Breakfast was good, staff on breakfast duty were excellent.

My one complaint was when I arrived, I informed the front desk staff that I wished to pay for my two rooms using a different credit card than I secured the rooms with and proceeded to provide them with the travel card I wished to use. I reminded them of this again during checkout where I presented my travel card again and it was used to pay for only one room, leaving the second room paid for using the card I secured the rooms with. I did not realize this until I received my credit card statement three weeks later which had an extra $50.00 travel surcharge applied to my bill. I feel in this situation Hampton by Hilton Ashford failed me and I hoped the hotel could compensate me in some fashion.

Room was very comfortable. Inclusion of two double beds was great and beds were super comfortable. Shower facilities were good; breakfast included in package was great. Nice to say somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of London but with access to plenty of shops and visit other regional areas.

Selected hotel based on filter of having car parking, however did not realise until after booking was made that there was a daily charge for this. Had I have realised, I would have eliminated this from my hotel selections. I do note that it there is information in the finer print but as I thought it had parking included, did not look for further information on this.

Very clean and modern, room had good facilities, fridge, iron etc. Great choice for breakfast. Staff at breakfast were friendly. Good location for getting the ferry from Dover - our reason for booking the accommodation. It was our first time staying in a Hampton by Hilton hotel, we usually stay in a Premier Inn (when we need a cheap overnight stay). I would definitely look to stay in other Hampton hotels in the future. Good value for money. Car parking on site (small charge). No complaints, although we were only at the hotel for about 8 hours due to late arrival and early departure.

The location is great. It’s close to Ashford International which I guess is why it’s so busy. We visit Ashford quite regularly as we have family there, and this is convenient for what we want. Curious Brewery is across the road which does Greta food, and there’s a couple of shops located close by. Also, a mini fridge in the rooms is a welcome addition.

This is our second visit and this time wasn’t as comfortable. The bed was so uncomfortable that both of us ended up with aches in our lower back. I don’t remember it being that uncomfortable the last time we stayed. The pillows weren’t great either. And please have some bigger mugs in the rooms. We did report this to Reception on leaving, but it wouldn’t deter us from staying again.

due to their being no availability in Lon I came to stay here for a few days to have a few driving lessons and then take my driving test at Ashford test centre . the best thing about this hotel were the lovely staff and the location by far if the staff were rude or unpleasant or not welcoming then it would have a totally lower quality stay. as it happens they were totally the opposite from the first minute .

I literally ordered from Uber eats every night ( not a bad thing because eating out is at least 50% cheaper in Ashford ). However from the lovely breakfast , the hotel food menu is pitiful . how can Hilton have their name attached to a venue with such low quality cuisine . I’ve seen better dinner choices at a secondary school tuck shop in the 80’s lol

Room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options to chose from. Parking is available but best if you pre-book it.

Some of the staff should be retrained/trained because a) they are rude (i.e. reception staff (woman) who looked up my reservation (i arrived early) was pissed off that she could not find my car parking reservation and decided to be rude to me instead) or b) they do not know how to operate in a hotel (cleaning staff rides with guests in the same lift carrying bucket & mop….).

The location is very near to the Train station and walking distance to Ashford Outlet. Plus, if you're fond of beer, it is infront of the Curious Brewery plant, bar and restaurant. We love the room, especially my kid loves the bed. I love their bathroom toiletries. The restaurant meal is okay but seems like pre-heated. The breakfast meal is also good, my kid loves the sausage and bread.

I don't like the dust in the room. I understand it is unavoidable but dust is everywhere, especially in the pantry area. The kettle, mugs and glass are sprinkled with dust. The table and desk also have dust.

As only approx 18months old the hotel is nice and clean and still looks good, it was very quiet . both rooms got the thumbs up and the complimentary breakfast set us up for our drive to Paris.

Even though requested via a message for adjacent rooms and ticked the box for adjacent rooms, reception had no idea of that request, so unfortunately as we arrived late evening that option had gone, Small car park that needs prebooking, and the invoicing was a bit random Car park fee, two rooms, plus a security deposit, there seemed to money on and off my credit card for 3 days all sorted it self out though and paid what I was expecting.

Close to station- walked there. Bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Fabulous room

microwave is in lobby not in room wanted to have a beer after long day of travel (clearly a middle aged woman with suitcases etc) - there were a group of 4 or 5 men keeping the bartender busy making all sorts of drinks. He kept making their drinks. I had said to the receptionist that I was going to purchase a beer and stood there waiting but neither the bartender nor the men had the decency to allow me to just order. I gave up and went upstairs and had a cup of tea.

The breakfast is good and the staff helping with it excellent. The coffee is absolutely awful from a machine! Did not like that you cannot open the slit windows in the room so quite claustraphobic, do not like that a deposit is taken on your card. I had to phone after 3 days to ask for its return as it was shown as an expenditure on my emailed receipt instead of a credit to be paid back to my card, the receptionist said it can take 3-5 days to reach your account and that the receipt showing a debit causes a lot of phone calls like mine, however the deposit was returned within a few hours of my call.
