Extremely clean. It was very nice and right in the heart of downtown. Great walking distance to nationwide Arena and the market. So many great places to eat within walking distance as well. The hotel was super nice and lots of accommodations. Rooms are awesome and the option to pay for late check out is the best.

Only complaint was no microwave in the room. Way too nice of the hotel to not have a microwave. We’ve stayed at many Hilton that are nowhere near as nice with microwaves. Everything was great besides that and it’s not even a big deal but just a suggestion.

Cleanliness was on point here along with the most comfortable beds EVER. Parking was good but the price of self parking for one night was a little steep. Out 10 this place is for sure a 9 plus! Thanks Hilton for a wonderful stay.

Self Parking price was a little steep but overall for what we needed we wouldn’t have parked elsewhere. It took a second to figure out the parking garage as you enter on a different level and parking for the Hilton is on the first level. Once we left for the evening and came back, it was then I realized if we find our way to level one we had less of a walk to the side entrance to the hotel.

I booked this hotel for Origins Game Fair because it was connected to the Columbus Convention Center. This is likely the highest quality hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was absolutely stellar. The bed felt incredibly comfortable with many moldable pillows of varying firmness. It had a spacious bathroom, a window with a nice view, and an internet that was actually decent. The connected convention center also has a food court with a decent selection of restaurants.

The parking garage was a nightmare to navigate and had elevators that didn't work. I also did not feel comfortable walking through the alley between the parking garage and the hotel. However, there's very few hotels near the convention center that have parking, and the convenience of being connected to the convention center greatly outweigh the inconvenience of the parking garage. Better to have annoying parking than no parking at all.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We liked the room set-up and elegance of the room. We loved that the suite had two bathrooms. The staff was VERY kind. The location was perfect for our visit at Nationwide Arena. Very pretty interior. Numerous comfy gathering spots.

The hotel hot tub was not very clean. The jets were not powerful at all. The size of the pool area was very small for the size of the hotel. Also, the pool and hot tub should be open until at least 11:00 p.m. and maybe consider adult only hours at the hot tub (like the final hour from 10-11 p.m.). It would be helpful at check-in to be given a map to help locate your room in such a large hotel with two buildings at least marking the elevator locations. Neither of the bars in the hotel serve frozen mixed drinks (like a strawberry daiquiri) and both restaurants did not answer the phones 30 minutes before they stopped serving food. The hotel was so great, I think these suggestions would really help the hotel reach excellent status.

Incredibly clean, welcoming, and spacious inside. We liked the proximity to an array of things, but especially Nationwide Arena. The staff were some of the most professional and helpful that we’ve met on our travels and seemed to genuinely want to be there. The room was quiet, we didn’t hear people going in and out of rooms like with a lot of hotels, and the bed was very comfortable.

Nothing! If I absolutely had to nitpick, I would say that the tile on the shower floor could be replaced as it did look to be worn in a couple of places.

I really liked the hotel room, I thought it was very well designed and comfortable with an excellent view! I also really liked the hotel in general, I thought it was very clean and beautiful with a lot of places to eat, drink, lounge, relax. I also really liked the fitness center!!!

I didn't like the initial confusion with trying to go through the doors from the self parking garage area. There was maintenance staff working on them so I initially assumed it was not accessible. I also didn't like the fact that my reservation wasn't recognized right away, because I booked through a third party they said they couldn't even check the confirmation number. However, they said that if the name is spelled wrong then sometimes it can be found that way too... It all ended up okay but it stressed me out to think that I didn't have a hotel when I had packed everything and got ready for a weekend of fun.

The staff was very nice and helpful! The buffet breakfast was excellent! My room was very large and my shower was very nice. Very often the walk-in showers aren’t very nice, but this one was very nice!

I had read online that fitness centers at Hilton have peloton bikes, my fitness center only had a recumbent bike that didn’t have a very good program to go with. Also, the restaurant closed pretty early every day. The Hilton was the host hotel of a major figure skating event, and their athletes. The events ended each day at around 10 PM or later, and most of the days we were there by the time we got back to the hotel, the restaurant was already closed. The saving grace was that they have a marketplace where you can buy premade food. Also, there was no microwave in my hotel room. That was shocking!

Amenities great, but since covid no bars open past 10 pm in hotel, also alcoholic beverages snacks available for sale by purchase through scanning, no attendant . Most of the alcoholic beverages cannot be scanned, as a result you charge three to four times the acceptable price, perhaps to make up for the stolen inventory? But, then again, you can't find people to work that shift or bartenders to stay late? AT LEAST MAKE ITEMS FOR SALE SCANNABLE SO WE CAN PURCHASE THEM, AND THEREFORE KEEP THE COSTS DOWN ALSO THE SMELL OF POT ON EVERY FLOOR LIKENS YOUR HIGH CLASS FACILITY TO AN OLD TOWN VEGAS FLEA BAG MOTEL

We came for my daughter's 21st birthday celebration. The location was great to walk around downtown for food and entertainment. The room was a great size for all four of us and we were very comfortable. We had a great time! The hotel is large and beautiful. We could have stayed at the hotel if we wanted too. It was a little confusing on how to get around but you had it well marked so we could follow directions.

The only issues was not understanding how the elevators worked. We realized we needed our room key to activate them to get to our room.

Absolutely the best hotel for Origins Game Fair. The hotel is pricy, but worth the convenience. It has a sky bridge to the convention center. It has its own parking garage, which is rare and difficult to find for a Columbus hotel, and you can purchase a pass to get in and out of the garage with no hassle. The hotel has a coffee shop, is close to a Starbucks, and is not far from the convention center's excellent food court. The common areas are large, pretty, and surprisingly relaxing. The room had a comfortable bed, many pillows of different textures, plenty of outlets for charging electronic devices, and a rather spacious bathroom.

The elevators are incredibly annoying, and I dreaded having to use them every time I needed to go back to my room. The elevators require you to press your room key card against a scanner before you can press the button for your floor. However, the scanner is fickle, in an awkward position, and takes several seconds to read your card. If you're not fast enough to pull out your card and have it scanned, the elevator will take off to someone else's floor, wasting your time. Going to the parking garage requires you to walk through an alley that made me feel very unsafe.
