Breakfast was typically Egyptian, fresh juices and fruit every day. Every day a different kind of juice and fruit. They grow their own fruit, herbs and vegetables. Sustainable cooking for sure! The lunch and dinner were also very good. Varied choice and well prepared. The staff was very kind and friendly. They did their utmost best to make us feel at home. The manager always made sure that everything was done properly and he arranged all our trips. There was always someone to help and talk to. Everyone was very warm, kind and friendly. Our manager Said did a great job and Achmed one of the waiters made sure we enjoyed all our meals and stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a spectacular view of the Nile. This hotel is a special place and I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately I read a very negative review about this hotel. I would like to say that this review is not correct. We were staying at the same time and I know for sure that the manager and the staff did their best for this group of guests. I do not have anything negative to say about our stay, only compliments and appreciation.

The staff is amazing, kind, and helpful. Mr. Sayid and Mr. Muhammad were extremely interested in providing a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms are big and clean. Additionally, other staff members such as Ahmed, Ali, Eltayed, and Khalid were really kind and always ready to help. The hotel is located on the West Bank, so it's far from the city center. However, the peaceful and calm environment you can experience there makes the trip worthwhile. They have their own farm so most of the food is organic directly to the dish.

The wifi connection is weak and unstable, especially inside the rooms. It's better in social areas. I believe it's important to improve the coverage and speed of the service.

This place is a slice of paradise, during our whole Egypt trip (hurghada,cairo,aswan,luxor) a lot of the places had awesome sites to see but the accomodation still had the noise and people trying to sell you stuff. Not Jewel Howard Carter! it feels like you are coming back home after a long day looking at all the amazing stuff around luxor and its position on the west bank has a great view of the nile and surrounding banana farms. We had to come back for a second stay after going to Cairo because we missed the quietness at Howard Carter. It can seem a little bit remote being in a small farming area but we had no troubles at all getting rides to the sites and into Luxor (indrive app was great). The bed was nice and soft and the food was also good at the hotel, we had breakfast twice and dinner once. Highly recommeded!

The setting is awesome with the nice dining area, the pool and the garden with a free view over the Nile. The staff were nice and the cooking was very good. Very good breakfast and dinner menu worth the price. The location is nice, quiet area though far from main street so you need to get by taxi around. The atmosphere is really great and peaceful. Great place to rest around the pool after the heat of Luxor landmarks.

The size of the room was the main drawback of our stay with little room around the bed. They did not have half of the desserts of the dinner menu set which I would not expect on a $18 menu in Egypt. Such a pity we could not try the exquisite local desserts.

The property is excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. Getting there involves going through a couple of smaller streets – so guests ought to be prepared for a stretch where they may need directions – but once that's done, there is a lovely view of the river, and a hotel placed around wonderful fields of bananas, mangoes and vegetables, which you can visit if you ask the staff. The rooms are generously proportioned, with clean bathrooms and high ceilings – at least the one we stayed in – and the food is genuinely excellent, both breakfast and dinner that we had there. Highly recommended for a quieter space to stay in on the West Bank, very close to things like the Colossi of Memnon and various West Bank temples and sites, and now not too far even from the East Bank sites given the new bridge that has opened. Highly recommended!

We booked this hotel on a last-minute deal and it was amazing for the price. The room was comfortable, very clean, and high-quality and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a lot the atmosphere of the hotel and the food was also great. I would definitely recommend it for a few days in Luxor especially if there is any sort of promotion on the price.

The location was a bit inconvenient for frequent trips out into the city/to different sites. We knew it was on the west bank which was nice and quiet, but it wasn't ideal to have to ask staff to call for a taxi and negotiate the price every time we wanted to go somewhere. The bed also wasn't that comfy.

If you want to feel at home and live an "egyptian" experience, this was one of our favourite spots in egypt. We chose this place because of all the great reviews and is exactly as promised Assan is the "host" and he was the kindest person we've met in all gypt, and we felt we were home during our stay and he was taking care of us. (During this trip, my boyfriend was sick - and he was very attentive all the time, and even went to buy meds for us). He is the soul of the place. Also the food was really tasty and delicious, and we could tell that it was fresh and very carefully made. Not to mention those mango juices directly from the tree - absolutely amazing. The landscape was beautiful really relaxing. Even the view from the pool at night. If we ever go back to egypt, we will definitely be back in this place

The only downside was the location - staying on the west side, in order to go to the center you have to get a tuk tuk/ taxi and cross the river in a public boat - but once you learn how to do it, its very easy and not really a problem.

Beautiful small hotel. Breakfast is always plentiful with Egyptian foul, omelette and lots of dips. Very delicious food. Everyone and especially Mr Said, the manager, is super helpful with everything concerning tours and rides. Prices are reasonable. The hotel lies on the quieter West Bank. Taking the Hotel Tuctuc for 50 EGP to the ferry and then getting to the other side for 10 EGP is my preferred way to get to the city. Everything was easy and we enjoyed a relaxing week there.

Wonderful recent Hotel in a quiet place with great view on the Nile and the west bank of Luxor. Lovely swimming pool and also a jacuzzi on the roof terrace. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful and can arrange anything you need. Said, the manager, helped us organizing and customizing our tours and gave us very good advice, and Khaled took very good care of us during our stay. Food is excellent with fresh fruits and vegetables grown on the property. We would love to come back and definitely recommend this Hotel !
