Everything is more than perfect Location, food,all employees, clean

Animation team don't use English at all they only speak Italian so we didn't involve in activities

The staff was super friendly. We got an upgrade from the room we had selected; we had a very big room in front of the sea and the beach, with tv, sofa bathtube, shower...great! The housekeeping guy was supernice with us and made us feel at home. The food was very good, especially dinners. We also used the spa which was good, especially considering the price. We were invited to take part in activities both by Italian and Russian and Italian animation team; everyone was nice. Special mention to Andro whic helped us throughout our stay.

The wifi connection was only available in common areas, and even there it was not possible to make a video call. The water of the swimming pools was cold and this is really a pity. there are like 5 swimming pools and virtually nobody swimming as the water is cold and at this time of the year the weather outside is not that hot.

This hotel never failed my expectations. I checked in on 12-Aug-2022 and the experience was exceptional, starting from the cute Italian lady in the reception to the extreme fast response from housekeeping and the tremendously delicious food. The animation team was great and interactive with guests. The Ferragosto day was amazing with all the preparations done in the restaurant and the foam party at the end of the day 😍😍 I really appreciate and want to thank every and each one of the hotel staff for the amazing service and experience I had here. Lastly, I want to say that I will definitely come again every time I come to Sharm El Sheikh.

Reception and hous keeping staff were very friendly and professional so i would like to thanks them so much about professional way and thier recommendations about my rooms also i would like to thanks hotel about the compliment for selected rooms. Rooms were very very great 👍with a fantastic view on pool and sea also rooms are very big and comfortable. Pools were vey nice and clean. Night shows were very excited. Hotel location is very good.

Restaurant & bars staff are not professional and not friendly specially with egyptian guests, also the variety and quantities of food and desert very very limited so my recommendations to improve the behavior of staff also shoud increase the varieties of food to keep your hotel rate high and to meet the expectaion of guests.

Friendly and helpful staff. well-maintained facilities. Value for money. You get more than expected in that category and price tag. Free espressos, cappuccinos and lattes all day in the all-inclusive category. Spacious rooms. Coral reef beech with amazing see life view when snorkeling next to the jetty. Definitely recommend it for relaxing break.

Food variety and quality could be better.

everything is so wonderful about Tamra beach, staff are amazing and they really make sure u r having a wonderful time and all you need are met big thanks for the front office team, keep it up Hassan and your team. huge thanks for f&b staff food is the best food we had I. Sharm in a very long time the quality of everything is so good every thing was exceptionally wonderful and for sure we will be back finally we found a good spot for us all the best of luck and keep up the wonderful efforts thank u for making our holiday very special

there is nothing that I didn’t like about this hotel only suggestion is to increase the golf carts otherwise everything g else is wonderful

Everything was great.. staff were very friendly.. . Special thanks to the receptionist who upgrade our reservation to sea view.. Also special thanks to restaurant staff They are always smile and very polite.. Room service is also great .. Am really enjoyed the vacation.. it won't be the last time isa.. Hotel deserves to be 5 stars not 4 Thank you ..

room is comfortable and clean, food is good but not perfect, the staff are very friendly and helpful except some of Egyptian animation while the Ukrainian animation are very nice, kind and friendly. In general the hotel is great and I recommend it
