For being pet friendly, this place was spotless! Absolutely clean and smelled brand new every single day. I’m always traveling with my dogs and I’ve been to some smelly hotels, so I will certainly be coming back! The staff was over the top helpful and very professional! Amazed with the quality overall for the price I paid, not to mention how much the free breakfast came in clutch!

You guys didn't have any transportation I called and said you have transportation from the airport to your to your hotel when my dad got there he was stranded for two two or three hours and the people at the hotel refused to go get them cuz it was too far like I said anything at a taxi wanted to charge him $80 and you can see he got off the plane at 4:45 but he didn't get to the room your hotel until after 6:00 or 7:00 I think you should give people a ride especially if they are only you guys not hardly doing nothing the bands just sitting there why can't you pick up someone whole thing is I called you guys I used your hotel you told me that you had transportation to the airport and you guys lied I didn't like that

It’s clean, neat and bright. The hotel room is spacious, mattress and sofa bed were very comfortable. We were amazed by the cleanliness of this hotel especially that we travel a lot within USA! This is a hotel level like hotels in Europe and Asia.

The breakfast! If one has traveled to Europe and Asia, american breakfast in hotels need lots to improve.

Newer building. Safe and secure. Check in was easy and there was someone at the front waiting for me when I arrived. The room was huge, the bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home. Everything was so nice and clean. The shower was spacious and had high quality bath products. The breakfast exceeded my expectations and I stocked up on extras. I wish I could've stayed more than 1 night. The price was lower than all of my other stays that week.

I can't think of one thing.

Chose it mainly because it was close to the Mesa airport. Upon arrival we were extremely impressed at the large room. Everything was so neat and clean. Very friendly staff checked us in and got us signed up for the shuttle. The shuttle was on time and driver very friendly.

A little pricey but we enjoyed our stay.

This a reasonably new hotel and this was reflected in the decor and ambiance of the hotel. Everything appeared very fresh and clean. Breakfast was ok, just what would be expected at a Holiday Inn Express. Staff were friendly and gave great service.

Thought it was a little on the expensive side but maybe thats what I should have expected from an airport hotel.

The bed and pillows are very very comfortable!! Room was very cozy and roomy! Large bathroom with walkin shower. The room itself, exceeded my expectations!!

I wasn't aware of the nonrefundable $50 pet fee. Wasn't listed on website, booking.com, nor was the $20 refundable fee. Never had this experience with these types of fees at any other hotel we stayed at with our pets. We won't stay again due to those fees.

Friendly staff at the front desk. Hotel was very clean and I liked the room set up. We had the king with the pull out sofa. Kids slept on the pull out. Lots of desk space. I did an hour or so of work in the morning and internet worked great. Plenty of space for bags and stuff we brought. Pool was great. Breakfast was great.

Only thing I can think of is to have some shade like a few umbrellas at the pool. It was hot!

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The location was great, plenty of parking, very clean and the staff were very nice.

We could hear the people on the floor above us, jumping and stomping. Other than that, it was very nice and quiet.

The hotel has everything. Nice breakfast. Nice well equipped lobby. Nice patio. Nice gym. Nice laundry. Room is nice. Plenty of area for dogs outside.

Super low flow sinks. Bed was a little soft.
