The staff at this hotel are very attentive. I even thought he was the boss.But after I talked to him, I found out that he is just a hotel employee. The room was small but cozy.

The facilities of this hotel are very old and I think the owner should repair and replace the facilities in the winter when it is not busy. When the number of guests increases next spring, they will not face too many problems. Because they have such a good location and such the good staffes, I really hope their business will be better.

The room was good clean. Older hotel and a bit of a lower end but was clean safe. No complaints A little sketchy but I knew that going in. The clean the room was nice. no problems. Just want to give a real review. I would stay there again. Not the Ritz but a OK place to stay.

I used to live in San Clemente and this was just like being back at home The place has a cool little ambience and could easily be the subject of Quinton Tarantino movie I enjoyed my stay very much and had the best night sleep I've had in about 2 months

You know I'm not going to say what I didn't like cuz it's really kind of petty and what I did like outweighs it too much But back to what I did like it's close to the beach super great value and it's so close to so many different kinds of food you can walk to every place and the bars which isn't great for everybody but it was great for me

Yes the staff that worked with Josh was great the facility is pretty ran down nothing more than just doing his hard work when we stay there it was great the betting was good property was good other than the hospitality from the owners was not.

The staff I like very well Joshua's a great Management on the property the staff that works for him is wonderful as well.

I really appreciate the front desk hospitality and customer service. Reminds me of that southern hospitality that you don't see anymore in California. Refreshing

I didn't like when they didn't turn on the white Christmas lights in the front. Looked a little dark. Still there was lighting but not as much

Have stayed here before and love the place. My checkout isn't till tomorrow and have decided to extend an extra day. The service and staff are great and on the ball.

I enjoyed my stay for several reasons. The staff makes you feel like your at home, everybody is extremely friendly. If your in the neighborhood check it out

The New management has been great. John and his staff have been working hard on turning the place into a clean family friendly fun place to enjoy beautiful San Clemente.. Great value great location.

I liked the location. Check in was a breeze.

Rooms could have used a bit more attention, I. e, more towels, furniture and floor could have been been wiped. A place to hang clothes would have been nice.

Walking distance to beach, freeway close. Beautiful courtyard with a lot of seating, tables, BBQ area & twinkle lights.

only thing was no clock (used for alarm) & no wash cloths. Didn't realize until after office was closed, so couldn't ask for them.
