Great location. Facilities are in great shape. Very safe and clean. Staff was also great, always trying to make you feel good. Breakfast buffet is awesome.

Although hotel is good, price is high. It was very crowded and this may have been the reason. It looked like it was sold out but have been in other hotels of same quality and price is much lower. Swimming pool is small.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good and the location and volcano view from my room was also good.

The hot water took a little while to get going in the shower.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t an ice machine on my floor and I couldn’t get to the third floor to get it because the key card didn’t work on the elevator. I understand the security but not being able to go to another floor is ridiculous.

I love everything about this property. The employees are amazing!! We told them we had an early flight and was provide food at 4 in the morning. I literally have no complaints. The soup in the restaurant was amazing. We were provided a taxi service to the airport at 4 for a $30 fee for two people. It was truly a 5 star experience.

The booking website need to be updated with the estimated time to the airport. It takes about 45 minutes without traffic.

AN OBSERVATION, TO THE NEW CREW TO HAVE MORE INSIDE WITH THE CLIENTS. ALSO TO INCLUDE THE SMALL SPOON FOR THE COFFE OR TEA.

We got there late due to airport issues, and the shuttle service that we had requested it was not what it was advertised.1 st the driver was under the impression that we were 2 passengers(we were 3), 2nd the veh was a small nissan sentra ( we had 6 pieces of luggage plus personal back packs), 3rd it said shuttle will have a/c, wifi and complimentary drinks(only a/c was provided). Driver was very polite, respectful and courteous. We pay extra to get picked up from the airport. If hotel is unaware of the vendor who picked us up, this need to be fixed. Love the breakfast and everything else . I had stayed here several times before it Holiday Inn (7 times). I would continue using this facilities, but I won't use your 3rd party shutle services.

The attention of the staff was exceptional. They have a morning buffet full of delicious options, including an invite cheff making fresh popusas.
