For February the room was very cold, only extra blankets help to sleep You need to take a cab to go anywhere, but it is in between old town and Naama bay, so might be even good for some people The description said wifi is available in all rooms. It is not. Only at reception and quite poor

I´m a recent regular to this hotel and already rebooked :) Contrary to what others think and wrote, I specifically like the food (very vegetable based, not big on the meat side). Location is good, not too far from Reef Beach (they sell discounted tickets at the hotel). The hotel has a nice and well kept garden, a useful pool, and it´s relatively quiet, particularly the back section with the smaller pool. My bed was very comfy. The hotel has everything you need and want at low rates.

Water in my bathroom wasn´t that warm but that´s a minor issue. Internet improved a lot since my last stay.

I liked location, rooms / beds, and friendly staff. Sure it's not a 5 star hotel. Contrary to what other reviewers write, I love their food, particularly the eggplant salads. They also have fresh fruit salad and nice cakes. Not heavy on the meat side. There is only little variety when lunch is served on the terrace. Rates are very good for what they offer! Didn't try their beach but they offer a discount for nearby reef beach, probably the best beach in the area (with restaurant), only a 10 minutes walk away. Overall a very good experience and I will be back soon.

Wifi has improved since my last stay but is still hit and miss in the rooms.

Best 3 star hotel in Sharm for quality/price. Near reef beach, one of the best beaches of Sharm, hotel has a convention, with just 25 Egyptian pounds clients can go to this beach, without convention entrance is 50 Egyp.Pouds, staff friendly and professional!

Food must be improved! gym has very little available machines, because almost all are broken..too many mosquitos, Hotel shall prevent mosquito's proliferation..

Well, when I arrived I got told I got an upgrade and was transferred to the Falcon Naama Star hotel, due to a renovation of the swimming pool in the Falcon Hills. From 3 to 4 stars, so OK, i'm fine with that. Naama Star was excellent, very nice hotel and staff, very nice and large swimming pool. The Egyptian buffet on saturday was really good, all the food by the way. Good policy of the hotel, that they pro-actively offer upgrades.

The music at the pool was way too loud, still a little deaf of it.

I ve been there twice in 6 months,the reaaon was because I liked kindness of some guys of the staff but i knew they dont care about them that much even if they are kind with customers. Some of them where fired and i dont think to come back there again on summer for this reason , i dont like the managers that dont give the right value to the workers

Hotel is very nice and staff is extremely polite. I booked only accommodation with breakfast, however it is possible to upgrade to all-inclusive and purchase drinks from the bar. Pool is available, however weather was a bit chilly and not good for swimming. Hotel is providing taxis, and there are also taxi drivers available in front of the hotel so it is very easy to move around the city. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was tasty, buffet-style, and restaurant&bar staff is very helpful and professional. There is a free shuttle to beach with free entrance, and much prettier Reef beach (buy ticket at the reception as they are cheaper) is some 10 minutes away from the hotel.

Wi-fi is not very fast and it keeps disconnecting, so it is not very good for people who need reliable connection

Simple and not the newest, but comfortable, well maintained and inexpensive hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was clean. When asked, the reception provided a kettle. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean. The food was good with enough variety of vegetarian dishes.

I found the staff intrusive, constantly monitoring and asking "where you from" etc. Just leave me alone please. The poolside restaurant was blaring bad music every night from 7 to 10 pm. I didn't have hot water in my shower 80% of the time. The location is not great if you want to walk anywhere. I was out diving most of the day every day so didn't care that much.
