It’s easy to park, check in and out, clean and all of the new amenities.

The pillows were horrible and the pool is now closed for renovation.

Beautiful area, staff was extremely kind and helpful. Suite size was great. And the hotel is a wonderful time. The raceway, arcade, water park and restaurants were all amazing and kept the kids entertained the entire trip. We played mini golf walked the boardwalk and beach, played in the arcade. It was a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

The room was styled beautifully however there were many broken things in the suite. The fuset handle on the spa tub was completely off and we had to fill it with only the hot water handle (which just barley got hot), one of the curtains in the bedroom was stuck open, and the smaller bathroom door was broken and didn't lock. Also the elevators looked pretty beat up and the key cards are supposted to be used to unlock the floor in the elevator but it just goes to any floor you select without a card.

The rooms were very nice and clean, The arcade and waterpark when they finally opened were fun for the whole family The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We were traveling with young kids and the breakfast place,arcade and water park not opening until 11 was disappointing. There were limited restaurants so we had to go next door to the Hard-rock for all meals. If you want to get more families open things up before 11am

Room was spacious and clean the hotel didn’t smell of cigarettes like the other hotels in the area and has a waterpark

I didn’t like that we paid for overnight stay just to find out the price and resort fee didn’t include the waterpark check in is after 4 and check out is 11am water park opens 12pm so if we checked in after 4 and it closes at 7 doesn’t leave enough time to explore the actual park also everything was closed in the morning so paying full price for the tickets I think half price is fair but that’s just me nice hotel overall

Ocean view. Boardwalk, gameroom. Pinball galerie. Heard some reviews that rooms were bad and no towels but I thought room was really nice and there were towels.

Busy Elevators, no microwave. Hard to get a luggage cart at checkout. Being charged separately for water park. Did not like having to pay $180.00 to park.

The purpose of staying @ the showboat was because, I took my grandson to the waterpark. He enjoyed himself. He was upset the operator of the go carts wouldn't let him ride not even with me. Which was disappointing and when shift changed someone shorter then him was accompanied with an adult and was allowed on. Besides that, it was a lot of things to keep him occupied while on the property.

I didn't like that I had to pay daily for parking. I visit AC often and this is the first time I had to this. Not to mention the lot don't except cash. I also wasn't happy that the ice machine wasn't working on my floor. So I went to another floor and that one wasn't working either. My last mishap was the front door to my room was chipped in the lower corner. Once I seen that I was uneasy the rest of my stay thinking a mouse was going to come in my room.

Hotel is located right on boardwalk! And it has everything you need inside the hotel! Really don’t have to leave, especially the water park!

Zero help from housekeepers! You literally have to go find someone, and front desk don’t answer the phone.

I like the room. It was very cute and comfortable. The little sofa was just as good. I took a nap there, so quickly.

The only thing that I disliked was that the bathroom in the first room doorknob fell off. I'm just glad that I wasn't in the bathroom when it happened. But the staff gave us a different room.

water park

The room had a strong smell, and when booking calm it said it would have a pool and when it arrived they didn't have a pool, I thought this was absurd with the customer

The room was about 1200 sq ft -- very spacious! We stayed in a King Suite with a balcony facing the Ferris wheel on the pier. The view was spectacular, and the room was immaculate. The first bathroom had a giant tub with jets and a separate shower with steps leading to it, a double vanity and the toilet tucked away behind a glass door. Beautiful. There is a second bathroom with a shower and sink as well. There are 2 entrances to the wrap-around balcony - one from the bedroom and one from the living room on the side. Living room is very large with a pull-out sofa bed, armchair softa and a swivel chair for a desk area with a mirror. There was a full-length mirror in the corner as well. The wet bar had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & sink and plenty of shelves to store provisions. The bedroom was very spacious, and the king bed was comfortable, as were the pillows (good pillows are always a plus!). When we return to Atlantic City again, we would definitely stay in this particular room again.

The ice machine on this floor was on the opposite side of the hallway, and it was out of service. So each time we needed ice, we had to go to another floor. No biggie, but the coffee maker in our room didn't work. We still enjoyed out stay!
