This was my 3rd visit to this hotel and I expect that will select it again for the future visits. My room was spacy, clean, everything worked properly. Beds are very conformable and clean. What I really like in this hotel - rooms design. initially I had a bit noisy room (with kitchen ventilation system on the roof) but it was changed on my first request. Hotel staff is friendly, always ready to help and reacts on your requests quickly. Maybe rooms need some renovations but we all understand that this is not the best time for tourism :( and in my room I really felt conformable. Breakfast was good. Not 1000 of dishes but you have options and the food is good. Actually, I think that this is good option for the money you pay. Perfect location. Beach is not far from the hotel - in about 20 minutes walk (this is not the best option for summer because it's very hot, but in spring it was a pleasant walk). Anyway, there is regular shuttle to the beach. Fish restaurant Fares is in 5 minutes from the hotel, Old Market - in 15 minutes walk.

Bathroom and toilet were not quite clean (this is what I always check before the 1st usage).

The staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful. There was a good range of food. The place was beautiful to look at with plenty of pools and places to sit. We chose this as we were diving,but not much to do otherwise unless you go out on one of the many choices of excursions.

The place was a bit tired in places. The water sometimes came out the taps dark brown. Although we were careful we still got upset bowels that has lasted long after we got home. The evening entertainment was akin to a tacky Butlins (some like that stuff).

Location is verry good

Food awfull, they should try to make it better, Really worst part of our 12 days holliday, and drinks catastophe, i can not understand thar they are not able to give you COLD BEAR

this my 6th stay for the 6th consecutive year, at the reception they are always welcoming this time mr ahmed yasser and mr ahmed badawi , they gave us a very good spacious room on the pool directly, we were on all inclusive plan and yes it was all inclusive mr mohammed hassan mgr food an beverages made a great effort seeing after our needs even out of the menu alongwith preparing romantic dinner menu as needed, he even provided us with lunch boxes as we were departing, mr hesham (fekry mohamed) at dinner was exceptional, also mr karim tourist relations, almost everyone at il mercato was doing their job in a very good manner, thats why whenever we come to sharm elsheikh we book our stay at il mercato.

From the first moment I felt like being at home! Everything was just excellent: the beautiful hotel, the friendly staff, breakfast and dinner with a great joice of good and healthy food, the swimming-pools ... The helpfulness of the employees was outstanding, and I am very grateful for having had the pleasure of being a guest in this hotel!

Nothing could have been better. On the contrary, I have since my last stay found that the hotel is making new improvements, realizes new ideas (like e.g. "libraries). A great compliment also to the management.

It was our honeymoon. We loved everything about the place , Location , staff , food , and privacy...etc The receptionist Mr. Mahmoud Kamal is so professional and once he knew that it was our honeymoon , he managed to make it the best so far by upgrading our room with no additional cost , and he took care of everything regarding our accommodation and even the check-in and check-out process were quick & smooth. He is a good ambassador to the place. I will definitely come again, and I highly suggest this hotel for any honeymooners..

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. This resort has everything that you need for excellent value for money and service. Our favourite parts about our stay was the spacious suite with a giant balcony, the amazingly tasty and wide variety of food as part of the all inclusive menu, the choice of excursions available to book at the reception, and the amazing service and facilities at il mercato’s private beach. The entertainment was great too, the spa was lovely and we would happily stay again and have already recommended this hotel to our friends and family. A special shout out to Mahmoud Kamal for his hospitality, making our stay amazing and gifting us so many complimentary extras for our stay.

There was no outdoor park for the kids at the resort. But the private beach accessible at the property, the shallow pool areas and the kids club are very family friendly. The service team are also all very family friendly too.

It was so nice I enjoyed in the hotel amazing room service clean always and it was so comfortable about the swimming pool I like it so much the water was clear bar was good not bad I like the stuff there they were so friendly with us and I would like to say big thanks for mr. Mahmoud kamal in the Resiption he was always helping us he is so nice guy I hope to see him again and I would like to say thanks for mr. Tito from the entertainment team he is the only one came to us and talking with us he has a good talent also I would like to say thanks for Mahmoud from the barman’s I think I will be back one more time

Room was wide comfortable on the pool, good room facilities, heated pool on the roof, good Breakfast, dinner was good taste and varites except that it was repeated every day.

Beach is far and need transport , they provide a transport but one day tickets to beach was finished and you have to wait to midday to receive ticket book with bus coming ie there is no bus for three hours.need to increase frequent transportation to the beach.

Great location and facilities, but the staff is outstanding. Every single one of the staff members has been helpful, lovely and always smiled. Nothing is too much for them. They go out of their way to help you. I would return to Il Mercato for the staff. Receptionist Mahmoud Kamar was fantastic, the animation team, the bar team, restaurant team, every single one of them. Thank you very much for everything!

Even thought the hotel has one of the most beautiful architecture in Sharm, the bathrooms need a bit of updating and perhaps more breakfast choices, but overall fantastic stay.
