Its great value for money with good food. The staff were really helping

the location, its a remote area with no shoos near by. The man at the reception on tha last evening couldnt help us get dinner. Instead of helping, he asked us go to restaurant or bar to see the availability. I went to both the places but no one was there.

Our flight arrived in the middle of the night, so we could use the late check-in with Ahmed. He’s so friendly and warmly welcomed us! He explained everything about the hotel. During the staying we’re really enjoyed the pool area specially the pool bar which had great prices and cold drinks. Our coolest barman was Huby with the biggest smile and we really liked his friendly service. We were suprised (on a good way) for the hotel have an own bus which took the tourists to the local beach and even during the night we could visit the city with this opportunity! Well done! All in all, that was a very nice staying for us, totally recommended!

The swimming pool were not clean

I liked almost everything, mainly the staff there mister, kirollos, Khaled, Mohamed and also mister anna she was so nice and professional I liked the room location so much in front of the pool, The room size is good, clean and the bed is comfortable. I also liked the restaurant, the food was delicious and variable, the restaurant is so clean, and the staff were nice especially miss olga she is so nice. I also liked the beach although the location is a little bit far however they provide shuttle bus. I enjoyed the show that was made in the evening they brought a belly dancer and the Dg was amazing Mister hadeer ashraf in the pool is so nice.

I didn't like when the room service forgot to put new towels after cleaning the room and didn't put plastic cups which I had to call the reception to bring me cups of tea in my room, the beach size was so limited to swim, bitch size is small and I do have very small area to swim, they should have wide space for the beach, the hotel location is a little bit confusing as I was lost the first time when I arrived there, but anyway it wasn't so difficult.

Generally the hotel is good,The service is very good.Pools are good.the Aqua is very good. The staff are nice and helpful Specially Mr Raouf at the reception and Mr Tag Eldeen at the restaurant and most of the staff at the restaurant.Housekeeping staff are very helpful and nice too. Reception staff day shift have much more information than night shift .Mr Raouf is the best. Mr Tag Eldeen at the restaurant is a very hard working man and very gentle. The animation show on Fridays is good specially Tanoora.but the rest of the week it is booring. The breakfast is good.. Lunch and Dinner are ok just need better chicken receipes then it would be perfect.

We just didn't like the location while it is 2 km far from the nearest farmacy and shops and Naama bay is around 3 or 4 km away. The beach is too far. You need to take a taxi if you want to go in the afternoon because there are no buses from the hotel goes to the beach in the afternoon. But there are buses from the hotel goes to the beach in the morning.It takes 35 mints.;( Need better chicken receipes.

It was very good deluxe room after renovation With nice poll view fantastic bed and great bathroom All is same as on pictures on booking we were totally happy there. Ahmed from reception deserves special words thanks he helped me with all my questions Kind and friendly guy speaks well in English Russian and Arabic Pool area also great in hotel when we didn’t come to beach we were enjoy in swimming pool. Location is great too if you are not a walker ) Taxi in Sharm el Sheikh costs 2-3 dollars in any popular direction if you ll use inDrive application we used it every day to explore Sharm as solo travelers Food is good too more than enough for everybody meat was especially tasty all the times Guys who works in restaurants are cool and funny also ) thanks for birthday cake for my girlfriend ❤️ Laundry service in hotel is fantastic we appreciate your care about oure clothes and shoes 👟

If you first time in Sharm don’t go to Marlyn beach by bus from hotel caz it’s isn’t even close how the sea looks like in Sharm El Sheikh No wi if internet in rooms ( for me it was ok because I used Egyptian sim with unlimited internet for my workflow Prices unfixed in shops inside hotels and depends how rich or poor you look like

The place is beautiful and value for money. The view is prefect and beautiful as well. And we got very good assistance from the guy Mina, who helped us with checking in and allocating a beautiful room for us.

The food was bland. The language barrier and having to wait for a long time only to be served something wrong. We waited at the bar for about 30 minutes before someone could help us, and when he came, he tried to overcharge us🤦🏽‍♀️, luckily we asked for the menu to check before we could pay.

The staff there were brilliant. A special mention to Ahmed on reception, Mina the accountant and Fadi in the restaurant.

No internet in the rooms. They did offer me another room but I had already unpacked and it wasn’t important enough for me to move.

Breakfast was good just need to get more options receptionist guys was good who have been working on the market so friendly and big thankful to Mr Mina all the time contacting with us helping about everything and behaving so nice hope to see you again

They need to make more options for breakfast , lunch , dinner from different cultures foods can be good this just the options

I liked everything about this hotel. I didn’t notice any downsides at all, just like during my previous stay. The restaurant, pools, sea, beach, and service are all top-notch. The staff also continues to impress with their hospitality and special approach to each guest. They are always happy to help and available at any time of day.
