We actually stayed at their sister property the Holiday Inn right next door as we were not able to check into our room as the air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the room. The staff at the front desk was amazing from Julia who notified us that we had to change rooms to her manager Taylor who was so efficient in checking us into their sister hotel next door. Taylor even gave us a 20% discounted price adjustment since we were not able to get our original 2 bedroom suite that we booked. Thank you for the great customer service!

Everything to be honest. Ang at the front desk was friendly and welcoming which helped ease my mind over the last minute decision of where to stay in the area. She got me checked in and off to my room while making me feel welcome and as if we had known each other forever. As a customer service professional I appreciate that ability very much.

Maybe breakfast could be extended a half an hour. As a property management professional I would strongly suggest keeping the inside lobby door locked at night like the StayBridge in Phoenix/Biltmore and other extended stay hotels. It would provide a higher level of security for the guests, and the limited evening /overnight staff.

We loved the breakfasrt in the hotel and the fitness center. Had the necessary equipment and breakfast had good variety.

I didn't like that like most hotels at this location you cannot use two different credit cards for incidentals and the room charge. Had to put it all on one card. That ties up my debit card doing that.

They allowed pets. No one questioned having just sheets changed which was nice since I have three little boys. They were speedy with cleaning and always took out the trash that was left by the door.

The price changed every night which was strange to me.

Everything else was very clean, comfortable, fun and pretty perfect!! The room size was huge,and complete with anything you would need, a real home from home! Staff are incredibly friendly and kind, went completely above and beyond for my family. Pool, spa, outdoor ramadas were relaxing and just the right temps! Breakfast was delicious and it was the best ive ever tasted, so many different choices, the hot and cold foods were yummy! Great place to be whether for one day or more, this is definitely where I will choose to stay anytime I can! Thank you.

Our suite door was a bit rough and tuff to open everytime. And closed very loudly each time, open and close.

All The staff at the front desk We’re very friendly and helpful the breakfast stuff for amazing very friendly and helpful. We stayed there for our daughters birthday party and they had a blast they had their own room we were able to stay out in the living room and have the adult time it was a great day great place to stay with your family.

I mean really the only thing I can think of was the pool towels being stocked but there was a group of people in the pool so I understand why they weren’t stocked

Great variety of hot and cold breakfast items, Plenty of seating inside and outside for breakfast, Nice pool area with BBQ Grill and Fire Pit. Room was fantastic with full sized Fridge and cook top. Much more than I expected for the price.

There was a staff shortage and breakfast was occasionally a little late, I didn't mind, coffee was always full.

Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, with other essential utensils and kitchen supplies was very nice and came in handy. Free breakfast every morning was available. Definitely would stay here again!!

Our original room wasn't available because it was being cleaned?? Got placed in an accessible room which was okay but floor and sofa were stained.

the person at the front desk. we were in an accessible room. I thought we were getting a walk in accessible shower when the room had a tub with grab bars. she looked at possibilities and in the end found a shower chair so my sister could take a shower.
