Our 3 night stay was nice. The Staff was always very friendly, and exceptionally helpful, when asked for directions, as we were visitng Mesa for the first time. Our room was nicely decorated, clean, and the king bed was so welcoming after a day of being touristy. The Pool and Hot Tub was welcoming, and clean. They breakfast, with an ongoing coffee center, to start your day was enjoyable. The first night we were there our cable TV signal paused out and the Staff ( desk clerk ) came up to our room immediately and remedied the problem. One thing we definitely liked about the Hotel location was that it is only 7 miles approx from the Mesa Airport. And getting around the surrounding area(s) was very easy due its location when venturing out sightseeing. Would definitely recommend others staying here.

This isn't a dislike, just a note saying that our room had a stand-up shower only. So, if you are in need of more more than a shower, please make sure you inquire before booking.

We came to this hotel after we abandoned another very poor quality hotel. We were so pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. The overall facility and room were very well kept and clean. At check in the clerk was talking about breakfast and I said oh we'll be up and out very early for a flight and will miss breakfast. She then offered their take 'n go breakfast bags. They had them ready at 4:30am for us! This was so great as we could take to airport with us (through security) and once awaiting boarding could eat. I would stay here again for sure!

Elevator was hard to find. When leaving room in the morning we walked the hall a couple times before locating. We were only there a short time and came in once and left once. If there longer someone would get used to this and it'd be easy :).

The room was very nice and updated. We stayed from Monday to Monday. Our room was cleaned and the bed was made each day. That was a plus because not a lot of hotels do that any more when you stay for multiple days. They had an onsite coin laundry. Would definitely stay there again!!

The pool was in the shade most of the day. I would have liked one in the sun throughout the day.

Everything! The staff is amazing! Heidi went above and beyond when we checked in. There we door lock issues with a few and she handled so sweet and professional and was super fast to fix the issue! Never upset or rude! The entire staff has been amazing! Rooms are extremely clean! Beds and pillows are comfortable. My daughter and I felt extremely safe. This is where we will anyways stay!!!

The beds were very comfortable. We traveled for 2 weeks in Arizona sleeping at various motels and these beds were the most comfortable. We even stayed an extra night because the beds were so comfortable.

The only thing I did not like were the eggs at breakfast. I am gluten free so the choices are slim at a motel breakfast usually I can eat the eggs, but their brand of eggs was not palatable.

I enjoyed my stay, I had breakfast once there, but I enjoyed the fresh cookies on the way out the door. My room was clean, and the service was great, I had a very good conversation with one of the ladies at checkin. The first night slept with thin sheet on bed. the next day I asked for a thicker blanket on the way out the door. When I came back it was waiting for me.

There was alitte confusion, I ended up at the other Best Western for checkin on the side of the mall

Sepa was so so helpful!! We loved her. As well as the gentleman that worked with her one of the nights. Staff was the best and they were so attentive to put needs. Thank you. We will definitely be back whenever we need a place to stay in Mesa.

Only thing that kind of bugged me was at breakfast on Sunday. They lady was a little rude. She did not smile and made it seem like we we're in her way. The food itself though was good.

Location, mattress and employees.

I didn't like the metal base of the mattress. Springs squeaked when I shifted or got up. If I kicked it, it sounded like a metal drum. Eggs were lukewarm. Products like shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were hard to get out of the little bottles, I gave up. Luckily I brought my own products, after reading reviews about this problem. $200 deposit is high.

I like the area because i can walk to the mall, walmart and Burlington Coat factory. I will be back on March of next year.. Staff are accomodating and breakfast was decent😊

The hallway's carpet and stairways were so old and smelly🥲.. they need to replace it with new carpet or just tiled up all stairs and hallways!
