the property was not fancy but very clean and rooms and suits very clean and it has everything we need .. location is perfect as it’s in the center of everything and few steps from the beach

the only thing bothered me that the hotel doesn’t have specific place for parties except the open area among the rooms which was very noise and annoying during the weekdays one Monday and Thursday so we couldn’t sleep until 4 am after the dj stopped playing music

The staff and the location of the hotel were excellent. Also the interior design of the hotel and pool was very nice. There is a free beach entrance and you can reach the beach in just 4-5 minutes. Last but not least, the breakfast was more than excellent, you can't even find breakfast like this outside unless you are very lucky.

The first night we arrived, it was like the room had not been cleaned. The floors were very, very dirty, the sheets were full of other people's hair. There was even fresh lipstick marks on the pillowcase. On the 2nd day the sheets etc. were changed but the floors were so dirty that we had to walk around with shoes.

Fabulous and unique stay. The staff looked out for us tremendously and I just loved everything about staying here.

Nothing really….i wish there were more party nights! And it would be nice if the pool was heated.

Second time we stayed there and it was great for a good price also.

The beach they use is ok not the best and the stuff working there are very rude, they try to sell their drinks and stuff and dont allow anything from outside. But they didnt say anything to the girls who brought their outside drinks. I should be able to go and relax there with my own drinks and food or whatever. You should warn them about their behaviors because next time i will not go there.

location is great. staff members uprageded my room free. they are friendly and helpful.

property looked very empty I didn’t see anyone around. party prices are extreme expensive even more expensive than California, imagine. no discounts to guests staying there.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Location was great in the hub of Naama Bay, about 3-5 minutes to the beach and markets and some really fantastic restaurants around. Our suite was lovely, very spacious and comfortable! Would definitely book the place again if I’m ever in Sharm el sheikh! Ahmed was very friendly and helpful

Everything was exceptional. Construction, pool, location, price and management. Loved the fact that throw party on every Thursday and Sunday @11 PM and you get free access if you book the hotel. Also, they have a beautiful pet cat Chicka ❤️

Everything was fantastic here n El Pacha hotel suites the rooms are fantastic clean and comfortable Ahmed on reception went out if his way many times to help me and Mohamed and Alla on reception were also helpful Everyone goes beyond to make your stay excellent and comfortable no request too little I will highly recommend Ahmed El Sayid in Bus stop cafe was amazing and made my breakfasts very memorable and fun as were his colleagues Jamal Joseph and Kharim and Mokta were also extremely helpful and I highly recommend Ahmed Meligny who did nights in the cafe should also be mentioned again super attentive and helpful Housekeeping is fantastic too Zakariah and Jarene always on hand to help with Everything rooms were always spotlessly clean I must mention the chef who always presents beautiful fresh food

The hotel is located at the heart of Naama Bay which makes transportation easier. The suite was larger than our home in London and the air conditioners worked properly. Overall the hotel and the room were really clean. The hotel turns into a night club on Thursday and Fridays which was the reason why picked this hotel at the first place, and it was definitely the right choice for us as the party was actually pretty cool. Our stay included breakfast and dinner which was enough for two and delicious. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Although the taxi the hotel arranged for our arrival costs 10$ however, we realized on our last day that you could actually arrange a taxi for 2$. The staff was genuinely helpful and friendly but we would expect them to speak English better I think as the communication was not as easy as it should be.
