Hospitality, interest of staff was absolutely perfect. Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim (night shift reception officer), Mr. Waleed Eraky are the unforgettable names who made our holiday like a paradise. For my next trip to Sharm El Sheikh, I will re-book Verginia Sharm Resort & Aqua Park again.

Hotel animation team. I know it is not directly related with hotel. But I suggest Verginia Sharm Resort & Aqua Park to arrange new people to animation team. I joined all night activities during my holiday. But in animation team Sari and Ananas were highly disappointed us and they did not interest with guests while in activities.

We thank you for hosting and taking care of the hotel guests. Indeed, it was wonderful vacation. We especially mention Chef Mohamed Shaaban and Chef Mahjoub for their interest in the restaurant guests and the delicious food. The sandy beach is beautiful and clean, and the rocky beach for swimmers is also beautiful for watching wonderful fish and coral reefs.The reception desk, Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim and Shehata Fawzi, take care of everything the hotel guest requests .a very nice and funny animation teem. thank you all , i'll come back again

We arrived earlier than planned. Mr. Mahmoud welcomed us warmly and it was not in discussion whether we could get a room immediately. Our rooms were ready, we could immediately move into the rooms. We were 2 families 9 persons. We found a couple lacking in the room and immediately told Mr. Mahmoud. He was very friendly and immediately provided us with other rooms. The new rooms were top and the location was perfect. Mr. Mahmoud always takes care of our well-being. He also asked us very friendly and unasked for our wishes or improvements. He also always gave us good tips on where to go and what is cheap. We were very satisfied with his recommendations. There was also the possibility to rent a bus through the hotel, which was much cheaper than always hiring two cabs. We always agreed with the hotel staff the price, we would no longer have to bargain with the drivers. The hotel facilities are good, but it is not a five star hotel, so overall it was very good and very pleasant. Thank you to the reception staff, they were really very nice and accommodating. We had only breakfast, the food was ok. Overall it was very good in the hotel.

Our stay was exceptional, it's a great value for money. I'd definitely come back here on my next visit to Sharm El Sheikh. The room is clean and very spacious, the aqua park is awesome, the food is very good and the staff is really friendly.

- I wish the breakfast could last till 10am at least... It closes at 9am, having to wake up during holidays at 8am to catch breakfast isn't very pleasant 😅 - The hot water takes some time to come out in the shower but it's no big deal honestly.

Every thing we needed for out trip is there. Aguapark, swimming pool, and night parties. the old market and the marina are very close. The staff are always smiling and did there best to take care of us (the reception, the restaurant, etc.) They always try to make us feel comfortable. We get enjoyed too much spending one day in Dahab city ( blue hole) and another day in Ras Mohamed city (by cruise) so, we enjoyed diving and snorkelling.

The private beach ( with additional fees), it was very small beach area. However, it was in very nice area for snorkelling. The beach was not a sand beach, it was a stone beach l, so, we must have our beach shoeses.

The resort is small but clean and well maintained. The rooms are big and the balcony is lovely at night. The staff is attentive and hard working, the management is great, always looking out for their guests. Lifeguard is always sharp and careful, especially with the children, in his free time he will entertain them, giving parents time to relax and enjoy themselves. The animation team did a wonderful job with their mini disco for children and they even put a small show involving the grown ups. Beware though, the music is very loud at night, especially in the rooms viewing the pools. It gets quiet around 10 so if you have small children you might want to get a room in the back so they can sleep early. Their pools are clean and well maintained, the pool area is very chilled out. Being a small resort, you end up meeting lots of amazing people and it really feels like a small family. Maya thanks you all for a wonderful holiday and would like to come back soon!

The food was average tasting and there wasn’t much variety. The kitchen staff were careless, they kept throwing food on our plates, meat on top of fish and making a mess, they were also stingy and sometimes we had to ask them to just add more on the plate. Being a hotel that caters to European tourists, we were shocked to see that there is no soups and the ones that they had tasted bad, the salad bar was a mess and not even fresh. Their beach is bad but we were informed they are in the process of acquiring a new beach. If you travel there, beware that you need to find beaches on your own and most of them are far and have a paid entrance. Shower is weak so it took a family of 4 over an hour to shower. Wi-Fi is unusable in the rooms, make sure you have your own internet.

I've just returned from my vacation at the Verginia. Right from the get-go, this place surpassed our expectations and provided us with a holiday we'll not soon forget. We really enjoyed the rooms, they were really fresh and we always had supply of food and water at our disposal, it really makes a ton of sense to pay for the all-inclusive meal Service at the venue was exemplary. Everyone from the reception staff to the cleaning crew were exceptionally friendly and kind. The staff members truly are the heart and soul of this place. They are not just friendly, but exceptionally so, taking the time to get to know us and attend to our needs. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing us with standard taxi fare rates, helping us negotiate our travels around the city with ease and confidence. A special shout-out must be given to Mohammed Ibrahim. His dedication, friendliness, and overall positive demeanor were immensely appreciated. His exceptional service made our stay all the more memorable and comfortable. It is really well located, has plenty of popular places at really close distances like Farsha coffee and the Old Market. To sum it up, we had a really great couple of nights at the Verginia Hotel, we would definitely come back.

I would like to thank Mr. Walid, especially the hotel manager, and the chef and manager of the restaurant, muhammed sadek, and muhammed shaban Ramadan. Meals were preparing according to the taste of every country and nation. It is not only a preferable hotel for families with children but also single young people.very very good in terms of price performance, even excellent.

I recommend that you sould not buy everything you need from the market inside the hotel, but from the fixed markets outside. And also you had better used a credit card such as visa,master card,or ect. so you must exchange your cash to egyptian pounds.if you have and want to spend as correct.

They have great entertainment for kids at the pool with water fountains and slides. I liked the swimming pools and not so many slides either. it’s perfect to be able to enjoy comfortably without getting so tired.

to be honest Wi-Fi is hard everywhere in Egypt because everyone pays by the GB and not unlimited so first few days it was hard to get the Wi-Fi but every time I enquired I was given access straight away with my own Wi-Fi router port thing and I was very impressed. they changed what I didn’t like and appreciated I wasn’t happy and for that I am grateful that I would recommend this hotel and book here again. I have already given their details to two of my friends who are looking to come on holiday.

The rooms are clean, territory is beautiful. Hotel have REALLY HOT swimming pool. Wich is important in the winter cause it's cold wint ! You can joy corals. But for this beach extra payment. And sandy beach for free. Hotel make transportation to the beach
