Nice and clean Amenities in bathroom were nice

It’s near a highway so cars passing by was a constant.

Very clean rooms and bes linen. Absolutely welcoming, polite and smiling staff. Safe premises. Breakfast is decent as an express hotel. Ample parking space. For an express hotel, this place is very good. You just need to be sure that you wanna stay in an express hotel as the rooms are small and have no closed wardrobe. But still space available to keep a pair of clothes and hang a few shirts.

While the premises are very safe, this hotel is in a corporate park where you have no place to go out once you reach the hotel. You can take a walk outside but all you see is closed offices and buildings after evening. It’s very good if you want silence, but boring if you are looking for lively surroundings.

Very comfortable. Both room and bathroom was big enough for 3 pp. Loved that they had Dove amenities on the bathroom. Since we had to leave really early in the morning, they prepared a breakfast box for us, it had yogurt, fruits, croissants and water. Staff was really kind. They don’t have room service however there’s a restaurant next to it and you can call from your room to order and pick up at the reception.

We stayed just for one night and for us it was enough. However for those who choose this hotel for more than 1 night may not be a good idea, if you plan on walking on the neighborhood, because you will need an Uber to get to places. The hotel it’s located in a complex of industries.

It was clean, breakfast was full of options and it was the highlight of the stay. Standby generator which kicked inwithin a split second.

There were renovations going on hence a bit noisy from 9am. One of the elevators was noisy probably due to the renovations. The morning housekeeping staff would sometimes be noisy in the corridors. Key cards had to be constantly reset as they would stop functioning (due to keeping/storing them near cellphones as explained). Wifi signal wasn’t stable sometimes.

I love everything . The stuff was super friendly that was so nice . And the stuff calls you and asks you if everything is okay which as a client I feel that was awesome the fact that the hotel stuff actually care about your stay as a client I feel that's important.

I book a smokers room and when I got there the receptionist advised me there was no smokers room available. And that all the double beds had be booked out when I had booked a double bed and wanted offer me to single beds however I got a non smokers room with a double bed and not a single bed ,the only other thing I didn't like was that there was now microwave in the room but other then that the place was amazing

The hotel provides excellent service to satisfy the guests and all the staff are very friendly and the room was well furnished, The breakfast is rich and good quality. The hotel can provide airport transfer service. Instead of using this service I tried to use Booking.com Tax. It was a disaster, they charged the fee and no service was provided. I advice all to avoid using Booking.com Taxi and use instead the hotel provided airport transfer.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, check it process was very quick & painless. lots of parking available in the hotel, our room was great, bedding was clean, our bed was very comfortable & I think the bed could use some new pillows, the old ones are flat. TV programs are very limited, if you can have your device for entertainment purposes, that will enhance the experience. Our bathroom was clean & the water was hot. There is a ventilation part in the room, it was not great as it made our room to have a unpleasant smell, but we managed to our the windows to bring some fresh in the room. Our biggest highlight was the breakfast, it was delicious & kudos to the chefs & amazing kitchen stuff for such wonderful food. We enjoyed ourselves, this is was our 2nd time, spending a nite at Holiday Inn. Definitely we will be back again.

The staff was amazing, The service was out of this world.. We were really treated like family.. The receptionist Duduzile, the senior hotel Manager Anel, the duty manager Joshua and the kitchen ladies were all friendly and helpful especially Queen.. The restaurant manager Zimba is a wonderful guy and extremely helpful and professional, the restaurant owner/Senior manager Henry was also very professional. We will Def be back again! I recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested. The food and breakfast choice is amazing. The chefs really know how to cook at this hotel

Some cleaning ladies were a bit rude and took forever to do housekeeping on a cold morning. but it was a small price to pay for the outstanding service we received.

I liked best the customer care I got from Queen the waitress. I was late for my breakfast (the time I had booked was running out), so I took a muffin and two croissants and put them in a side plate intending to carry the side plate to have tea in my room. What amazed me was that a waitress noticed my intention and brought me a plastic disposable container and said- 'feel free to put in this to take away'. I was so touched.🙂

The fact that there are no closets with doors so that when the clothes are hang, they can be closed off to make the room all neat

The staff were amazing, friendly and made us feel at home. Half an hour after we arrived in our room, we received a call from frontdesk to check if everything was okay and we're settling in nicely. That's excellent service. The breakfast was yummy and a great variety. I was impressed to see Halaal friendly sausages. I really appreciated that.

The bathroom door didn't have a lock and the bathroom lights could have been brighter
