Newly renovated , clean , wonderful

No microwave or safe in room. There were a couple issues with shower but was fixed right away. Pool and jacuzzi were not up amd running which was a huge disappointment. They should have given us a bit better rate due to above issues.

the breakfast was decent they had fun options it was very standard. I Enjoyed the fact that it was close to so many stores and restaurants. the staff was so friendly, they were very easy to talk to and there was no awkwardness witch was a pleasant surprise. they were honest and accommodating. everything was very neat and clean.

it was a bummer that the pool was closed but I didn't bring a bathing suit so I guess its a mute point. the shower nice as it was doesn't have a door and the bathrooms don't have locks and they gap so you can see in a bit.

The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable! I loved all the kitchen space and that there was 2 TVs! (too bad no HBO)! Bathroom was really nice but closet was in there too. Room was well decorated and the carpet was beautiful and clean. Room was fairly large! Pillows were great and there was an extra blanket in drawer.

Well everytime I moved in bed, the bathroom light would go on..I was nearest to bathroom. It was also too cold when I took a shower cuz there was only 1/2 a shower door. And the bathroom door was a sliding door..so the bathroom was cold..and I prefer it to be nice and hot! Only 1 sm. garbage can in bathroom. I didn't like that I couldn't see my parked car! 😬 I was expecting a sit down meal but they only had to go bags!

The heater wasn't working when got there they offered us a room up stairs (we were on the first floor) but were too tired to move rooms so we decided to stay in that room and when we went to check out we told the person at the front desk that our heater didn't work the whole time that were there they without us asking took a days rate off of our final bill!

Accommodated rooms close to each other and early check in.

Breakfast staff didn’t keep supplies stocked. Had to ask for utensils. No alternative milks to dairy. No toppings for waffles other than syrup. Music played too loud for breakfast.

Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast. I liked the comfort offered at this hotel.

Everything was pretty nice, but the price of a room greatly increased. This hotel used to be much more affordable for a widowed retired woman.

The fact it was close to my grandkids.

There was no hair conditioner it was empty. The microwave was really low, with it being more ontop of the cabinets. And there is no place to put suitcases. You need suitcase racks.

There was no breakfast for the whole time we were there.other than that it was great. Thank you. I'm also glad that the ice maker worked the whole time.

Fitness center open 24 hours a day. Pool area and hot tub also available.

The things I didn't like about my stay was not the fault of the hotel. It was parents of other guests not controlling their children.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and filling. The breakfast and dining area was also very clean. There was somebody checking the food trays and when the food was finishing, they would bring out more.

There wasn't anything that I disliked really.
