The location was excellent; the rooms were akin to those in a budget hotel, but I can't complain you get what you pay for – room was clean and close to the beach, not too far from the town center.

OMG – FOOD! No no no ! Stay away if you want to have a good food - you won’t find it in Gafy. I think Gafy, for some reason, doesn’t pay attention to so many negative food reviews. Food: poor quality (only had 1 breakfast, and you almost need to beg for drinks). If you book this hotel, be ready for a really poor quality of food. That’s the only reason why this hotel is empty and receives poor reviews. Time to sack the cook and rethink the menu, guys. On top of this, the staff looks really, really underpaid. The guys appreciate any tips but seem to be sad and not present…. It feels sad to watch.

The Gafy Resort Aqua Park hotel is very cozy and atmospheric. These are white houses with national character decorations. Bright greenery, blue water of the pools, everything is very clean. Large rooms with everything: safe, wifi, air conditioning, TV, telephone, bottled water. Snow-white bathroom, light floors. Everything sparkles with cleanliness. And this is thanks to Ahmed, who cleans my room 1132. Good animation team Mody and Momo. Good food thanks to Chef Manager Husseiny. Thanks to all the hotel staff for my great stay. Special thanks to reception manager Amir for the warm attitude towards guests, excellent work and special care for everyone. I thank the whole team and hotel manager Khaled. It's value for money and considered to be the best cheapest hotel in Naama bay that overlooking the sea directly. I was receiving a call everyday from the reception, that they were making sure everything is ok with me and my room. The whole staff was nice specially chef Saied, Mr. Emad the restaurant manager, and the nightshift security guard at the beach gate. Animation team and night shows are live everyday. The pools are amazing and the beach is great. For sure, I will go back there again.

I have some concerns about the room service, stuff like soap and toilet tissues should be replenished without asking for. The restaurant is good overall, but the salads need to have more variety.

Overall, my stay at GAFY Resort was an unforgettable experience, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay & The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to tourist places & attractions. Which makes commuting and exploring the city easy and convenient. I would like to express my great admiration since the moment I arrived The staff warmly and professionally welcomed me, led by Mr Ahmed, which made me feel instantly welcomed. The dining experience at the hotel was exceptional as well The restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast was rich and diverse, catering to all tastes The service in the restaurant was fast and friendly, making the dining experience very enjoyable.

The hotel is in a good location. There are many shops and cafes around. There are comfortable sunbeds on the beach. Most of the service staff are pleasant, smiling, helpful. Only breakfast was included in the price of my room. The service in the restaurant is pleasant, the food is not bad.

The service at the reception is slow.  If you have to ask a question, you have to wait a very long time if the employees communicate with each other.  The air conditioner in the room did not work for two days, it was impossible to sleep.  Sandy beach, when the sea is rough, the water is very cloudy.  There is practically no snorkeling.  There are some damaged corals.

I was truly facinated by the genuine kindness, accommodation, and professionalism of the staff (from Mr. Walid at the reception, Mr. Ahmed the duty manager, to Mr. Abdu El wahed at the door). Despite a little misunderstanding about the kids' policy that happened because of a delayed reservation follow-up message that I didn't see until a few hours after arrival. They did everything they could before, during, and after our stay despite being busy and under the pressure of the high season. My family and I travel quite often, but this was one of the experiences where exceptional genuine people like that make you feel right at home. Definitely coming back for a longer stay.

The food at the restaurant was good, perfect position for swimming and see fishes in the water, great entertainment during the night and full of activities for children (swimming pool, water games, other games and dance in the evening)

We rested in February. We really liked the hotel, the location is very good, the food is good, we didn’t go hungry, the staff was friendly in the restaurant, they greet you with a smile at the bar in the restaurant, the guy is very positive, although everyone there is positive. For lunch and dinner, the cook always prepares pita bread from the stove on the street and separately for the evening also grilled meat. The rooms are good, the bed is very comfortable. The massage was good and everyone was happy. In general, everything was wonderful.

I greatly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. I did encounter a minor issue with my booking, but the account department, particularly Mr. Mohmed Mostafa, was incredibly cooperative and promptly resolved the matter. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, and I commend them for their excellent service. During my stay, the main restaurant was undergoing renovation. However, this did not hinder my dining experience, as the resort had made arrangements for guests to enjoy the buffet at the Italian restaurant in an open-air setting. The food was delicious, and the ambiance added a touch of charm to the dining experience. One aspect of Gafy Resort that impressed me was their well-organized daily activities. From the aqua park to the beach and even the nightly shows, the resort offered a diverse range of entertainment options. I found this to be a great way to make the most of my stay and explore the various amenities available. The timing of the buffet was also convenient, allowing guests to enjoy their meals at their leisure. This flexibility was appreciated, as it accommodated different schedules and ensured a hassle-free dining experience.

Maybe they need to focus more on raising the call for prayer and providing prayer room ,prayer mat, and Qibla direction 🙏
