Anytime I'm in Arizona I enjoy staying at the quality inn

The only issue I had on that stay at quality inn was the toilet seat was broken it was missing one screw so the seat was hard to maneuver especially that I'm disabled Also the pool was not in service it was a disgusting green girl at front desk try to explain that they used too much chemicals and pool didn't know when it would be resolved so we were disappointed we couldn't take a swim in the heat especially coming from California but hopefully in our next visit everything will be in working condition

Breakfast for us was coffee. The staff was pleasant and cheerful, we've used the same room 3 weekends (purchasing home) and they were able to accommodate us with the same room, for pets and handicap.

Ice machine could be placed closer to the end section of the hotel but understand people would use it to fill up their coolers.

This is an older hotel, but has beautiful grounds. Barely off the freeway, it is very quiet and lovely. In total our family had 3 rooms and everyone was happy with the rooms and the outdoor space. The pool area was relaxing. There is a diner-style restaurant in the same parking lot, fast food next door and a small sports bar on the property. The room was large and had good seating. Seemed to be recently updated. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great and the bathroom and va it space was all very nice. .

Not much to complain about. The breakfast was convenient with continental breakfast offerings; however, the breakfast sandwiches that were available were probably the only thing that we found disappointing. Everything else was great. We enjoyed our stay. I think it was during spring training, so the rooms were abnormally high priced....but so are all hotels in the Phoenix area during this time.

The stay was awesome..always quiet and pleasant..the breakfast is so good ..Hoping you guys can get bagles that would be good with the continental breakfast..that would be good to..but we really enjoy our stay every time we have stayed there 2 times so far and that will be our hotel when we visit our children 😊 😀

Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Waffles were the only warm option. And the was cereal. I could have saved a lot of money staying at a Motel 6 and buying breakfast at IHOP, Denny's or the Waffle House... one of each was just a few feet from your location.

it was nice place. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but there were other diners in the immediate area that we can get breakfast. It was clean and was impressed with how the AC worked because it was triple digit weather the whole time we were in Phoenix; we kept cool! Also, it was cool to have 10% discount at Black Bear Diner when you stay at the hotel.

The TV receiver was in a bad spot and it was hard to channel surf if you were not at a certain spot in the room. The antenna for the receiver was not really working! Need to put the TV receiver on the stand so the remote control would work better.

The room was comfortable and quiet even though you are so close to the highway.

I did not like all the poop on the rocks and grass. But there are no garbage cans available we looked, and no poop bags, we had our own, but than didn't know what to do with it?

we booked this spot for our weekend race since it was close to the location, our beds were comfortable and the gym had a great treadmill. we enjoyed their updated clean rooms as well, overall good place to stay for a weekend getaway.

ac didnt work very well, rooms hairdryer was broken

Location, friendly staff,it was clean. The room was spacious too. I loved the sitting area. I'll be back.

Breakfast was all things I won't eat but that's usual to me,lol.I need keto friendly.
