Malu and her husband were very sweet, I had an amazing stay. I decided to stay one extra day as well because I liked it soo much. Yes there was Renovation going on but it did not disturb me at all. The stay was quiet and no loud neighbors, very respectful. Plenty of parking, no issues never having a spot. Super close to the San clemente Beach, the outlets and places to dine and eat just a walk awa. Safe neighborhood to walk around never felt afraid. I will definitely becoming back again and staying here. Thank you for a great stay!!

The staff was nice, saving a room when my reservation didn't go through. They were on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to confirm my reservation.

I got to the hotel at check-in time, but apparently Booking.com was down and my reservation didn't show up. I did a "sane-day" booking, but the hotel was on the phone for close to 40 minutes trying to get this resolved. Perhaps communication with properties needs to be addressed.

The price wasn't bad at all, and the room was pretty comfortable!

The staff was OK at first. But it got awkward when she was trying to get us not to book another night. We didn't even do anything.. always keep a clean room. So yeah it was weird and might not ever stay there again.

I like the location

I can’t complain because you definitely got what you payed for here. It wasn’t the cleanest place there was a smashed bug on the wall and just random stuff like that but wasn’t horrible and was worth the money.

Walking distance to beach and San Clemente downtown area. Elevator access.

Improve the bathrooms, remodel everything. It felt like I was staying in an motel from the 1970's. Why only a tiny little 32" tv? You can buy 65" tv's for less than $300/ea now. 32" tv's can be purchased for $20 or less. The coffee machine is something you can buy for $5-10 at a thrift shop, kinda sad. Improve the microwave too. Seems like a model from a prison cell or something. Modernize everything! Call up your angel investors and ask for $5 million remodel! woot woot. More fun, easy as 1-2-3. kthx

They say "First impressions are the most important", well, our first impression/contact was the reception desk, and we were made to feel welcome and appreciated as guests of your property. Upon check in, recommendations were made for local dining, night life and the availability of local transportation. We were treated like family.

An on-site dining option would have been nice, but wereally had no complaints.

I like to housekeeping service for my room each of two days and the stuff was very nice, friendly to me since I stayed there. The location of hotel is really good and there are some nice spot close to hotel for bunch, lunch .

The only thing that they have to work on was internet and the sounds that came from AC or etc. to outside I think. Wifi was good but sometimes getting hard to stay connected and I had to refresh it.

The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic. The staff is very friendly yet professional and effecient- an unbelievable value for QUALITY

ALL GOOD- no complaints

We arrived and discovered that we had inadvertently booked a smoking room which was not acceptable (our fault). The hotel staff/owner generously offered us a non-smoking room for the same price despite the budget booking on a third-party site. This owners generosity and accommodation saved us a considerable amount of money. It always comes down to the people.

Not bad but a little difficult to find.

Rodeway inn saved us while we got scammed by our original accommodation. The size of the room was huge for two people and there was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker there which was great.

A bit pricey perhaps but we did book late.
