The room service and cleaning was very good. Mr Ahmed who was in charge of our room made our stay there very pleasant and comfortable.The people who work in the main restaurant are nice especially Mr Ahmed Kasem who always greets us with his beautiful smile and does all he can to make us happy and comfortable. I also liked the beach aerobics. Mr Ala " Lolo" is one of the best. I enjoyed a lot doing the aerobics with him.

The barbecue restaurant is very bad. the worst service I ever had. People who work there don't care about customers. The food wasn't that good. My experience there was one of the worst especially from the waiters. I would't advise anyone to eat there.

Thanks Ms. Sarah for your impressive and professional call in ours room and asking how is ours stay. - [x] I would like to say big thanks for house keeping man Mr. Eslam everyday makes ours room very clean and he is not a housekeeping, he is an art man makes great decoration in ours bad with a great creativity. He is also big investment for the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The view from the rooms were great. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The hotel didn't have an entrance from outside the marina, which is closed for security reasons, which means that you cannot access the hotel by car. If you want to reach it you have to contact the hotel to send you an authorised vehicle to get you and your luggage from outside the marina. Otherwise you have to get out of the taxi at the security point and drag your luggage for at least 600 meters to the hotel.

The hotel is clean and stylish. The pool and beach are amazing. The food is fantastic. The staff are exceptional. A very nice hotel.

On random nights at 2am there will be extremely loud music from nightclubs situated close to the hotel. Music loud enough to rattle every window in the hotel. The music lasts for about an hour. I’m not sure what is happening here, the music from bars and nightclubs located nearby is usually completely acceptable and not a problem, but occasionally and for a relatively short period of time, it’s unbearable! As a hotel that isn’t your typical party or resort type hotel, they should address this.

the royal club room had a great location

there were super noisy construction going on during the day, if you decided to sleep late you’ll be woken up, one of the days there was a super loud party going at Kalimera till 2+ in the morning and it was hard to sleep and i had to wake up early to go diving

From the start I was greeted by the nicest receptionist out there “Moad”. Great stay all in all, I would go back. Special thanks to Food & beverage manager Mr.Shaheen & Bar manager “Mahmoud”. Karim, the lifeguard from the beach team thank you for everything, you are a sweetheart. Amazing staff & management team 👍

Perhaps the bar could do with a little TLC. It didn’t look very appealing I’m afraid

The place is a well fit for families. The rooms are nice with a nice garden and sea view. The staff is friendly specially Ahmed at the reception. he was very kind and managed to give us rooms near each other.The food is various , delicious and tasty at the main restaurant. we didn’t really enjoy the a large carte menu at the other restaurants. there was a problem with the WiFi which allow you for 4 mb only and they are finished right away. I surety recommend it fir others specifically that is located in a very convenient place close to everything around within a walking distance

The hotel is in an excellent position on the beach in Naama Bay. There are plenty of sunbeds to relax on and a nice stretch of sand and sea. The bar staff on the beach are really friendly. The food in the restaurant is delicious and attentive staff are always on hand there. The evening entertainment was very good.

Naama Bay is a lively place, and the hotel has nightly entertainment, which is quite loud.
