit and of course will not be the last.

The pool was not heated, we were there late October so the weather was very cold specially at afternoon (after 1pm) so I couldn’t use the pool or the aqua. The food and drinks are good but the quality of the taste needs to be better and beach snacks needs to be more various.
