I liked the property overall. The lift, amenities and location are very nice. I got double bed on request and window opened to beautiful view of nile and luxor temple. The bazar is downstairs and restaurants and convenience store are down. The corniche, museum and ease of transportation is good. Almost all taxis knows about susanna Staff was friendly

Breakfast wasn’t worth it. If its included in price, then okay. It is not worth to pay for. Like rooms and other facilities, the hotel needs serious makeover for breakfast quality and arrangements. The room was smaller than advertised

It IS an old and non-luxurious hotel, but you CAN'T BEAT the location ! Value for money :) Also the view from my upgraded room was amazing, having PERFECT SUNSETS over the Luxor Temple from my terrace, the Valley of Kings (and Queens), and the river Nile. WiFi is just A MESS (like many places in Egypt), and not working ! No drinking glasses in the room. A big useless closet should be replaced by something more nimble and practical, the room is already small. But, I had warm water in the shower :) Breakfast is not fancy, but better than nothing. For some reason the bathroom smell cigar...

Very comfortable bed and room. Great view of the luxor temple and the Nile from the rooftop and the room. Great location easy to walk to the train/bus station and the Nile and other attractions.

The bedding might not have been changed as I found some hairs of a different color than mine on it. I was charged an extra 20% in taxes when I arrived which I was not aware of when booking.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the breakfast was good . the restaurant and rooftop with swimming pool had a beautiful view of Sphinx Avenue and the Nile River. Also, I booked all my tours in Luxor at the reception with fair price .and I was very pleased with the guide, driver and vehicle.

This was the perfect location in Luxor and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I was checked in by Beshoy who was very friendly and was available for any issues I had, but I had none as the place was fantastic. Housekeeping (Alaa) was excellent and went above and beyond, re-tuning the TV for me and keeping the room spotless during my stay. . He takes pride in his work and I hope the hotel appreciates it. The room and bathroom were spacious and very good value for money. If I'm ever in Luxor again I will stay here again, and I'll be recommending this hotel to family and friends who are over that way. Thanks for a great stay.

Very nice breakfast room on the terrace with a view of some main attractions! Good fixed breakfast, just what is needed. Nice staff. Nice view from rooftop terrace also, but we didn´t go in the pool as the weather was cold - will be great when warmer!

I initially booked a room with a Nile and Temple view and a small individual terrace, but seems the rooms with terrace were already occupied when we arrived, small mistake somewhere. Nevertheless we had a brilliant view from our window and could sit on the breakfast terrance and on the rooftop for outdoor conditions, which we did much.

We were greeted by manager Joseph who took care of everything and made our stay amazing. He should receive a promotion, his service is first class. The hotel is in the perfect location for the east bank and to catch any boat to the west. The rooms were large, clean. The view was beautiful and they accommodated our request for 3 separate beds . Bedding was good and the pillows were comfortable and ergonomic. Also we were given a great offer for tours to East and west Bank and treatment for a very low price. It is worth negotiating for that and was a highlight of our stay.

I felt on this occasion that the standard of cleaning let the place down . Needs upgrading big time . I had 2 empty crisp packets on my side table for 12 day . Towels very grey sheets also grey and did not fit the bed ( which done my head in ) breakfast very very basic no buffet given a plate with cheese , jam , honey . Cucumber & tomatoes on a side plate lots of bread & a 1 egg omelette but the staff in the dinning room excellent!! . Please clean the window in there as well . Up grade the bathrooms big time . This could be excellent hotel just needs looking after with some TLC

Stunning view from room and rooftop breakfast table terrace. You can see the balloons rising up on the west bank of Nile River early in the morning. Everything is very near, the Luxor Museum and Temple.

The traffic in Luxor is very strange, all cars are allowed to drive only in One direction despite it being on a huge boulevard and the taxi took 1 hour not being able to find the hotel and this is also because they are not using Google maps in Egypt. The hotel is actually very easy to find but since the street is only in One direction, you need to do a huge detour to get on the right side of the road. This is not the hotel's fault of course but the crazy Egypt traffic.

Brilliant location. Looking over the avenue of the sphinxes. Between Luxor and Karnak Temples. Wake up to the views of the balloons rising across the Nile River. Staff very friendly. Have to love the different towel sculptures on our beds each day. Rooms cleaned every day. Laundry service was great when living out of a suitcase. On the main street so a short walk to restaurants, markets etc.

Not so much a case of didn't like but there was a bit of street noise up till around 10.00pm of tour buses unloading and picking up visitors to the temples. But I expect that comes with being so close to the major tour attractions of Luxor.
