Actually this is my third stay at Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Beach Resort the best resorts I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer.the family suite was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the suite, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is the best in Sharm El Sheikh. Our stay at the hotel was just for 6 nights. The staff made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent hospitality. - The rocky beach but it didn’t affect my stay because everything else was awesome and the pools was perfect . - The food level is not like before but It’s better than 80% of other hotels in Sharm El Sheikh

If customer only chose to have breakfast included in their stay, please give them the option to pay cash if they required something else and offer the same quality service as a full board.

will recommend you take the all inclusive package as the price for a beer were expensive (110 Egyptian pound).

The rooms are really nice, clean, large with balconies with sea view, and the beds are very comfortable. They have many pools, they also have several restaurants and bars. Our stay overall was very enjoyable. The best part is the staff, especially from the reception, they are smart and polite and really make efforts - thank you Nasr Ibrahim.

I don't want to complain, but you should pay attention to the staff in the restaurant, especially the waiters to behave more professionally. Excessive familiarity, especially with women, is not acceptable. And please, be more careful with removing the dishes from tables, because sometimes it is possible for customers to be showered with leftover food.

Pick up from Airport did not happen although written confirmation was send to me. After 30 minutes waiting I was forced to take a Taxi. During check I told hotel employee about this situation and he told me, he will talk to his manger. Nothing happend or excuses from management during my stay. So this is very bad service in this case

The place is beautiful, big rooms well furnished, everything is cleaned. The breakfast was delicious with some items changing every day. The staff was very friendly and responsive to all my requests. I also used their spa and had an amazing treatment (Moroccan Hamman) I highly recommend it!

They play music by the pool most of the day, which I assume people enjoy. But it was not my choice of music and I could hear it clearly from my room. That was annoying.

- Fantastic facilities (pool, gym, spa) - Helpful and kind staff - Clean and well equipped room - Very good internet in the room and by the pool - A main pool for events and music (great for groups) and 2 smaller and much quieter pools (perfect for business travelers) - Night shows ( belly dance, parties, competitions, etc)

- You’ll need a golf car to move from your room to the lobby. It’s not always available and not always on time. - The buffet wasn’t that great, limited options. - No late check out option even if you offer to pay for it - If you’re not good with navigating you will get lost. The hotel is like a maze with so many stairs, corners and curves.

Reem who works at the reception made our stay special!! breakfast is amazing, full of options.

Islam from reception recommended us the hotel doctor for the PCR to return to our country saying it cost 55 dollars per person. in that occasion I asked him to write down the price. when we got to the doctor whose office is inside the hotel, he said the PCR cost 60 dollars per person. he only said it was a misunderstanding when I mentioned Islam had written down the price when we booked. it is very incovenient to feel people willing to take advantage from you inside a 5 star hotel

It is a wonderful and relaxing place. The room is beautiful and spacious, the bed is comfy; I haven't slept this good for months. Everything is shining clean. The grounds are well maintained and there are many sunbeds around - go early to reserve one for yourself. There are a number of pools, good sauna and jacuzzi. The beach is rocky, not sandy, so no walking in the water. It is more recommended for snorkeling and diving, there is a jetty going into the sea. Several restaurants to choose from (extra charge with reasonable prices, if you eat outside the main restaurant, even if you have all inclusive), but the all inclusive option would serve most. The waiters do an outstanding job keeping the main restaurant in order during meals. You have one free set-menu option for the Italian restaurant included in the all inclusive. All in all, the staff is very nice, polite and helpful. The animation options are good, I did the morning stretching, it was nice, but they have light aerobic, aqua aerobic and yoga as well. They serve alcohol; go for the beer, not the wine. I was in late October, the weather was perfect if a bit windy.

There is always some upbeat music everywhere, at least on the beach, there is no need for music, if you have the sound of the waves. There is no lactose free or plant based milk in the buffet, although you can buy it in shops in Egypt. No gluten free options either. The buffet could use a self-service coffee machine, they usually have it in other all inclusive places, it takes ages to get a coffee, because the waiters are super busy keeping things in order. They serve Egypt produced alcohol, however as aptly noted somewhere around the net, it is an acquired taste.

The staff was exceptional, really great people and all very very helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good and they had an omelet guy, something I greatly appreciate. Buffet lunch and dinner had endless options, the sweets and the desserts were particularly exceptional. And they had beer, which was perfect. They also had a clay tennis court, if I wasn't alone that would have been a big plus.

It was all great, but it is not a five star hotel by my standards. I really didn't like the very loud music, in the afternoon and particularly in the early evening. In the evening I called reception and they stopped it. I guess some people would enjoy the fun, but for someone who wants peace and quiet it was not that great.
