We stayed in a swim up sea facing room, it was fantastic. Great room, very big and clean. Great view. Very short walk to the beach and the main pool. The food at a la carte restaurants is delicious, the main restaurant is standard. The staff is very friendly and they work hard! Amazing snorkeling and very nice shore diving at the hotel.

The only negative is the Spa staff trying to sell massages/ facials every day. We eventually booked a couples facial and it was great! The Spa offers a great variety of services, they also give you cheaper rates than on the price list.

Our stay was really good: The royal club all inclusive treatment is amazing. Managers are all kind, careful to satisfy customer needs and precise. Mr Taher is simply the best.He, puts you completely at ease! The manager that I appreciate more for them professionalism and care treatment is Abdo from royalclub beach buffet. Samer from manohar and breakfast buffet And,obviously,Manpreet. The entire structure is beautiful and the value for money is amazing. the atmosphere is very relaxing, there are 5 à la carte restaurants. And compared to other structures it is new and the furnishings are beautiful and current. Almost all the rest of the staff makes you feel at ease. The room is very comfortably and spacious and very well cleaned.Five stars room The welcome food tray and wine was very appreciate. Cleaning staff are very gentle. Excursion to alternative(dive) and white beach was very good: professional guys and well organized. Beaches are beautiful with the straw umbrellas. and barmans are lovely. Sunbeds are very comfortable. You can drink cocktail with ice, no worries. There are some negative points but they are not noteworthy, because if you report the problem to managers they solve the problem immediately! Simply a really good stay!

Great location - super central - can easily access the city and other activities. Stunning views, stunning beaches, lots to do in terms of water activities, choice of cuisines, pools etc. Super friendly and cheerful staff, was always great interacting with them. Everything you could want from a resort and more! Overall, an amazing stay and highly recommend!

-Interior is a little outdated - Could do with some renovation. - The food in the main restaurant could really be improved. It was really bland and sometimes dry. Food from the other restaurants was great however. - The live shows should be more child-friendly. We attended the fire show and whilst it was entertaining, it wasn't very suitable for a family environment. The choice of music and dancing was too sexual for children and that should be factored in the planning as many children were in attendance.

The hotel and service was absolutely amazing. Due to a last minute travel plan, I had to arrive 5 hours before check-in and they were able to accommodate and early check-in which was fantastic. The room was massive and extremely clean. The entire hotel has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back here myself in the future.

A crazy hotel, the service is amazing, the food is excellent and there is always something to eat, the pool is fun and pleasant, and I want to mention Gamal the reception manager who welcomed us with a big smile, and of course the champion Arabi chef...

The water in the pool is a bit warm in the afternoon, maybe there is a way to cool the water?

From the hotel,location, staff till the food everything was great and our stay was so relaxing. The choice and taste of food is great especially in the Italian restaurant. The price we have paid was absolutely worth it. Mohammad, Ahmed, Eslam and Manpreed were so helpful and made us feel really special and like home. Thank you so much!!!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We took the Junior swim-up suite with a sea view and weren't disappointed. The room was exquisite and super value for money. We where right in front of the beach so we could dunk in our pool (accomodates 3 rooms, however still felt pretty private in my eyes), then go shnorkl in the sea, and then back to the pool. Amazing! Every night there was live music which was lovely. The shisha bar was great. And again such a friendly and pleasant staff.

The food was not good for the most part. We booked an all inclusive stay so we had three meals a day included. The breakfast was ok, lunch not so much.. Dinner - we sometimes just couldn't eat.. the Italian and Mongolian places were ok (and no more than that). The seafood restaurant and the Indian place were awful. Long story short - as foodies we had a hard time. We also had stains on the towels and robes, the sheets seemed old. Yet considering the price it wasn't that bad..

The stay exceeded expectations. A perfect family retreat. Special thanks to Chef Arabi for his outstanding menu and attending every special request. Animation team for great variety of shows and special thanks for DEEBO and the kids club with Ms.yousra for her extra care. Cleanliness is onspot ,all housekeeping staff were helpful with special mention to Mr.Moustafa. Reception for a great welcome and ease of check in and out and fast service,special mention here to Mr.Fares. A getaway that will be recommended everytime for this location. A big thank to all sunrise family.

wifi available everywhere but signal was weak. The lobby and dining hall were warm all the time,as if no AC.

We've stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite 12114 the first week of October. The room and all the common areas were very clean and the Jacuzzi on the terrace was great. We had fresh fruits in the room. The WiFi worked very well in all the resort area, even on the beach! The staff was friendly and caring and the transportation was arranged in a perfect manner! We've also used the SPA for a massage, and we were satisfied. A big "Thank you" to all the staff of the resort!

The staff in the restaurants was working hard, however the service can be organized to be a bit more efficient way, to further enhance the quality.
