We had a few extra family members come visit daily in the pool and our room. Zero occasions did the staff let me know there was an issue or it was a problem. One man in particular felt we allowed more people to stay overnight in our room than the maximum 5 per room, which we did not, however still no staff member addressed their concerns to me. We stayed 4 days and on the morning of the fourth day, my child had a medical emergency. I rushed her to emergency, but before I did I was trying to reach a staff member to let them know we may have to stay later...there was no one available for over 30 minutes at reception. I called a little bit before 7am and spoke with a member of staff and let them know I'd like to extend another day due to emergency and the payment wasn't a problem. The staff member informed me to book it through the website, which I did. I felt a certain staff member may have anticipated incorrectly due to a few common social bias's, and refused service on that 4th day, stating we had too many people overnight in our room, which was not the case. We were a fAmily enjoying ourselves and the company, we do not get to do that very often. For 4 whole days, NO ONE FROM STAFF ADDRESSED ANY CONCERNS. if I had known staff had any issue correct or incorrect, I would have rectified the situation. I feel extremely let down bc I had no sleep for more than 24 hours, I was extremely worried for my daughter, it was a blizzard out, and we desperately were in need of rest. Staff had assured us early in the morning that as long as we rebooked and made it in by noon, we could extend the reservation, only to be cancelled and asked to leave for an issue that hadn't been addressed.it was very disheartening, highly disappointing, embarrassing, and tragic for my family who was technically in the middle of a medical crisis, and was met with zero compassion.

That i spent $400 for 3 nights just to be refused when my family really needed understanding and compassion and comfort only to be let down and turned away in poor weather conditions in the midst of family crisis. Payment was not an issue and I had no idea the staff felt we over stayed our welcome or violated any type of policy set fourth by the hotel.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean! The day staff was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was okay. We had some noisy neighbors above us running up and down the hallway and stomping on the floor. Notified front desk and it continued for like another hour (Only said something because I had children sleeping, otherwise would have just ignored) other than that no other complaints. There is a McDonalds practically next door, not much else near by but not too far either. Definitely would stay here again!

Closeness to our event; staff was excellent.

Pillows were too flimsy; breakfast was not good. I would suggest bacon (as well as sausage), adding scrambled eggs, grated cheese, and moving the waffle maker to a different area so that others can get around to the rest of the line instead of having to wait for everyone to make their waffles. That made the breakfast line very long. Maybe extending the breakfast time to at least 10:30 so people can grab it on the way out. Also having a "Breakfast to Go" bag with maybe a breakfast burrito and fruit would be great for those who maybe have to go quickly.

We liked the hotel it was accommodating. The room was nice we mentioned to the hotel staff our TV was not working, by the time we got back from dinner they had it fixed! We noticed the toilet leaked around the bottom on the floor so when we checked out we let them know so it didn't cause any issues... The breakfast was very good!! Overall the stay was pleasant..

We were only there for 19 hours... So we have no complaints. .

Breakfast could not have been better. They had everything.

The nightclerk suggested we enter through the exit closest to our room. However the keycard did not work on this door so we had to walk all the way to the front of the building anyway. We "thought" the pool was open until 10 pm (because we reviewed many motels in planning this trip and we may have confused this one with others). We were disappointed to learn when we arrived at 9:00 that it closed at 9. Part of the reason for choosing this site was the indoor pool.

Loved how clean everything was from the time I walked in and going to my room, they definitely stay on top of cleaning. Thank you

Only thing I wasn't impressed about was the location, it's not the best area even though we didn't have any issues. Also for the live of God leave the pool open for adults only from 9pm till midnight! It closes at 9pm which is so early !

Super clean, spacious, and friendly staff. The breakfast was yummy! They helped me with any questions I had, and easy to find the location.

The fan doesn't have an off button, so a bit cold inside. Not really a negative, though.

How conveniently located it was to our destination. How friendly and accommodating the staff was.

Location kind of sketchy. Definitely not enough parking. I was forced to park in the days in parking lot next door and walk to the hotel.

The pool the room was big had plenty of room for my family front desk clerk was very nice and helpful

Really great early bird breakfast w/several options, room had a refrigerator and microwave, fairly zippy wi-fi, nice screen size on the tv, staff extremely pleasant, including housekeeping. Linens were fresh/soft and beds were comfy. Was surprised at the ample room size. It had both a couch and a desk w/several charging ports. Best option for State Fair & Expo Center for sure as it is just off the exit and within walking distance to the fair (w/parking included - huge value).

Wish the pool had been open but it was no big deal as we were at the fair and too worn out to swim. :) Besides, we sort of expected it due to COVID stuff.
