Great location. Quality to value good. Felt very at home our room was large with two queen beds and refrigerator, small couch and working desk. Decoration is dated but excellent service more than makes up for that. Reasonable breakfast included. One feature we really enjoyed is that “El Relajo” restaurant is right next to Hotel and you can call and get excellent room service from them. Food is Salvadorian at reasonable prices Also there is microwave and toaster oven available to reheat what you order. You can also get seafood from Acajutla restaurant in front if you order at El Relajo and they can bring to your room. Great ceviche!!

Very very steep entrance to property difficult to walk for older clients. But if ordering taxi they can pick you up front hotel no need to walk up or down

Good, quiet business trip location. The place has a bungalow feel, more like hostile. Parking is available. 24-hour guards. Pictures are accurate reflection of hotel, including pictures of food.

This mosquito was stalking me all during the night. Before going to bed, turn on all the lights, wave a towel, look for mosquito, kill the mosquito. Housekeeping left door open while cleaning, I suppose. Don't park to close to bushes, bush branch gouged my rental car paint. I didn't notice until insurance agent pointed it out when returning car.

From the moment we checked in, we were super pleased. Great location and surprisingly quiet for downtown San Salvador. Javier the front desk clerk was super sweet and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delish and the room we had was very comfortable with all we needed. The pool was a great touch in a hot hot city. We highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were very friendly. The location was perfect, easy to get around.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed due to maintenance at our second stay. We wanted actually to return to the hotel, as it has a pool, but we couldn't use it at the end. One of the guards were not so friendly. We wrote the hotel a message, however, we received no reply.

Friendly staff, we didn't get to spend much time of two days at the facility, but everyone was friendly & and has a convenient location.

I ran an errand and out all day & didn't request service for the room, I would recommend asking before fixing/cleaning the room as not everyone needs someone to go in/out room while out of promises. Overall, they were spectacular.

Friendly staff, comfortable ambience, clean pool. Good home-style restaurant attached with direct access, excellent soups and variety of local dishes, tasty steaks and shellfish - served to your room for no extra charge. Many other places to eat nearby, including good coffee shops and restaurants in the Bambú mall opposite - including a branch of the famous Típicos Margoth, which is v popular and excellent value. Skip Brutto (over-salted expensive food, but a good view).

Steep slope to hotel from street - not easy for anyone with walking difficulties. Industrial bread with the traditional breakfasts, when tortillas (even if toasted from frozen) would be a better offering. The shared toilet is best avoided - the fault of some guests, not the sraff. Proximity of some noisy music venues.

Have stayed here a few times - the fact I keep coming back tells you alot! Always great service, clean, comfortable, great location, super clean. Alba and Javier, who are there most of the time, are exceptional hosts and really want you to have a lovely time. Can't say enough good things about them, seriously. Make sure you say "hi" when you go there!

The walk to the hotel is up a short, but very steep hill so be aware. Breakfast is a little limited after a few days, but always nice and always prompt.

First of all the staff are very helpful, warm and welcoming. The hotel is clean, has incredible breakfasts included and my room had a small fridge which was very handy too. The pool was stunning and just right for small people to enjoy too. Great location and we happily walked around the area. Uber was also handy to get around with. Not yellow or unmarked cabs.

Nothing we didn't like. Just be aware, if you arrive late (we arrived at midnight) and be prepared to leave your ID - passport or drivers licence (I left the later) with the guard over night, as check-in needs the receptionist and your ID for security, not just your booking email. This worked out fine.

The staff are nice and very accommodating to any of my families needs.

That they turn off all the common area lights off at 10pm. The dark hallways are creepy at night. I wished they would leave them on all night.

Very cute not a place if you’re looking for luxury but very cute and homey. Courtyard was very nice to get drinks and have breakfast. Room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. The pool was very small but didn’t go swimming looked very clean.
