The staff esp Enjy anf Max were very helpful and experienced

Most of the staff consider the Egyptian guests as last ranking guests, the western guests are preferred, all the staff ignore egyptians and their demands however if they deal with westerns they give them priority everywhere in the hotel, ask Mr. Ashraf the guy on the swimming pool he just carry drinks for western pple only but he passes any Arab or egyptian ignoring him totally though we pay the same. Food was not that perfect, some of the housekeeping staff were rude, just wanna say a final word ur Egyptian guest is the one who can bring u more guests than westerns, in other countries the citizen is on the top priority but in Egypt it is the contrary

- Very friendly and cooperative staff. Specially, Mr. Ahmed Maarek (Reception) + Mr. Mahmoud Raslan (Main Restaurant) + Mr. Melad (Room Service) & all the staff of Italian Restaurant. - Italian restaurant experience was a really amazing one .. Thanks to the waiter and chef. - Aquapark ( We all enjoyed it so much). - Family room was amazing and everything was on time. - The taste of food.

- Beach is so far than Hotel and it shouldn't be described as a beach, the more suitable description (it's a lake). - Although, the food taste was good but they have a problem in the variety and quantity, you need to be there in the restaurant instantly when it opens for every meal before the main dishes run out. - Sweets buffet needs a lot of improvements, same buffet for the whole duration of the stay and the taste is not good by no means.

A vacation for someone traveling alone is about the people one meets. This facility is for families with children. If you are looking to get a fantastic vacation with your kids, this is it.

Can't really say i disliked anything. Egyptians, much like most Africans, are friendly happy people who are easy to talk with and fun. Of course there is a very definate every man for himself vibe so get used to interruptions and people pushing in but most can be overcome with patience and keeping in mind that this is Egypt. Just interrupt back. It is expected. Remember to smile.

the cleaning was bad (we left tips every day but it doesn’t depend on it..) some of stuff rude and impolite (during our staying I complained to Russian assistant how one beach cooker near the warm pool ignored line from the children and gave pancakes to adult guy from Egypt who didn’t stay in line (I watched it and told him that’s not write but he just said something impolite on Arabian… in restaurant on breakfast time one old cooker still don’t understand how to cook eggs (one side fried egg,up side down fried eggs and do it so so slow….. in restaurant if you come one hours to the end of meal you never find napkins forks spoons looks like a quest….

Resort was wonderful... Amazing food great variety. Would love to take family.

The beach that was part of the resort had works getting done (on steps) so part of it was closed off. A part of activities were also not available which was disappointing.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and very clean thanks to Ramadan( best and happiest cleaning guy) who also decorated the room differently every day. The place was wonderful with lots of swimming pools and an nice Waterpark. The food had a great variety and most of them were tasty. The spa service was kinda expensive in my opinion but the price was negotiable if you go there ask for Karim he did the greatest massage i ve ever received. Lastly all stuff was polite and willingly to help.

The Waterpark had a strict timetable and was not open the whole time .also most of the stuff did not speak English

The treatment was excellent by the hotel staff and they took care of all our needs very well, especially Mrs. Angie who welcomed us wonderfully and introduced us to all the hotel facilities before check-in. We visited the sandy beach and the rocky beach full of coral by free bus from the hotel. And the coordination with Mr. Nabil was great for booking activities such as diving, banana riding and paragliding. The food is very good with daily variety. The suite room is large and includes two spacious bathrooms with a spacious balcony and maintains privacy. The hotel takes care of cleanliness very well. There are several swimming pools and a wonderful water park that is enough for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel.
