The breakfast use to be good until the last couple of years and they replaced a lot of things with cheaper product like the juice the jelly’s no fruits cheaper sausage and graveyard mixes and you can’t eat it now it’s horrible but the hotel and pool is excellent we absolutely love the location and cleanliness of the rooms. Great staff and we have stayed here for 4 years now but the change in breakfast was for the worst.

The breakfast. It is horrible. A couple years ago they changed the food and drinks to cheap products and you can not eat it. The juice and coffee is awful also. Breakfast use to be great but went from a 7 to a big 0 now

the walls in the room was very dirty i tried to get towls the day after i stayed and give the house keeper my old ones but he never gave me my new ones and he was very mean not nice at all i told him my room number and all and he never gave them to me and they should have early check in i tryed to get in early after a long drive and couldnt so dont no if i will stay anymore ive stayed here for the last 3 years every 3 months but its getting bad now

Room was large and spacious. Breakfast was great and plenty.

Ground need updating... looks like some renovations but some was old and unkept.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of our room. I was hesitant about booking because of the low price. I thought the price reflected the hotel's standards, but that's not the case. It was very clean, the indoor pool was a nice size and the hot tub is a little bigger than it appears in the picture. Also, very surprised at the breakfast. The food was good and there was an attendant making sure food was stocked and it stayed clean. All the people that worked there that I came into contact with was very nice, and seemed glad to help you. Also, the TV has a lot of channels, I don't think there was anything like HBO or showtime, but lots of channels to choose from for children. This is an excellent and economical place to stay for a family with children.

I did not like the shared balcony. It did not cause any problems, but deterred me from using it. I couldn't relax out there knowing a stranger may come out anytime.

Very clean rooms and an excellent breakfast! Also staff was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

VERY clean and well maintained facility. We stayed in the new red bldg. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, nice indoor pool & hot tub. Outdoor fire pit with instant fire at the push of a button. We felt safe there. Nice hot breakfast with biscuits & gravy, etc. The lady with long red hair in the breakfast room did an amazing job keeping food stocked fresh and the area was very clean. All the staff was pleasant to work with. Great location. This was our first winter vacation with our grandkids. We all had a great stay, and we would def there stay again!

Shower water pressure could have been better but it did the job. No other complaints whatsoever!!

This is our go-to place if Grand Smokies resort is too high or full, this place treats everyone good no questions asked! They also provide a washer and dryer, they also provide quarters as they say but it is very hard to get quarters from them I think if they have that option they should keep up with it because it is very hard to get any other place to give out quarters

Whatever chemical they use to clean with stinks very bad and makes it hard for people to breathe 😞 That's literally the only downfall of this place besides that this is a great place for you and your family to stay, they don't bother you

We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast could have used healthier options-yogurt, granola and fresh fruit.

The lady at the front desk was the nicest person that I have ever met in a hotel. She was very sweet and polite, smiling all the time and making sure everything was right and that we had anything we wanted. She offered her help with a few things that we needed. The place is better than it looks at first sight. The rooms are big and very clean, there is enough space to feel comfortable inside of them. We were four adults, and we could move without any problem and leave our stuff without bothering the rest. The swimming pool was nice and it was open until late, which allowed us to go in despite the time. The breakfast was okay, it was not a great buffet, but it served you well. They had eggs, sausages, porrigde, scones, toasts, mini muffins, cereals and some fruit like apple. They also offered different drinks such as coffee, juices and milk. It was very well located, next to many restaurants and 10-12min away from Gatlinburg. I completely recommend the place!
