Location is great in the middle of Naama Bay, food is very good, staff are friendly and welcoming. Hotel overall is clean.

Bar is average, needs to have more variety of drinks and cocktails. Sea is blocked by guiders which is limiting the swimming area a lot.

Hotel was full of Russians and therefore everything was in Russian for them . Children animation songs Russian, 80% of music in hotel beach Russian and generally we felt we were in Russia for vacation . Most and more important is how rude we’re the Russians to all the local staff of the hotel ,skipping food lines on breakfast etc.

Our stay was amazing! The Hotel is huge, with many buildings, 3 restaurants, many pools, a gym and a spa. It is located on the main shopping boulevard of Naama Bay and the beach is very close, you can reach it on foot. We had an All Inclusive package so we had all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and drinks included. Food was very good and with a large variety of products from cooked meals to vegetables, from fruit to very tasty desserts! Every day we had a refill of water bottle, tea and coffee in our room, as well as nicely perfumed toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body lotion). Gym and spa were small but equipped with the essentials. Very good massage service! We recommend it. All the staff was great! Special thanks to Ahmed Mohamed at reception, Banderas for tours and activities, "Biro" for spa treatments, Osama and Moustafa at the restaurant. All of them were very nice and helpful and they always wore a big smile on their faces. Thanks again for making our stay memorable!

The place is very clean and well kept but it would improve a lot if the rooms were renovated with new furniture and bathrooms were updated a little.

The accommodation was very nice, tidy, and clean. The furnishings in the standard rooms are a bit outdated, but in terms of value for money, it’s excellent. The kids' club could use some renovation because only the swing is usable on the playground. The pools are perfect and heated. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. The beach is sandy and has a gradual depth. The hotel itself is located right in the center of Naama Bay. The food is delicious and there is a wide selection. The staff is extremely kind and polite. There are four pools: one with slides, another 25-meter pool for swimmers, a relaxation pool further away from everything, and a central pool with a bar in the middle. Additionally, there is a small children's pool.

There are a lot of Russian and Ukrainian tourists, and they don’t always behave politely. Most of the programs and music are in Russian. The equipment and activities of the kids' club could be better. At the central bar and the pool, the music is very loud.

Great Hospitality. Loved our room, location , breakfast offering, pool services, etc. Great proximity to the beach, restaurant, convinient stores, etc.. Mohammed Omar at the front desk is very welcoming and helpful. The Caretaker in our section of room 900.. was very responsive to our needs. The chef at the omelette corner is the best we had in all of our previous vacations. My wife asked for a few muskmelon slices for our daughter, and the manager of the breakfast area came with a takeaway box full of muskmelon and other fruits .People at the SPA were exceptional with their services and honesty ..my wife forgot her gold chain in the SPA, and the perosnell at the reception of the SPA kept it safe and returned it to us. If I travel to Sharm El Sheikh again, I will stay here again

Property has some wear and tear and needs some maintenance to elevate the facility.

The reception team was extremely helpful and always supportive throughout the stay. I received a free upgrade from a garden view room to a sea view room, which was a fantastic surprise. The beach is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel—much closer and more accessible than I expected. The beach itself is sandy, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were good, offering a nice variety and quality. The main restaurant on the 2nd floor was convenient and had a nice atmosphere. The entertainment stage on the third floor hosted enjoyable shows that kept us entertained in the evenings.

Lunch wasn’t up to the same standard as breakfast and dinner. The grill restaurant was about 1 km away, which made it inconvenient, so we didn’t end up using it. There were too many tour sellers on the beach, which felt a bit intrusive. We frequently heard construction noises, and although we complained twice, the issue persisted.

Location was spot on for me. Right on naama bay. Might be loud for others but that's what I wanted.

When they clean room they never replenish toilet tissue. I had to ring daily for new toilet tissue which they would come up quickly with but annoying having to do that everyday. And once I rang for an iron normally they were very quick but that day they kept me waiting an hour. Valentine's day. Might have been busy with other things but still an hour. I rang like 5x too Also I woudnt class this as a 5 star. Maybe 10 years ago but very outdated now. The bathrooms etc. More like a 4 star Food was great though. Normally I get sick of all inclusive food after day 2 and end up eating out. This one there was only one dinner in the whole 7 days I didn't like and eat out

The property had everything you need, from excellent customer service to good food, clean rooms and an excellent pool. Great location in the heart of naama bay with shops, cafes and restaurants. And to top off our holiday, Albert who was working at the acqua pool during the day made our stay 15x better with how incredible his customer service was. Genuinely went above and beyond and deserves great recognition. Muhammad from front desk also deserves a shoutout, made us feel very welcomed.
