We were greeted with a welcoming smile and a great attitude upon entering to check-in. It was suoer clean! Our room was perfect, clean, well stocked with towels. We reserved 2 queen beds and that is what we received - not 2 doubles, which unfortunately happens so much. The bed was so comfortable, the sheets and comforter were fresh and clean, there were enough pillows for everyone to have 2 - did not have to call for extra! Nice upgraded shower head with 3 settings to change around. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower to use, not the little annoying bottles: same with hand soap and lotion by the sink. Awesome bathroom lighting! We had an individual working keurig with a few k-cups and the add-ins. Nice surprise of a mini-fridge and microwave which always comes in handy! We had a pool view which was nice. There was an on site gym, the pool and spa, kitchen area in the lobby for the free breakfast. Check out was super easy, and no sneaky charges were added on. The free breakfast was yummy with omelets, sausage, bagels, cinnamon rolls, make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt. The hotel location is walking distance to a grocery store and a shopping plaza with tons of restaurants to chose from. Nice to you you can take leftovers back to your room and able to store them and reheat them as needed. My child really liked this hotel as well and wants to go back.

We enjoyed our stay, not one complaint

The breakfast was excellent, and the servers were friendly and helpful. On Easter morning, the staff had Easter eggs out on the tables with little chocolates in the eggs. The room was clean and comfortable. We will defiantly stay there again. The warm cinnamon rolls were an excellent option for breakfast.

The access to the property was a little confusing, but not a big deal. Some granola to go with the yogurt would have been a great option. The toilet bowl lid did not have a soft close, which would be an excellent touch to an already lovely stay.

We have been traveling all over Arizona and this is one of many hotels that we have stayed in. Some quite a bit more expensive. This place is super clean, smells nice, big rooms, nice comfy beds, bright clean bathrooms, very decent breakfast and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. We love that there's a nice gym area and pool with plenty of outdoor seating. We are so happy with our stay!

Finally found an excellent hotel from Booking.com. It was clean, quiet, good location & the breakfast was very good. Lots of choices & someone is there to make sure they're replenished.

It's just a little thing but the toiletries in the shower has a hard time coming out. Maybe once in a while someone can clean the holes so the stuff comes out easy.

We had more of an issue with the booking on booking.com- they booked us for just 2 queens instead of the suite with sofa bed. The front desk woman was wonderful and figured it out for us.

The breakfast was AMAZING! The Pool was AMAZING!

I wish i stayed longer.

My family and I have stayed here before. We enjoy this hotel. The room was very clean. We love the options of the pillows: firm and soft. The beds are comfortable too. The location of the hotel is in a nice and quiet area. Although we did not get in the pool, the sitting area was clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking was good too.

The shower was slippery. Someone could easily slip in the shower. The clock did not work. The time kept changing by itself. Although these were things we did not like, we would stay at this hotel again.

Check in wasn’t the best. I was there at 1:00, and couldn’t check in until 4:00. When I came back the front desk attendant was another person, and was 100% better. So my only complaint was one substandard employee. He wasn’t friendly, or accommodating at all.

Really convenient location, it’s right next to everything, with easy highway access. Well kept property with really clean rooms. Great amenities and name brand toiletries. The staff was friendly / professional, as well as very accommodating. Easy check in / out process, plus the incidental deposit was only $20. I would definitely recommend this specific location, overall excellent experience and value!

location is not obvious. shares a pool and a parking lot with another hotel, and the other hotel doesn’t acknowledge this one exists. our elderly parents went to the hotel you see from the road and tried to check in. the other hotel staff said they didn’t have a reservation and never suggested maybe they were in the Holiday Inn that shares the parking lot.
