Our pool attendants were lovely, polite and helpful.Hanni the waiter at breakfast was brilliant.

We booked 3 massages and a Turkish Hamman and it was the worst experience of our life. Girls were not trained, they were rough and rude. Not a relaxing experience. Lights were bright and music loud. The Turkish Hamman was downright dangerous. The same girls got us by our ankles and swished us around like fish on the marble counter. Then pulled us by the ankles my cousin fell of it and landed on the floor hurting her back. Luckily my girl stopped me just in time. We did complain and cancelled the other two massages and after arguing we got a full refund . I would strongly advise not to use the spa.

1- Washrooms need to be fixed and renovated. 2- cleaning not efficient in the washrooms 3- lake of sanitary items 4- Breakfast average but could be better. Timing could be extended to 10:30am Overall, need some maintenavce and good care of washrooms inthe facility to keep up the level of the hotel.

Nice position near every thing beautiful beach & wonderful sun set in the beach, nice rooms and generous staff

Beach beds & loungers to be changed, also need some food variety for the main restaurants.

Worth every penny 🤎🤎🤎 This is our second time here at this hotel and will always come back. The beach has a stunning view, rooms are cleaned daily with complimentary water, tea, coffee, and sugar. They have a variety of breakfast buffet and you can also avail of their lunch and dinner buffet. Sometimes we avail their dinner buffet when we are both tired and do not want to go somewhere. The menu for dinner is different every day and they are all delicious. The staff members were very nice and polite. They always give my husband's request and they always ask if everything is ok. The place is in the city so it is easy to get a minibus to go to places. I would recommend this to everyone and will always come here.

too many local tourists groups accepted from hotel which put tremendous pressure on staff were they don’t accept laws and orders from hotel policy and lots of violations was notified,taking food to their rooms and attitude issues which shouldn’t be in such hotel. there should be more screening to tenants as group of singles shouldn’t be allowed . families and couples (my suggestion)

February 2024 - we booked this hotel with mountain view not knowing that it had less facilities. So we were upgraded by Hamada to beach view hotel which was across the road. We were met by Ibrahim who allocated us a room on ground floor. We found the room was clean and comfortable. Dinner, breakfast and lunch had verity of items to eat and plenty space to seat. Hasnaa at the dinning room counter was very friendly and assisted us by showing the place. She is an assets to your hotel. Ibrahim and Metwaly were also very helpful and accepted our request to extend our stay by 3 hours on the day we were departing. On the beach there was enough sunbeds and towel station on the site. Drinks, ice cream was available at the beach. There was also exercise sessions taking place next to the beach. There was different entertainment every night. Outside space was clean which the swimming pool having sunbeds. The area is very safe even at night. Me and my wife will come back to this hotel again. Highly recommended.

To have heated pool on the beach side resort as you have on the mountain view hotel resort across the road specially during the winter months. Have a stage or (high raised stage) for the entertainment as it is difficult to see the entertainers when we are all seated. To have kids outdoor slides into pool, games for kids and kids area. This will attract more guest who have children. We noticed some hotels in surrounding have kids area.

The hotel location is amazing we stayed in the mountain side and my big thanks to the staff working in the hotel first of all, we were met by an amazing receptionist “Mr Waleed” who helped us to check in earlier, upgraded us to a pool view room and always greeted us with a big smile. he is one of the biggest reasons that made our stay unforgettable and not only him but every one working at the hotel including the beach staff, food and beverage and big thanks to “Belal “as he was very kind and helpful with a big smile on his face and last but not least our housekeeper “Mohamed” who helped us to get everything we need in the room and big thanks to the room service who sent us fruit baskets as amenities thanks for everything working at the hotel definitely we will come back ❤️

The hotel is little bit old in furniture and equipments but we didn’t care about it too much because we spent the whole day on the beach and only used the room to sleep

the customer service is professional & helpful more than I expected. Mr. Abdullah Alshareef was helpful & flexible. we enjoyed & appreciate his kind personality and guidance help to the resort during our stay. The stay was excellent over all & one of the cleanest hotel I ever been to.

the food was average but it could improve more on quality.

We booked all inclusive.Overall food was tasty but I would suggest a little more variety.Staff very friendly. Room was very good and well cleaned every day. The spa is excellent.My wife had one treatment and was so satisfied she had another two. Swimming pool was very clean. The covered outdoor seating area at the beach is fantastic. Hope to be back again.
