The property is kinda out of the mainstream so it was great for us

I did not like that I booked it because it was advertised as having breakfast. I even called the location to ask and they told me they had cereal muffins oatmeal donuts and granola bars and juice. No hot food. I was fine with that. I was NIT fine with what they actually had. Literally you had 2 options a poplar or a granola bar. No juice at all. They. Said that it was because they were remodeling. It would have been nice to know this when I called. I would have stayed just down the road at the other Days Inn. They have a hot breakfast.

The price is right!!!!.on the Tennessee strip, walking distance to food, activities, and much much more. I had 5 beds n 2bath rooms with a jacuzzi tub for less than $100 a night it had not 1 tv but 3tvs which was awesome!!!!! it was my fiance myself and 5 kids ( normally hotels only want four or six to a room) and they normally make me and my family split up into two rooms but with this I had all of us in one room (really2rooms). I give it two thumbs up , I will be back

NO working ice machine. The jacuzzi tub was small (shaped odd). No phone in room to call office, (Front desk)

The grandkids enjoyed the pool.

It was advertised as breakfast included and that was why I chose it but when we got there it was not available. The hotel was being renovated and a lot of construction going on so they should not have said breakfast included or offered a discount locally. We traveled with 2 grandchildren and looked for that as an included expense. There was no internet and the cable kept freezing. Also the local channels had no sound.

The Manager he was very nice and helpful with things to do,and the rest of the staff was nice as well,and for the room it was good considering the place is in the middle of a remodeling.p.s the price was good

The beds the toppers definitely needs to be 1 of the things that needs to be done and the bathtub needs to be done,there was no coffee pot

Other quests were very friendly. And was a nice location out of the busy part of town

The rooms were very dated, and the beds were broken and uncomfortable. Breakfast is considered a box of pop tarts set on a table in the makeshift office, the person checking us in was not friendly and I've tried calling for 2 days to see if they found something I left and no answer.

Rooms got good space. Cleanliness was over all good. Plenty of towels. Good location front desk was really nice and helpful with all needs and concerns.

I feel some things need a bit of remodeling just wear and tear thing.. Dressers look like they need replaced like someone's damaged them missing drawers and front of nightstand drawer. Floors were not bad but looked like they could use extra mopping.

It's in a great location with easy access via walking to several things. The rooms were clean and beds were super comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also,it's a great value and worth even more.The balcony was nice and peaceful where we saw some wildlife and lightning bugs.

The pool was always super crowded but I know that can't be changed if they're busy. The toilet wouldn't stop running. We only had 3 towels for 5 people so I had to walk all the way down to get more . It would also have been nice to have a blanket in one of the drawers,I got that from the office as well.

The room was adequate and the beds were comfortable. We went out for breakfast, don't even know if they had any onsite or not, didn't check. The location of the hotel was good as we explored both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Reasonably priced as well.

The only thing concerning was the shower head; it really needs a new one! It wasn't the cleanest. Couldn't find a ice machine either.

Girls at the desk were wonderful very friendly and helpful. Location is great, road noise was quiet we were in the back. Loved that there were options of stairs, elevator and a perfectly slanted cement walkway to get to each floor perfect for people with bad knees thats would rather not take the elevator

The rooms were old and a bit musty but that's to be expected in a vacation area that really has no off season, in all the years Ive been going to pigeon forge I've never had a perfect room but if the beds are clean and the bathrooms clean im happy and these were. We had some obnoxious neighbors who thought everyone in the building wanted to know their business all day and even at 1am but that's not the hotels fault just difficult to sleep with a couple outside yelling and laughing half the night

For the price and location cant complain. The area has everything near by. Walking distance for food location and activities for the kids. Management and staff were extremely nice. Especially the management.

Can't complain.
