Top location, nice beach, and the general layout of the resort is really pleasant.

Needs some updating of room decoration, the shower had a pressure reduction device that caused the water to constantly vary its temperature, I had to remove it myself in order to have a decent shower. There is a problem with Booking.com in Egypt regarding the price of the room, during the process of booking they give you a price with the information that taxes may apply: actually TAXES DO APPLY!! If you want to know how you are going to pay, add 28%, because two taxes of 14% and 12% will be added to your bill. This happened to me in both hotels I stayed last week in Egypt, both booked through Booking.

The hotel has two parts: one is closer to the sea (which is a better location), and the other is further away. The two parts are separated by the main road. The part that is closer to the sea looks fine from the outside but it is an older construction and the facilities definitely do not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Although I had booked (without knowing) for the non-renovated part of the hotel, I am grateful that the staff allowed me an upgrade to the renovated part. There, the rooms are fine, though the area is not fully developed yet (the pool was empty, the restaurants not open yet etc). It is a less lively side, but the renovated rooms were fine. It is tricky since the information is not clear when making an online booking. So, pay attention which kind of room you are booking.

There are rooms that are so old that they definitely do not fall under the 5-star category.

booked my daughter and partner into this hotel after a bad experience with another hotel. they loved this hotel, friendly staff, lovely room, buggy pick up. nice pool and beach area. they were so pleased with their stay. good location also.

When I first arrived it was late at night. I didn’t like my room because it was very loud near the disco. Straight away they moved me to a nicer room, no charge. They also provided us with food in the room, as the all inclusive had finished by this time. The staff are absolutely exceptional and can’t do enough for you. A special mention to the two bar staff Nader Magdy and Ahmed, who were excellent. The gardener Salmi worked incredibly hard and was so nice. Katerina went above and beyond to help in any way she could. On the last day we had to check out at 12 but our flight was not until 10pm. Katerina let us keep our room and all inclusive no charge. She also printed off my boarding pass. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

The only negative was building work taking place. Sometimes loud drilling and banging

Breakfast met my expectations and I can say that we never had been hungry. Always we had found something to eat and they were good. Location is probably the best in Naama Bay. Hotel is very close to downtown of the Naama. Even though they forgot us in the airport when we arrive, they gave the opportunity of late check-out(I mean really late like 11pm) and free transportation when we left. Thats why I am happy that they compensate their mistakes(Mistakes can happen, I am okay with it). Thanks Amr for that. Room service was good. We met with Mohammed who is the housekeeper and works always with a smile and his work has not any mistake.

Bathroom was not clean enough when we first entered the room. We found some hair in the bath but other parts of the room was very clean. More spraying should be done for mosquitoes in the garden. First 2 days, we got bitten a lot.

I don’t like the massage people who hassle you to buy multiple massages . I expect to get hassled in the street but not in the complex . should have fixed prices for hotel guests .

some bits were outdated but when the food quality, beach quality, comfy bed and AMAZING STAFF (everything else) compensate for that, it doesn’t bother me so much. They even brought a birthday cake to my room on my birthday! I also got a platter of Egyptian sweets sent by the F&B Manager. special mention to the wonderful LINA Customer Relations who arranged a free airport transfer for me on departure and was a lovely gesture from hers. I felt really well taken care of! I will definitely be back.

freindly staff clean rooms and hotel good sea side good food

- wifi in the room is not working - hotel is extremely big so to walk from the room to the beach i need 15 min , they are providing car ride but its not available, and everytime you should wait for a lonng time - night club near the hotel are very loud if you want to sleep it will be not easy. - a lot lot lot of mosquito in the night. they should do something. - need better day activities by the animations ( water polo, tennis, volley ball …)

Staff very nice, Mr. Ayman was very helpful and super nice he made sure that my experience is wonderful and unique. The staff at the hotel is very nice and helpful, they made sure everything was going great and took us places at night for fun. The room was very clean and nice.
