The outside of the hotel was nice with lush landscaping and a tiled roof. The room was a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great for our family vacation with children. We were able to fill up before starting our day with a nice hot breakfast, and stock up on fruit and cereal to have as snacks while we explored Southern California. We walked from the hotel to the San Juan Mission, downtown shopping area, and historic Los Rios Street in under ten minutes. The route is clean and felt safe with children.

The hotel is older and the sound proofing isn't great. When people walk past your room you can hear it extremely clearly, though everyone was respectful and walked without talking. We could hear our neighbor singing in the shower early in the morning and the hum of TVs throughout the night. The thicker set of curtains don't close all the way so there is a four inch crack where bright light streams in in the morning. We needed to be up early, so it didn't bother us too much, but pack a claw hair clip or a bag clip of some sort so you can pinch the gap closed and have darkness in the morning if you want to sleep in. The overall value of our stay was phenomenal and absolutely made up for the minor noise and light issues.

I love this particular Best Western Property! & that is because the staff has exceptional customer service. Our room was clean spacious and beds we’re comfortable! Microwave and Mini Fridge included which is great. Our room had a patio which we utilized throughout our stay

I need to look into a rewards program because it’s a bit expensive but considering I need to stay for a month it’s well worth it compared to other hotels with horrible management-You save money with their Breakfast & Coffee which is a huge expense for 2 people in itself. so it all evens out tbh

The pool side bbq at night was fantastic! You could order burgers and eat as if you were at someone’s bbq pool side! The seating all around the hotel is set for conversation and family time!! We will be staying again!! The breakfast was made to order, a selection of five main plates. I had the eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash browns with a waffle. I also had a bagel with cream cheese. It was excellent!!

the fact that it is in a right location to do a lot of activities all around, it’s surrounded by a lot of stuff , from restaurant and recreation and a not much of a notice by being close to the fwy.

the fact that they charge you for the parking , I went with my wife so we both have a car because we mixed work with pleasure so we met there so we could continue the following day with our program.

$10 parking fee is just another "resort fee'. There is no way to get there without a car. Parking should be included in the room charge. This review app sucks- it is outrageous to have a minimum length of comments. I won't rate on it again!

My stay was comfortable. Clean, comfortable mattress, plenty of pillows, shower was great, breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The air conditioner worked beautifully. I was able to walk to the church location for my event. Very convenient.

Maybe a little more breakfast variety for vegans.

it was very pricey just for a best Western motel. I understand they already included the pet fee, but also a $10 charge for parking on premises, this is ridiculous added charge for an already high price. For that reason I would never stay there again or recommend to family and friends.

The location the pool was nice but I found No pool towels. And the cleaning personnel really nice.

Not having towels for the pool and no Sin 2 the entrance of the facility. Will you have to turn right after getting off the freeway?

The room was quite spacious, bed was comfortable, shower was good, yet showeer and toilet were too close together. The breakfast was very good.

The water to the spa was cold, should have been warmer, or close to hot. The surface of the spa was somewhat jagged, should have been smoother. The time limit for the pool should have been longer, instead of ending at 9pm.

Breakfast was great…food was hot and plentiful and the restaurant was convenient. Staff was constantly refilling the food and keeping everything clean.

Having to pay for parking…first room had no chairs or tables to sit at.
